• Maddison (5/5): Passable - Living spaces, bathrooms and outdoor area/pool Lacking in some areas - no plug for kitchen sink and only provided one tea towel. Floors had sand/dirt on them and under beds. Some sheets/beds also had sand in them

• Keely (1/5): Bad - Avoid this property! It’s a total catfish. We booked this place based on the advertised lake view, which was a huge selling point. However, there is no lake view from the property at all—it’s located several houses down the street, and the listing is clearly misleading. The property itself was in horrible condition. Upon arrival, we found cockroaches in the kitchen and on the coffee machine, a dirty BBQ, a filthy oven, and mould on the curtains in the master bedroom. The hand wash in the ensuite was empty, and the body wash was almost gone. There was dust everywhere, including on fans and picture frames, and the kitchen was barely stocked with basic supplies. There was no milk provided, which is a simple, basic expectation when staying at a place like this. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, with hair in the shower and a used piece of floral arrangement on the rug. Debris on the floor suggested it hadn’t even been vacuumed before we arrived. It’s clear this property hasn’t been maintained for a while, and when we reached out to the host, they didn’t take responsibility for any of it. Their response was to dismiss our concerns and push the issue to Booking.com without offering any solutions. This place is an absolute joke—misleading advertising, terrible maintenance, and a host who clearly doesn’t care about guest satisfaction. I would never recommend this property to anyone, and I’m extremely disappointed that we wasted our time and money on this. If you’re looking for a reliable, clean, and properly maintained place to stay, this is NOT it. Avoid at all costs!
