• Comunale (4/5): Roma città incantevole - La zona in cui si trova l'alloggio Siamo rimasti molto delusi dalle condizioni dell'alloggio, su 3 bagni, due lavandini si intasavano continuamente, in una camera non c'era la porta, tra l'altro proprio la camera che accede nella sala tv/pranzo, luce d'ingresso non funzionante e unica lampadina della sala tv, sfarfallava e spesso si spegneva, finestra rotta, TV rotta, una delle porte interne, sicuramente colpita con un calcio, nell'annuncio c'è riferimento a parcheggio, inesistente, minibar, vuoto, 3 bagni con bidet, in realtà uno è senza, in un altro bagno la ciambella rotta, ma la cosa che ci ha delusi, e non poco, all'arrivo, abbiamo contattato la referente, ma non ci ha mai risposto al telefono, solo per messaggio, in oltre gli abbiamo inviato le foto di come abbiamo trovato l'alloggio, le ha visualizzate, ma non ha mai risposto ne chiamato, a Roma ci torneremo sicuramente, città stupenda, ma mai più in questo alloggio!!!
• Maria (4/5): Las fotos no reflejan que todo está medio roto o no funciona. - Lo mejor es la ubicación y los servicios que tiene cercanos. Todo está roto, o no funciona o está a punto de romperse. Los lavabos y duchas no desagüan (no tragan el agua), la cocina no tiene enchufes suficientes, las sillas están casi todas rotas, una de las colchas tenia manchas de sangre, la iluminación es muy escasa, etc… Las habitaciones no son independientes, no tienen puerta, sólo 1 de ellas la tiene. Nosotros éramos una familia y no nos importó, pero es un detalle importante que no estaba descrito.
• Guest (7/5): Хороший вариант за свою цену - Достаточно просторное жильё с тремя спальнями и тремя ванными комнатами, гостинной и кухней. На кухне было всё необходимое. Достаточный запас чистых полотенцев и банных принадлежностей. Были утюг и фен Немного "уставший" ремонт, нуждающийся в освежении. Некоторые вещи были сломанными, как, например, сидение от унитаза. Горячая вода в душе не сразу появлялась и быстро пропадала

• arye (1/5): - the location The entrance to the apartment was awkward, the apartment is neglected and not maintained, lots of things are broken, the refrigerator doesn't work, there is no air conditioning in all the rooms.

• valarie (10/5): - I liked that it was close to a parking lot, grocerie store, and eateries. It was close to the Sagrada Familia. It was a nice residential area.
• tom (1/5): place rented by a slum lord - The place had a lot of towels, which was fortunate because we used them to stop leaking sump in bathroom, leaking a.c. in bedroom. Leaking sewer water in bathrooms, mold in bedrooms and two bedrooms did not have doors --one bedroom had a door that had no hinges propped against the wall, (bedroom also had a window that opened to a creepy large electrical shaft, mold on the wall next to the bed and taped flooring where floors were coming up. It also had a step -down from the bed, so you risked braking an ankle in the dark) Other bedroom had no door at all! Bedroom with a door had a leaking air conditioning unit that filled an entire wastebasket daily. We placed the pail under the air conditioner because there was a puddle leaking across the floor and floor underneath was water damaged. If you have any sensitivity to mold this is NOT the place for you. Actually, if you have standards and like a clean, safe (doesn't have to be new or fancy) stay, I would say this is NOT the place for you. Shower did not drain but filled with water coming up out of drain and no matter which room you stayed in, any time anyone used water in apartment, there was a very loud draining of the sump pumps, which were in each bathroom. Sump pumps were weak and we needed to fill a pot with water to dump into toilet to get it to drain. One toilet didn't even have a seat and one bathroom had a door with no handle! Double door entry to apartment had top bolt lock that came apart from the door and did not work. A man (mistakenly?) pushed against the door and it opened even though door was "locked" which was very frightening for my wife. The light in the entryway flickered constantly and turned on after a long period of time. Kitchen lights over sink never turned on. One hot plate was the cooking area. Large, broken and unusable red refrigerator sat in main living area, list goes on and on. Knowing it was an older building, we expected that not all conveniences would be up to more modern hotel room standards. This was inexcusable and unsafe. Charged luxury tax--fraudulent!

• Konstantina (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, close to the metro station connecting the city with the airport. Walking distance from many sights of the city. Something was wrong with the plumping and the water didn’t drain normally, but it was sufferable. The problem was the sound that the drain was making. Even by just flushing, it was making a sound like a garbage disposal. The apartment had 3 bathrooms with 3 showers and only one of them had hot water, which made the other 2 unusable. The wifi network wouldn’t connect in all of the rooms of the apartment, a WiFi repeater would be ideal. Lastly, the door of the apartment was very old so it was difficult to open and/ or close, especially for a woman it was pretty challenging and scary. Lastly, the host didn’t contact until 15’ after our supposed check in time, after we tried to contact them and we had no answer. I get that 15’ isn’t a lot but we didn’t have the instructions about how to get in. Also, they asked for the tourist fee which is obviously required,but they never confirmed that they got the money until I sent them separate messages on WhatsApp and booking. I was waiting until a day before the trip to make sure that everything was ok and still they never read the WhatsApp messages I sent to them for the IDs. When it comes to that kind of stuff, I believe that instant communication is very much needed.
• Tomáš (3/5): Poor - Locality is super in the center everything close The AC was not working so in the winter time was so cold. Equipment is old but it was okay. Bathrooms and toilet dirty and broken.

Is very central, 5 min walk to the metro, 20 min by walking to the coliseo, 23 min by walking to the fountain de trevi. The bath and showers, requiere maintenance (the walls and doors have fungus.

• Borbala (10/5): Big apartment with private bathrooms for each room. - Easy to find the keys, very good, big and clean apartment in the middle of the Rome. Very good that every room had an own bathroom. nothing

• Ekaterina (10/5): Great place for 2 families or large group - Spacious, good location AC was not in every room. The time we were there was average Rome temperature, but if it would be hotter like beginning of the month, it would be an issue.

• Carolyn (9/5): Great location and a comfortable, clean apartment. - This is a nice apartment in a wonderful location. It’s a quick walk to the metro, with lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby. The place has beautiful high ceilings and is clean, bright, and airy. It was a great place for a larger family, as there is space for being on your own, and space to gather. Good communication with owners when we had a question. One of the three bedroom had to be left open at night since it didn’t have its own air conditioning unit. It stayed nice and cool if the door was open to the rest of the apartment, however.

• Irina (6/5): Pleasant - The location is good. The beds are confortable. The property was not available for check in at the mentioned hour (15:00). We were there with 4 kids and stayed only one night so it was really dissapointing to still wait for cleaning at this late hour.
• Amie (10/5): BEAUTIFUL, spacious, and perfect location!!! - PERFECT place to stay in Rome! We booked two apartments for our family of eight and had the most wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, very well designed, very welcoming and cozy. The kitchen was perfectly adequate for cooking for all of us. We could walk to the Colosseum in less than 15 minutes , and to all of downtown central Rome. Unbelievable value! Loved everything. I wouldn’t change a thing!
