• Guest (9/5): Estadía perfecta - La ubicación, la amplitud de la cocina y de los ambientes. Buen servicio del host. Lo único negativo es que es ruidoso. Debido a la zona en la que está ubicado se escucha mucho la circulación de los autos, sirenas y bocinas. El resto todo excelente.

• Nicholas (9/5): Fantastic apartment - with a few minor caveats - The apartment was fantastic, beds were comfortable, full kitchen with utensils, dishwasher and even a washing machine. The location was great, and it had 3 out of 4 functioning air conditioners which was a huge win. The air conditioner in the main common area didn't work, which was a huge bummer because my friends and I wanted to hang out and play cards and whatnot, but we made it work. Also the locks on the doors were incredibly annoying as you have to use a website to send a ping to a server to digitally unlock the doors, but sometimes it just won't connect. A regular key and lock box would have made things perfect. Finally, the elevator is TINY and only works if everyone on every floor remembers to close the door. I basically never bothered to use it because it never worked. All this being said, I'd still recommend this apartment. It was a great time.

• Maxim (10/5): Great place to love Rome - It seems that it is pretty luxury apartment in the heart of Rome. We liked it so much - all beds were well prepared, all rooms had their own restrooms with showers. Big living room and kitchen with all needed facilities helped us to spare good time. It were comfortable to had a short walk to Colloseo and all other famous locations. Some kitchen facilites should be changed / renovated.

• Jennifer (6/5): You cannot control the weather however it was extremely warm and uncomfortable. We realize that is out of your control. - It was spacious It was extremely hot during our time in Rome. So the room was very warm and was never at a comfortable temperature. The placement and size of AC unit in the large bedroom is not adequate and we slept horribly. Accessibility to the apartment with the key process isn't the easiest and most efficient. We were told checking was at 3pm and when we arrived the cleaners were cleaning. They didn't get to finish so I don't totally fault you for the apartment not being totally clean.

• Vidya (8/5): Very good - Spacious and clean flat, well equipped kitchen with a large dining table, and a very central location. Very helpful caretakers, very quick to respond. The mattresses were a tad hard, but we managed. Slight drainage smell in master bathroom, but not too bothersome. Shower heads in the other two bathrooms kept falling off. On balance it was a great property, the positives outweigh minor issues, and I highly recommend it.

• Brynjar (8/5): Very good - Very nice, clean and good looking appartment. We were 4 travelers using all 3 bedrooms, and appreciated having separate bathrooms. Perfect location within walking distance of most attractions and many good restaurants At the time of our stay, the AC's in one bedroom and the livingroom did not work (blinked codes for service or cleaning). A minor thing, but the dishwasher did not work and we had to hand wash the kitchenware several times a day as there were only enough glasses for 4 people and 1 seating.

• Clarissa (10/5): Beautiful stay in a great location for a family trip! - The apartment is beautifully decorated, new, very clean, very well located. We went everywhere by foot, from the Fontana di Trevi to the Colosseum. It was next to a supermarket and nearby very nice restaurants and cafés. Anytime, we could go anywhere, and coming back was always pleasant. Due to the great location, the room with the view was very noisy and the airco was not enough to cool down the room, so we had to leave the windows open. If you start early, it's not a problem, but we also wanted to sleep in a bit and that's just not possible.

• Giovanbattista (10/5): Overall it’s an amazing place and the best one we have stayed in while visiting Rome. - Amazing property. Fantastic location. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Beautiful and artistic with amazing detail. Kitchen was hugh for Rome. Will definitely return here. The entrance downstairs from the apartment is shared with multiple apartments. Had to make way for e-scooters on narrow stairs too many times. Can be very annoying.

The decor was excellent as well as all other aspects of the apartment. Recommend it highly. Nothing material. Small items such as small shelves in the showers to place soap and shampoo.
• Bernadette (9/5): Superb - Location couldn't be better. The hosts handled everything online and were great which we appreciated as we had little hiccups and they solved all. This apartment gave us a true Roman experience. As the saying goes, when in Rome, do as the Romans do and this apartment helped us with that :) The three Seperate bedrooms all ensuite are a plus and the apartment came with full amenities and incredible interior sculptures and paintings. Check in and check out were smooth. Elevator is another true traditional old experience. Functions well so don't worry. Don't think twice. This is your Roman place!
• Ramilee (7/5): Unit is clean and big but air condition is not good for a big place like this. - Location was ok Air condition is no good for the hot weather. it is on, but rooms are still hot and controls are locked and cannot adjust temperature. Can’t sleep because sweaty and hot. Bathroom needs place to put soap and shampoo.
