- Holly (2/5): Communication with host/host representative was very prompt, which it needed to be due to so many issues! - Proximity to event, and 2 separate beds. That’s it. If we had another option to stay elsewhere we would have. It was extremely unclean, plug sockets and lamps in the bedroom did not work, dead bug on the wall, cobwebs, dirt, dust, staining across the property. £35 damage waiver requested or a £500 deposit, despite not saying this on the booking of property. Many problems with this property.
- Tamar (1/5): The flat with a rat - great location on the hackney marshes this is a converted flat, basic kitchen, very noisy neighbours (diy at 10:30 pm), some things did not work (bedside lamps) & could not be fixed. The worst part: three night before i was due to leave, a mouse (or baby rat) entered the kitchen! The proprietor sent a guy from pest control who suggested placing traps! i packed my things and left, and had to cancel plans in the neighbourhood. I am still waiting to hear from owner and Booking.com about a refund! So, so disappointing. My attached photos show wooden planks being thrown at night from above and dodgy electrics

The beds are incredibly comfy, and I had some of the best sleeps there! Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better spot. If you’re looking for a cozy place to relax, this is it!

- Michael (5/5): Passable - Excellent location A hidden charge levied for the security deposit less than 24 hours before the start of the booking is unacceptable.
- Valerio (3/5): Bad experience. - Position Long list: 1) As soon as we booked, we were contacted by the host, who told us that was mandatory to register on the site SUPERHOG, where we were asked to pay 500€ of deposit, which was completely against the policy, since there were no mention in the Booking.com reservation. After having contacted Booking.com staff, the host immediately told us that it was not necessary... from mandatory to unnecessary with in 5 minutes. Be careful if you book this apartment. 2) As we arrived (24:00) we found out there was no electricity and hot water in the apartment. You can imagine: no shower, no lights, no electricity to charge phones. We reached the staff by phone, who told us the housekeeper would have passed by the next morning to fix the problem. The problem was fixed only at 12:00. I had to discuss for TWO days by phone with them in order to obtain the reimbursment for the first night; only with the support of Booking.com staff i have been able to obtain that, after a long bargaining. 3) The flat was missing the very minimum level of maintainance; there was a very bad smelling mold stain in the baedroom, which is very dangerous for the guest health (picture attached). 4) The only TWO power points in the bed side of the room were not working. 5) If you need for silence when sleeping, don t book this. Wall and floor are so thin that you can literally listen neighnours' conversation as if they are in the room with you. No jokes.
