Das Zimmer ist sauber und gepflegt, mit vielen Details auf das wesentliche. Egal ob Kaffee, Tee oder eine kleine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung, wir haben uns als gute Freunde gefühlt. Das wir nur eine Nacht gebucht haben :(

Zur Begrüssung erwartete uns ein Wein und Snacks dazu. Man kann richtig schön entspannen draussen bei dieser gepflegten Umgebung und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten! War slles tip top, gibt nichts zu mekern

• Gabrielle (10/5): Look Here First - The Glade is a place where love and conscious care is in every detail. Its it outstanding in beauty. The owners state that they offer you a place to experience peacefulness and if that is what you seek you will find it here. There is thoughtfulness in every aspect, even in something as simple as the coffee and milk options. The owners even gifted me a book which was written by Rod, himself. The book title is Conscious Leadership. Take a look if you would like to learn about the high integrity and purest intentions of the people who own and run this sanctuary. If anyone told me that they intend to visit Urunga, I would highly recommend that they choose The Glade. Absolutely outstanding. This is not just a stay, it is an unforgettable experience. There is nothing that I didnt like.
• Peter (10/5): Our stay was relaxing and sooo comfy. The place is gorgeous. Being able to sit in deck chairs on a deck by the river was - It was welcoming, homey and comfortable. There was so much attention to detail 👍 There was nothing we didn’t like 👍

• Peter (10/5): Would stay here again. - The Glade was very quiet. Lovely outlook from the room. There was plenty of space in the room which was tastefully decorated. Room was as big as three rooms in one. There was even breakfast cereal which we used. Close to the Urunga Wetlands which was a surprise in itself. Darker heavier curtains on the window/door near the bed and we would have slept in.

Fran & Rod have definitely thought of everything. The kitchen area has everything you need. Environmental and recycling practices have been implemented. There are plenty of places to sit back with a drink and some nibbles or a good book and enjoy the scenery. It is within walking distance to the main town of Urunga. Off street parking and a small covered veranda area to sit and have breakfast. We would love to return. Suits couples. There was nothing to not like

Wir hatten zwei Terrassen sowie viele Sitzmöglichkeiten in diesem schönen, großen, direkt an einem Fluss liegenden Garten. Leider waren wir nur für eine Nacht dort. Alles war prima, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Picnic table and boat ramp . The owners who live in the main house were unobtrusive but friendly when we met them. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to illness but the owners are holding our one night for us should we return - very gracious. Absolutely nothing.

• Maurice (10/5): How's the serenity! - The location was idyllic - a peaceful setting, with sweeping lawns rolling gently down to the river. So many thoughtful touches provided by our hosts, who clearly wanted us to enjoy our stay - a welcoming drink, nibbles, breakfast cereal, and even a real milk bottle filled with real milk! Also lots of information about things to see and do in and around Urunga. All of which means we will be recommending The Glade to friends, and hope to visit again ourselves.

The hosts have thought of everything to make a stay comfortable and enjoyable. What may seem a small thing, but was very much appreciated by me, was the fact there was a carton of soy milk in the fridge as well as regular milk. It was so nice after a long drive, to be able to sit down and have a coffee. :)

The motivational books were a bonus as was the complimentary book, wine and nibbles. The setting is really beautiful. The property feels like a beautiful holiday flat by the river. The location is idyllic and it is a short drive into town for food and beaches (or a nice walk). With a big vehicle the access driveway was a little tight. Although it was dark and rainy when we left which didn't help.

A cold beer in the fridge and mini bottle of red to be enjoyed sitting in a shady spot looking out at the Kalang River. What more could you ask for to relax and unwind? Immaculate property with lovely personal touches everywhere and a very comfortable bed. Fran and Rod have thought of everything for their guests comfort and relaxation. We absolutely loved it. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We have traveled everywhere in Australia and The Glade is definitely in our top 5 stays. If we could give more than a 10 rating, we would. This was one of the best stays I ever had through booking.com The surrounding was excellent with a wonderful garden down to the waterfront. The place had a small but very well equipped bathroom. A full kitchen with all appliance to think about including a washing machine. The one bedroom living room set up was spacious and offered a comfortable bed, tv including streaming platforms, a fast and reliable wifi. They even offered some xmas sweets and some drinks in the fridge. Parking was right in front of the unit. Just think of something and it was there. Everything very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately the upfront communication never got me the needed info about self checkin. I waited almost 30 minutes until the lovely landlady arrived and showed me into the unit. Merci the unit was definitely worth the waiting
