• Hassan (1/5): Worst customer service no basic facilities - It was nice Customer service was shit They didn't gave us any fan even i was with a baby and it was boiling. First they gave us a room which was not double and has only 1 small desk fan. It was 35 degrees i kept calling them to just take some extra money and give me another room with AC they refused and refused to give me another fan as well Then after continuous request i got moved to another hotel but when i went there they didn't give me entry code and i waited there for an hour with my family . After 1 hour when i get the code we entered the room and there was no fan 😬 I keot calling them but no body answered and then we bought our own fan . It was worst experience Never recommend it

• Corina (1/5): AVOID. Host will double-book your room, offer to refund, then LIE and say there wasn't a problem. - The location is good and instructions to the place was easy to follow AVOID. Host will promise you a refund, go silent, and try to take your money. The triple room I paid for was double-booked and the host didn't inform me, so it was a surprise to arrive at check-in to a used room with other people's belongings. The host apologised and offered another room for the night and said the cleaner will get the room we had booked ready for the following morning, or we can decide to leave and receive a refund for the rest of the stay. The room wasn't ready the next morning so we made the decision to leave, contacted the host, but he suddenly went silent for days... I managed to call him and he said he'll process the refund once the cleaner has checked the room. But again, the host went silent.. I had to chase him with messages and calls until he finally decided to respond arguing that there wasn't a problem and he doesn't need to refund... I had to get customer service help because the host wanted to SCAM me and lied. AVOID. UNTRUSTWORTHY.

There was smell in the room. Very small bathroom and toilet. Only one washroom for so many rooms. Highly un ideal. Not value for money. Any good hotel in the same locality with better facilities can be taken in same amount.

• Pavel (7/5): Na krátký pobyt dostačující a dobré v poměru cena x výkon, má však své mouchy - Líbilo se mi, že byť není ubytování v úplném centru Londýna, tak ma velmi dobré dopravní spojení ktere vás mezi 25-35 minutami dostane do úplného centra. Do ubytovani nejde hluk z ulice. Vybavení ubytování bylo dobré, nachází se zde i lednička, mikrovlnka a další spotřebiče. A byt je vybaven dalšími dekami, nádobím a dokonce adaptéry na britské zásuvky. Byt je útulný a plusem je, že se v jeho blízkosti nachází hypermarkety, obchodní centrum, restaurace i kavárny. Instrukce vstupu byly jasné a je možné přijet kdykoli. Nelíbilo se mi, že sprcha byla jen tak narafičená, že není rozbitá, ale vůbec nedrží v držáku. Samotná hlavice je celkem pochybná protože voda teče přes jakési keramické kuličky. Ovládání sprchy a nastavování teploty a intenzity vody jsou také náročné. Koupelna nebyla příliš prostorná. Nedostali jsme toaletní papír, pouze zbytky ruliček po předchozích ubytovaných. Čistota ubytovaní také nebyla ideální. Horní postel velmi vrzala. Komunikace s hostitelem byla trochu zmatečná, když jsem například poslal čas příjezdu, který byl ubytováním potvrzen, dostal jsem zprávu s otázkou v kolik tedy přijedu a že potrvá, než se to potvrdí (Dostat se do ubytování ale nebyl žádný problém)

Elle puait énormément. Avec les poubelles qui débordées.A 1h30 du matin nous avons été réveillé par l'homme de ménage qui ne parlait pas anglais pour nous dire qu'on allait être remboursé pour cette chambre. Aujourd'hui nous sommes à 1 semaine après notre séjour et pas de remboursement et personne ne nous repond..

• Corina (9/5): Professional, tidy and thoughtful host - Great location spot. The room had a radiator and provided towels, shower gel, coffee and biscuits. A smart TV to use which was excellent, and a small table. It was a very comfortable stay and the host provided an iron as requested. The wifi had suddenly disconnected after 10pm.

