After I paid then he said swimming pool was not available for me, if i want to go to gym i need to to call him everytime so he can let me in. I said to him that what he has done is misleading & lying to customers so want my money back. Please contact him to sort it out & make sure your staffs not doing again to other customers..... Thanks

• Sabri (1/5): - Nous avons pris un appartement qui n’existait pas, on est arrivé très tard, on a tourné en rond et au final nous n’avons pas eu d’appart’, il nous répondait pas du début à la fin, je pense qu’ils avaient loué l’appartement pour quelqu’un d’autre plus cher, bien évidemment, ils ils m’ont répondu que pour l’annulation à éviter

• Tuyet (5/5): - There were 2 convenience stores located downstairs so we were able to grab snacks easily. All the rooms were big so there was plenty of space for your luggage and 2 bathrooms were perfect for us The room was not very clean, you could see the dust on the floor and the dishes weren't washed properly. We were quite disappointed with the room as the automatic curtains weren't working, we weren't able to read the labels so it was hard to understand the purpose of each light switch.

• Carolyn (2/5): Disappointing experience - The photos on booking.com are NOT the pics of the actual apartment. It's run down, with very tired decor. Aircon worked intermittently. It took over 30 minutes for them to meet us at accommodation to take us to the room on the 40th floor in spite of messaging as we left the airport as instructed. This had no view other than the ajoining tower of apartments and washing lines. One of the young guys who took us up asked me to cancel my booking.com reservation. He then tried to take my phone to cancel the reservation after we paid them directly as arranged. I grabbed my phone away from him. Dodgy as! The kitchen was not well equipped as stated. Linen was minimal, had no tea towel, one towel per person for 3 nights and had to request more toilet paper. There are no instructions on what to do with our rubbish or other checkout instructions. I would be very weary on booking this apartment as it was a huge letdown. I did make contact with manager of the apartment with my concerns, but did not receive a reply. I was ghosted!

• Jennifer (6/5): Pleasant - The host was very accommodating when we pointed out things in the apartment which was not working. She took immediate steps to remedy eg. broken kettle was replaced; non working dryer - provided clothes rack. The photos were not representative of the actual apartment we stayed in. I think there must be a few of the same 3BR apartments available in this building. The actual apartment we stayed in was quite, tired looking and very sparsely decorated. Decor was tired and appliances very old, kitchen has very little plates/ cups/ cutlery etc. Kettle and dryer was not working. We informed host and she took steps to replace kettle and provide a portable clothes rack for us to dry clothes immediately. Apartment is conveniently located next to high end shopping mall and we took Grab ride to go everywhere we wanted in the city. Having said that, air con was super cold and the apartment was clean. You could probably have stayed at a nice three/ four star motel for the price we paid so look around for a good deal.
