Anyway don't book this apartment, it's a scammer, they ask you to pay a deposit out of booking and then they guarantee that you'll receive a transfer from booking. Leland (1/5): Horrible Stay - Bats in the house, Dirty on arrival, No interest from the owner to make it better. - The idea of a four bedroom townhome but it failed to provide a comfortable launching pad for our vacation. The townhouse is near Canada Water which has a nice little grocery and access to the Tube, Trains and Buses - it is a major transport hub less than 10 minutes from the home. The property is dirty - when we arrived the place had not been cleaned. The refrigerator was gross, the first floor half bath was gross, there were dirty towels in all the bathrooms, dirty dishtowels, floors needed vacuumed, the deck area needs cleaned, there were no instructions on house rules or any type of guides for the area. There is no air conditioning and the fourth floor gets horribly hot. Opening the windows should solve this but we got bats flying in three of the nights because there are no screens on any of the windows. Some of us had to sleep on the couches downstairs because of the fear of bats coming in or it being so hot that we could not stay up there. Water pressure is non-existent; you cannot have more than one person taking a shower at a time. There are no mirrors in most of the bathrooms which is a little weird. Parking is available but you have to guess where you should park as there are no digrams or markings. Front of the house could be cute but there are bins everywhere and the pavers are popped in multiple locations creating trip hazards. Also, the owner wants a 300 pound deposit sent directly to them, which because of banking laws, is complicated and requires you to download and use an app and pay about 30 pounds for the service; seemed scetchy but he did return the deposit but it is by no means user friendly.
Mohit (8/5): Excellent house for a large family - Large spacious house with parking as advertised. En suite bathroom with all basic amenities. Well equipped kitchen. Canada water tube station is 10 min by foot with great connectivity to central London on the jubilee line. Noisy neighbours