I have used booking.com and others and never experienced this in my life, I need to find customer service as this is unacceptable We did not even get to enter the property

• Siphesihle (1/5): Absolutely filthy! Waste of Money😡 - Nothing about the actual property. But, the location is close to amenities. Cleanliness This place was absolutely filthy, it smelled horrible (including cigarette smoke at random times😡) and the main bed had hair and smelled like sweat (bed covers were definitely not changed or freshened up at least😭😡😡). The towels provided were musty and dirty. I suspect nothing was done after the last guest left. The walls were dirty with dead creatures, food stains and other questionable things! The kitchen was even worse, from the dirty counters to the oily cupboards to utensils being absolutely soiled. The shared bathroom was also not clean at all (while it's expected for communes, this was an exception) - you are better of using public toilets. Fridge was dirty with bloody like stains 🤮. Equipment The beds were uncomfortable and debilitated, leave aside the filth, you are better off sleeping on the floor. Bedside lamps didn't work at all. No air conditioner, so the room is small, hot and ... The window did not allow sufficient ventilation so it did not relieve the smell at all. The curtain rail was hanging on for dear life. The radiator was broken and left hanging on the wall, albeit we were here in summer so God bless winter visitors. No storage space, not really a big deal save the rail provided is again dusty and rusted. Value for Money Absolutely not. I could write to my heart's content about the filth that is this place (photos are misleading) but the moral is, it's clearly been neglected and abondoned by the owners. So new guests are beholden to the habits of the previous guests with debilitated infrastructure. You are better off looking a bit more within the same area, we found a closely priced and really clean and nice place within hours of our frustrations (forced to check out after one night). Common questions. No, we did not know when we booked, the photos are misleading. Yes, we thought it would satisfy the price point. To prove the point, we found something much better within the same area and price point.

• Orlando (6/5): - I stayed for 10 nights the room was nice, good size, own bathroom, own shower and kitchen also washer/dryer. the building has other rooms that share facilities like kitchen, bathroom and toilet but this one is not shared. You need to organise cleaning days if you stay longer than 5 days. Central location, great pubs close to bus stops and trains. It got very noisy with police, ambulance, firefighters, cars beeping because it is on a main road all through out the day seriously, wasn’t able to get good sleep! Also the bathroom ceiling began to leak from under the light bulb, it was a big leak coming from the kitchen upstairs, this was quite late on my 2nd night it could have been dangerous, spoke to the landlord and had someone look at it the next day all was good. Due to a language barrier it was hard to communicate with the landlord when asking to collect rubbish / clean my room, i cleaned as i went but definitely needed a cleaner at least in the middle of my 10 day stay, overall the stay was good but could’ve been better.

• Diego (1/5): FRAUD - Avoid this place at all cost! - NOTHING GOOD ON THIS PLACE AND ADMINISTRADOR This is a terrible place, do not look into it. First: Bathroom is shared, although it is not specified. You shared with other rooms. Second: Owner is deceiving, he puts a number for contacting him. Then you ask for help, and tells you since you did not contact him via Booking; it is your lost. In my case, I traveled 14 hours, arrived in the morning. Got a pin code that did not open the door, I tried to use the bathroom and was busy. After an hour and a half, I have to leave to a Pub. I tried to contact and nothing! Terrible experience.

• Esra (4/5): Cheap option, avoid in hot weather. - It was near where I wanted to be and pretty much the cheapest option. The TV was able to connect to the internet and allowed me to watch my Netflix account. Bed was OK. The room was very hot, had to have the window open and fan on high all night to just survive. Being right on a busy street with the window open meant very high noise levels and so no sleep. Since that was the whole point, it was a failure. My phone couldn't connect to the Wifi (probably my phones fault)

• Jayzikeen (10/5): Outstanding - It’s very clean, quiet, and looks exactly like the photos!. Although on a main road the double glazing barely makes it noticeable! The kitchen is equipped with 2 ovens, 2 hobs and 2 sinks which is very practical for how many rooms there are in the house! So you dont have to worry too much about if anyones using anything. We loved staying here! So much so we booked 2 more nights, luckily we got the same room we had before so was familiar surroundings. The beds are super comfortable and warm! Room has a nice fridge/freezer also! Recommend to families! N/A
