• Cassandra (1/5): UNFAIR - The listing has photos of the pool so we booked for Christmas thinking our kids could swim while nothing else was open.. this was not the case. We weren’t allowed to use the pool for our short stay. There was roadworks right outside the accommodation so it made check in difficult, the fob for the carpark did not work so we were stuck outside. There was a huge Christmas party somewhere in the building which made it difficult to get my 4 year old to sleep. The day before check in I received an email stating we had to pay a $300 bond, which wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking.. however we paid. They’ve then refunded us $40 back as they have said we broke a curtain and it came off the track which wasn’t even used by us! On our final night my 4 year old got a bleeding nose and blood stains were on the bedding. I reached out to tell them and even washed as much of the bedding as I could to get the stains out which I did! However it was getting close to 10am check out so I didn’t have enough time to clean the sheet. Again I contacted them to let them know. I feel like we have been treated unfairly with our bond so will not recommend anyone stays here incase it happens to you
• Paul (6/5): Great location, should only be advertised for 4 people max. - Great location, close to the city, restaurants and great views. It’s not really big enough for 5 guests. Nothing set up for the 5th guest. One of the blankets smelt like it had pee on it. Not sure if pets may have stayed previously. No pillow cases for extra pillows. Needs a good dusting.

• Valerie (6/5): Wouldn't use again - The views,convenience to shops, transport and food The parking facilities,no parking numbers on floor of garage. The building doesn't have full time reception. The owner/contact person was very difficult.to reach his phone was not answered and msg bank was full.We couldn't get check in info until the last moment.very unsettling Wouldn't go there again.Owner didn't advise us of need for a security bond until the day of check in..The only couch was a 2 seater it's supposed to cater for 4 people. ,
• Shelley (7/5): Overall - would stay again. - The building location and facilities were brilliant. The Apartment was also great - new and amazing floor to ceiling windows. There went enough towels. And we ended up finding a number of towels underneath the bathroom sink that were dirty, which we had to wash ourselves. The futon couch was broken. There were blood stains on the spare duvet, which was with a sheet that had also not been cleaned. It would have also been good if tea and coffee was provided - that's pretty basic.
• Pamela (6/5): Apart from the view, terribly dissapointing for the cost - No Breakfast offered, no breakfast nearby, No service to the room with the strictest guidelines on dishes, rubbish removal and how the apartment was to be left. Was not relaxing at all as we weren't game to use anything in case of being fined for not doing as ordered. I thought it was a hotel, not a private apartment with no concierge service, had to wait until someone opened the door to be able to be told this was not a hotel!!! Was no safe parking for key collection, I had to illegally park and leave grandchildren in the car while I rushed to find the keys amongst so many other cylinders on the wire rio mesh wall, no service, no assistance, only eventually text messages, we missed our night out tickets because I spent over an hour trying to find the accommodation after being contacted by the building that it wasn't accommodation, a private building for apartments. I thought I had been scammed and nearly went somewhere else as the children were so distressed, booking.com didn't respond, the owners didn't respond, until they eventually did but it was all just text messages. I will never use this accommodation again. The collection of keys was a disgrace, from a dodgy supermarket external rio grating attached to a wall in a horrible flask lock box Everything
• Hannah (6/5): nice view and good stay overall, just a bit dirty, hot, and probably not worth as much as it was. - the view, the beds, the look if the room, the staff. aircon didnt really work, it was always hot, stains on ground and the walls all scuffed up, 300 depoisit not warned about.
• Scott (5/5): Good area but very dirty - While the bedding on the bed appeared clean and the bathrooms were ok everything else was not clean. Greasy finger prints on the fridge cupboards benches and sticky marks on the table. We bought cleaner to clean down all surfaces. In the cupboards there was spare bedding, all dusty and some with blood on them. It was extremely hot but the extra fans for the bedrooms didn’t have long enough cords to reach power points and were in such a bad state of repair they clanked and vibrated so much we could not use them. In the laundry section there were dustballs and in the kitchen the china was dirty and there was no tea towel to dry things up with. Very disappointing .

Marks and scruffs in the room and hallways but pleasant stay overall - Excellent city skyline and in the middle of the CBD, everything was within a 5min walk. Clean apartment and staff were very friendly. Needed a paint job with scuffs and marks on walls, holes behind the couch too. Extremely hot in the in the west facing room in the afternoon sun when we initially arrived.

• Neil (5/5): Passable - Great location. Nice 2bdrm apartment with good security. All facilities provided. The owner sent a photo of "stains" after we left. We definitely didn't create any stains. Definitely not from us! I had the sense from when I initially spoke to him about the damage deposit that there was a focus on this $300 deposit. We got back $250 but is this happening again and again? You decide.

