• Andrea (10/5): - Központi helyen van , minden nevezetesség gyalogosan elérhető. Francesco nagyon segítőkész , kedves szállásadó . Térképen bejelölte mit érdemes megnézni . Ajánlott éttermeket, elmondta mi merre található , hova , mivel tudunk utazni .Törölközőt cseréltek , szemetet levitték tartózkodásunk alatt. Éttermek és bár van a szállás közelében , minket nem zavart a kicsit hallható zene , beszélgetés . Két fürdőszoba és két hálószoba van , tágas , jól felszerelt a konyha . Ajánlom a szállást .
• Evita (10/5): Nice accommodation and perfect host! - In the middle of the shopping street. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Also near the metro station It’s above bars, so it can be loud at night
• Hrafnhildur (10/5): Best stay I've ever had anywhere! - Like any paranoid person I read basically every review when looking for a place to stay in Naples when I then found La casa di Pepo and the reviews were so so good I was almost scared it might be a scam, which it was definiteally not! Francesco is amazing host, he met us very late to give us the keys and walked with us to the appartment an gave us so many tips on good restaurants, nice museums and how to travel to other places. He was alvays ready to answear any message and question and I really think he is the best host I've ever met and I do travel quite alot. The appartment was actually bigger than I thought with both bedrooms being nice and spacious and with a very nice well equipped kitchen and living room plus 2 toilets. Francesco even gave us quite a lot of water to keep in the apartment as well as some pasteries free of charge which was so nice. The placement is also very good since basically everything is very close to the appartment, many good restaurants, metro stop, shops and more. Naples is such an amazing city and since we only really had 3 days we will definiteally come back to try to see everything Francesco recommended, in his recommendations we trust! I really can't recommend this place enough, if it pops up when looking for a place to stay in Naples you should not hesitate to book it! As many reviews have stated the apartment is located above a bar in a busy street and the people in Naples are definitely party people! I would 100% reccommend to buy some earplugs .

• Sophie (10/5): Fantastic host, great location - We had a great stay at La Casa di Pepo. Flat is very centrally located, with a couple of minutes walk to the metro station Toldeo, and next to Via Toledo, the main shopping street. Lots of bar and restaurants are on the doorstep, with a plethora of choice on where to eat and drink. It is a lively area, so make sure you have ear plugs especially if not used to staying in the middle of a city where the locals know how to enjoy themselves. All adds to the atmosphere! The flat itself is spacious, clean and has everything you need to live in a home from home during your stay. Francesco is an amazing host, very accommodating and goes above and beyond to help his guests. From meeting us at a later check in time, to providing detailed recommendations on where to go and what to see, he was only ever a message away with any issues or queries. Thoroughly recommend as a place to stay and to see Naples and soak in the atmosphere whilst feeling safe. Grazie mille Francesco :D

• Rebecca (10/5): - My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa di Pepo, located in the vibrant centre of Napoli's Quartieri Spagnoli, so you really are a stone's throw from the action, as well as being very close to the metro station, various places of interest, and even a choice of supermarkets. (If, like us, you like to put your feet up after a few days of exploring and have the home-cooked vegan meal, you'll find everything you need in the kitchen. ) Francesco (the host) was absolutely lovely, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and making sure that we felt a part of Napoli, rather than just tourists. He even came to meet us nearby the apartment and helped with our suitcases. We loved the unique touches and character that made it feel like home. Yes, the area can get lively (to say the least, with the spritz bars afoot), but just make sure that you pack your ear plugs and close the shutters, and enjoy the convenience, cute touches, and Franco's warmth, generosity, and hospitality. (And if you are lucky , you might also meet his lovely mamma! 😉) Highly recommend to anyone looking to feel right at home in a spacious and welcoming base in the beating heart of Napoli! ❤️ Missing my second home already
• Lavinia (10/5): The real feeling of Naples - The apartment is located in the heart of the Quartieri Spagnoli in a very old building, typical of the area and staying there made us experience the real feeling of Naples. The rooms are big, clean, the kitchen is equipped with all the things one might need. All the apartment gives the feeling of 'home'. Even if we did not meet the host in person, we kept in touch every day and he made sure we had everything we needed. I really recommend this accommodation! There isn't anything I didn't like...However, if you choose to accommodate in the Quartieri Spagnoli, you should know that, no matter the day of the week, the place is really loud till early in the morning because a lot of youngsters like to party there. 🙂

• Colin (10/5): A comfortable apartment in a great location. - Great location, very close to metro and Quartier Spagnolo , lively area but I wasn’t disturbed by the noise, apartment quiet with shutters closed and 2 bathrooms very convenient for 4 adults. As in most of Napoli many restaurants in tourist areas have lost authenticity, so nearly restaurants didn’t have good food or value but still an entertaining area.

Unfortunately, due to limited time, we couldn’t visit all the places he suggested, but we see this as the perfect excuse to come back and meet him again! The location was ideal for us. Staying in the Spanish Quarter felt like being in one of the most vibrant and characterful areas of Naples. The energy of the neighborhood was incredible, and we absolutely loved being part of it. If you're looking for absolute peace and quiet, this may not be your ideal spot—but really, who comes to Naples for quiet? The apartment itself was beyond our expectations—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped. It’s clear that every detail has been carefully considered. You’ll find everything you need and more—not just the basics like towels and toiletries, but also extras like breakfast snacks, an iron, toothpaste, and even some medications. Francesco has truly gone above and beyond to make his place feel like a home away from home. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable stay in Naples! We liked everything.
• Michael (8/5): authentic Naples. - excellent host. spacious. Well located in the "spanish quaters" between local Naples and the tourist facilities. The streets around can be very busy and a bit noisy but that is part of the spanish quarters vibe. metro, taxies, restaurants and shops all in very close proximity. Host was always available for advise and assistance. enjoyed the experience.

The access to the house was easy, and the host was very polite and helpful. After showing us the house, he gave us detailed information about the sights, entertainment, and food in Naples, and all his recommendations were excellent. Additionally, he offered to go out and buy us beers. Unfortunately, we couldn’t go because we had to wake up very early the next morning, but rest assured, friend Francesco, that we will definitely return. • David (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment was large clean and the host was very helpful and welcoming. The apartment was extremely noisy at night. There is a large bar just below our windows that is packed with young people drinking and having a good time, but they were very very loud. Not just one night but every night of our 4 night stay. It would start at about 10 PM and continue at least 1 AM (2 or 3 ) on a couple of nights with yelling and chatting football fans (?) It basically completely spoiled what could have been a great stay. I would not book again.

(10/5): Incredible host, perfect location for food and drink and travel, great value for money - Francesco was an excellent host for a really nice property, he collected us from the metro and took us to the flat which was really spacious and well equipped with soap and shampoo, and tea and coffee and some breakfast snacks. He introduced us to a fantastic beer bar, and had so many recommendations for restaurants and pastries and anything you could possibly want. All his recommendations were spot on and led us to places we wouldn’t have been otherwise. He really made the trip special, I’ve spent a lot of time in Naples previously and this week felt exciting and new thanks to him. Francesco offered to come by halfway through the week with fresh towels if needed, and brought a seasoned moka pot for our coffee as well. The flat is really close to the metro, a few streets up, and is surrounded by bars and restaurants. There are windows on 3 sides of the apartment so you can’t miss any action or sunshine! It’s a great location and a really comfortable place to stay. Nothing! It was all perfect
