• Theo (1/5): Waardeloos, en onbetrouwbaar! - Locatie Het is vies en zaken zijn niet op orden. Veel bloot liggende kabels. Schimmels in de badkamer. Kapotte of ontbrekende gordijnen. Vieze vlekken in de bank. Het ergste was. We vroegen om een kinderbedje voor ons zoontje van 1 jaar. Dit zou geregeld worden. Ze hebben ons Uren laten wachten. We hebben tot midden in de nacht geprobeerd een kinderbedje te krijgen maar hebben het nooit ontvangen. Pas een dag later kreeg ik een bericht terug met waardeloze excuses.
• Santiago Ramón (6/5): Agradable - La aplicación de Altrove apartamentos (altrovesrl), necesaria para hacer el checking y recoger las llaves, no me permitió subir una fotografía tras infinitud de intentos (sólo permitía tomarla a través de la aplicación, pero no había manera de hacerla tras infinitud de intentos). No es nada sencillo, no es nada intuitiva. Finalmente, llamando al propietario y, tras muchas explicaciones y pagart la tasa turística mediante un link, nos facilitó el código.
• David (1/5): VERGONZOSO - El apartamento sucio de los anteriores huéspedes. Tuvimos que pasar los 3 días con las sábanas y toallas sucias. Nadie se ha hecho responsable. Ni durante ni después. He reclamado y solamente me han pedido disculpas. Una vergüenza. Responsable Matteo un IMPRESENTABLE 👇

• Ilaria (2/5): Pessima location, ancor più pessima la gestione - Niente L’appartamento è una cantina, l’accesso è attiguo ai garage di un condomino. I muri erano sporchi. La porta finestra (unico accesso d’aria) aveva la maniglia danneggiata e comunque non si apriva. Pulizia dell’appartamento sommaria e discutibile. Odore di muffa. Il materasso del letto matrimoniale è appoggiato a terra. Nel bagno non c’era neanche un cestino. Avevamo espressamente richiesto il giorno prima due chiavi (per necessità diverse) non ci è stata data la seconda chiave e nonostante abbiamo chiamato e scritto al referente non ci è stato neppure risposto. La chiave e’ in un lucchetto per terra all’angolo della casa, legato a un palo del marciapiede. Mentre la prelevavamo sembravamo degli scassinatori di biciclette!
• Michael (1/5): Mold. Hard to breath if you have asthma - Shocking. Mold. The ceiling and walls were soft from water damaged and damp mould smell. My asthma was triggered. I had to pay for a hotel and they didn’t refund me like they said they would. Unclean.

• Anna (6/5): - Apartment is located within 25minute walk from piazza del Duomo but be careful when travelling by car as it is within the TZL area - restricted parking and traffic area that we were not aware of. Key pick up was very complicated, it took us 45minutes to locate the locker. The host should have just given us the address of the locker instead of sending us a video how to get there. Well, it was like an Escape Room game in a way. Also, there were no mugs in the kitchen.
• Vania (6/5): Unexpectedly small, clean but look like old. - The terrace, this was the place to be The space is slimmer than expected. The stair are very steep (my mom was not able to go there and my dad had to stay down because he goes often to the toilette. The kitchen utensils were old and the coffee machine as inexistent, even when the owner told me there was one.

• Lucia (5/5): Booking, you should check your partners with high rating! - The location The terrible smell, the mold, the poor cleaning. It is a basement facility, dirty, without even some paper towel in the kitchen and 2 small bars of soap in the bathroom for 3 persons family stay for 3 nights. I’ve regrete advance payment, othereise I would left in the 1st night.

• Ana (3/5): This ground floor storage facility squeezed between garbage rooms and garages is NOT an apartment. - Beware of anything with "exclusive" in its name - this ground floor storage facility adapted into an "accommodation bunker" and located between several garages and garbage rooms is not an apartment at all and could never call itself that. Count on horrible smell of mold that nearly chokes you, a "room" with no windows, just glass panels which cannot be opened and have no proper curtainry to shield you from the sun in the morning, and plaster "walls" through which you will hear every single thing happening around you, from the flow of a sink to someone's fart, not to mention the more intense noises. The explosions caused by throwing out glass in bulk in the garbage room next door is a bonus. It's a pity these "listings" are never checked and taken down. For EUR 140 + EUR 30 for "private parking" just go to Paris or wherever else.
• Franziska (6/5): Pleasant - The bed was very comfortable and the little balcony was nice. Overall, it was a clean apartment and perfect for one night as it was close to all the bars and restaurants. However, it took us quite a while for the internet to work as we had to turn on the modem ourselves, which was a bit annoying. Additionally, the water in the sink didn't drain properly when we used a lot of water at once and there was some dirt on the windows which looked a bit moldy.
• Souktani (10/5): Very good stay. I liked everything. The appartment is good and close to bus and metro stations. - The owner is really kind and sweet, enjoyed talking to him.
