Important Information

Upstairs and downstairs have only external access by stairs on the side of the house, creating 2 private places for your enjoyment. On booking you will receive our digital house manual and will be able to access the property's short-term rental agreement. By attending the property you agree to this agreement. This property is on a private road adjacent to the main road that runs along the coast so there is some road noise during the day. Once booked, we ask the guest to thoroughly read the house rules as well as through the house manual, and check-in and check-out procedures to be well familiarized with the property. On booking we'd like to know a little bit about you, when inquiring about availability please ensure you have completed your ID Verification, have a profile photo, and some information about yourself and the purpose of your stay. On booking, you will need to supply a photo ID verification as well as a selfie photo. The cancellation policy is strict and once you book you agree to it - we encourage all guests to seek travel insurance to protect themselves. There is a 2.9% charge when guests pay with credit cards.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Spacious and comfortable to accommodate to accommodate families. Our pet Harvey loved his stay so much. Excellent facilities- kitchenette, plenty of games, comfy beds, plenty of space to accommodate 7 people on single floor(1st floor ). Nice location - grocery, medical, beach right in front of property. We had booked whole house (both floors) as we were 2 families (7 pax) but ended up staying at first floor as it had 4 bedrooms and was comfortable enough to accommodate all of us 😃.Overall it was a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay with family and pet. Highly recommend. Internal access between ground and first floor could have made this place perfect as had to take external stairs to go to down floor and vice versa.
