• HELOISA (9/5): - O apartamento muito confortável e com diversos restaurantes próximos. Fica uma pouco mais distante do centro mas tem ônibus no retorno e na ida dá tranquilo para ir caminhando ate a ponte Vecchio. No quarto que fica na parte debaixo do apartamento, o chuveiro fica em frente a escada e mesmo com uma persiana, quem passa em cima consegue ver. Sugiro uma película no vidro do box. Sugiro também rever o ralo do box debaixo porque está acumulando água. Sugiro ainda deixar ao menos duas pastilhas para usar máquina de lavar a roupa, pois só deixaram para a máquina de lavar pratos.

• José Ramón (9/5): - Es un apartamento moderno, con 2 baños, lo que es de agradecer para una familia de cuatro. El hecho de tener aparcamiento en el patio del edificio, pero cerrado con puerta automática es cómodo y seguro a la vez. La verdad es que todo muy bien, excepto que está algo lejos de los puntos de interés de Florencia para ir andando. Quizá está demasiado alejado de los lugares de interés de Florencia.

• Kapadia (7/5): Good - The size and cleanliness of the apartment. The facilities provided were very good and felt like home away from home. The overhead shower wasn't working in any of the bathrooms . The WiFi connection was a hassle initially although taken care of after some delay .

• Icike1982 (10/5): Perfect apartment with free private parking - We absolutely loved this apartment. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, a terrace, and free private parking. Big wardrobes and two showers, toilets. The apartment is relatively close to the center, approximately 15 min walk. It was beautiful, clean the owner was really kind with us. I very highly recommend this place, it's number 1 choice. If I return to Firenze I will chose this place again.

• Ana (8/5): Acceptable, with great potential needs some more renovating. Not bad for one night stay. - The location was good, private parking and a big place overall. We stayed for one night so it was ok. The smell of mold in the room, bathroom and shower from the ground floor. For the sensitive people that is a big minus unfortunately. There is a noise every time someone uses the water for shower, sink or toilet.. Customer support could be nicer. There are no other amenities…just some instant coffee. I guess we were expecting more but that’s just our opinion.
• Kristina (7/5): The downstairs bedroom and bathroom definitely need some improvements for a more comfortable stay. - I stayed at Mama Florence Baissen Kridze Apartments in Florence with my colleagues on September 28th and 29th, overall it was quite mixed. For those planning to stay, it’s important to note that the parking entrance is quite narrow, especially if you’re driving a larger car. While the parking availability is definitely a huge plus, getting in and out of the parking area can be a bit inconvenient. As for the apartments themselves, they are spread over two floors. The main floor includes one bedroom, a living room, and a kitchen, while the lower floor, which feels more like a basement, has another bedroom and a second bathroom. The upper floor is fairly comfortable, but my colleagues who slept in the upstairs bedroom mentioned that it was quite noisy, as the windows face a busy street, and they had trouble sleeping. On the other hand, the colleague who slept in the living room found the couch to be quite comfortable, and that turned out to be the most pleasant sleeping arrangement. In conclusion, while the apartment has some charm and offers good space, I would only recommend it for three people staying on the upper floor. Upon arrival, we had a bit of a challenge finding the correct door and the key box, which felt more like a little quest. In the evening darkness, it wasn’t the most comfortable situation, but we managed in the end. I stayed in the bedroom downstairs, and it was quite spacious and comfortable, with a large wardrobe. However, there was a strong sewage odor coming from the toilet, which was really unpleasant, and despite our efforts, we couldn’t get rid of it. This was a major downside for me. Additionally, the shower is located separately from the toilet, in the corridor, and this setup was far from ideal. It felt uncomfortable, as you have to walk through the corridor in a towel, where others might see you, and there’s only one hook for a towel, so there’s no place to put your clothes. This layout made the bathroom area downstairs quite impractical and uncomfortable.

• Andrejs (10/5): Exceptional - Of course, the main advantage of these apartments is their own parking on the inside. For Florence, this is a huge plus! The apartments have an interesting design and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Contactless check-in and check-out, good communication with the owner. We walked around Florence on foot, but you can also get to the center by public transport. Due to single glazing there is street noise from 6am, but it didn't bother us 🫣

• Donna (9/5): Spacious apartment in a residential part of town - This apartment is conveniently located near the Oltrarno and Spirito Santo areas and has easy access to excellent restaurants within a five to 10 minute walk. It has dedicated parking in a gated area behind the apartments. It is a spacious apartment and has everything you need. The property management team are so kind and helpful! They helped us check in early and arrange transportation for a very Early morning flight. Downstairs bedroom and bath is not as comfortable as upstairs as it’s located in a finished basement

There are lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood. We traveled with 2 kids and had everything we needed and more. Parking is a really nice add-on if you arrive in Florence by car.

• Zina (2/5): Very poor - Disappointing Stay Despite Beautifully reat Potential Rating: 2 Our stay in this apartment had a promising start due to its great location right at the edge of the resident’s-cars-only zone and free parking space behind the building where we left our car during the stay. The furniture is nice and the rooms are spacious. One of the two bedrooms is in the basement, complete with a second shower and toilet. The basement felt weirdly humid but we did not think too much of that at first. After two nights sleeping there, our teenager developed all symptoms of mold exposure - which we researched after discovering two areas of mold low on an interior wall outside of the shower. We had to stop using the basement part of the apartment and our daughter had to sleep on the sofa bed for the last two days of our stay. The management team responded to our messages, but said that the best that they can do is to treat the mold with bleach during our stay, which they said would smell bad (definitely). And it also would not solve the problem. As a result, we lost half of the Florence part of our vacation because our daughter was in no condition to explore the city. While the apartment certainly has potential, the health impact and lack of a satisfactory solution from the owner made it a disappointing experience.