• Margaret (8/5): Relaxing and admirable. - The view is astonishing! Booked the place for new years and didn’t regret it at all. The scenery of the fireworks displayed were beautiful and breathtaking. The parking is free which is very convenient. The gaming room/pool/gym were clean and entertaining. Although all seems well, providing more cleaning products would be convenient for guests.

• Candra (9/5): Good place to stay if you want to explore Melbourne CBD. - Strategically located at CBD in free tram zone area. Clean property with good facilities including washing machine and dryer. Very good view from the unit. Not mention about deposit requirement when making the booking. Hard to find the place until you receive clear direction from property management. Cannot call the management and only text message is available.
• Rebecca (9/5): Fabulous and comfortable apartment steps away from shopping and dining. - Really convenient location for our holiday to Melbourne. The photos represent the accommodation well. Easy access to the apartment and very helpful and prompt support from the host. Pool was better than expected, great for doing laps and also access to sauna, steam room and hot tub. Just remember to use the lock latch to get the door open as well as the access fob. If you have a great fear of heights you will have the blinds closed at all times 😀. I’m being picky here, but fans in the bedrooms would have been nice on the warm nights instead of relying on the air conditioner in the lounge to keep the bedrooms cool after the sun hits the apartment in the afternoon/evening. There were portable heaters for winter.

Recommendations: Clothes rack/dryer for washing that cannot go into dryer The couch is ver flimsy and feels a bit like it’s going to collapse in the middle. Coffee table, same thing is not very sturdy Could do with a deep clean in some areas, under couch covers etc, around plugs in sink etc.
• Rachel (8/5): Very good - The views are incredible. Very safe secure building. Fantastic location so close to restaurants, shops and public transport Apartment was in need of a good clean especially the walls. There is very bad holes behind the couch in the lounge room. There is no mattress protector on the beds so everyone that has stayed before you are just sleeping only on a top sheet. There is also a damage deposit fee of $300 that you are not told about until after you have booked. With a good clean and makeover this place would definitely be amazing because the views are incredible it just needs some tlc.

• David (8/5): I would stay here again. - The location was superb. The view was amazing, especially at night. The host was very quick to reply. Entry was very easy with clear instructions. It was clean and comfortable. The few issues we had were acknowledged by the host very quickly and in a very professional manner. Great showers in bathrooms. Very quiet apartment with no noise. I would stay here again. No coffee machine, it is Melbourne and not expensive to purchase. One small AC in living area which would struggle in summer to keep bedrooms cool. Other than that, no real issues.

• Isabelle (1/5): Not happy with the way the apartment was advertised. - The location was great. That it said there was three beds and the third bed was a peice of foam on the floor. The bathroom also had a drainage issue so it would leak all over the bathroom and almost into the bedroom.
• Matt (5/5): Good stay hindered by unpleasant Seweage smell throughout apartment for duration of stay - Location, View, Pool/Sauna Unable to use second toilet. Constant Sewage smell for duration of trip. Shower struggled to drain correctly along with Ensuite toilet. Had to Vacuum potato chips & dust from Sofa prior to using.
• Giuseppe (1/5): Bad smelly apartment. - The view and location. The apartment was small. There was no tea, coffee, milk,or tea towels to dry, unlike many other places we have stayed where those things were provided. Also the main bathroom stunk of raw sewerage which was leaking from the toilet pan onto the floor. Our repeated request to have it rectified were ignored during our 7 night stay. Our holiday was ruined and the property owner and or agent did not care. We had to endure that disgusting smell that made us feel sick the whole time. We spent a lot of our time during our holiday trying to contact the agent to have it fixed but it never was. In the end the agent stopped responding to our emails about the issue. Very disappointing.

• Nick (8/5): Very good - Very convenient CBD location. Clean and tidy. We booked for 6 people. Wasn't enough bedding for this reservation. Youngest slept on pillow on the floor.
• Scott (10/5): Ideal base for a family to explore the city. - Very comfortable apartment with amazing views in an excellent location. The host was very responsive throughout and accommodating to our check in and check out requests. The building facilities are mostly very good, fast elevators, well equipped gym and games room. We'd planned to venture further to try different restaurants but there was no need, the building is surrounded by amazing eateries, markets, cafes and bars. The car park is very tight, if your car has a long wheel base you'll struggle to get around the ramp corners. The swimming pool is in need of a good clean, a lot of grit on the bottom.
