• Stefan (5/5): Für das was ich gebraucht habe ganz ok. - Der Boden, die Marmorfließen im Bad und die schicken Tapeten, lassen das Appartement auf den ersten Blick sehr wertig aussehen. An der der Sauberkeit könnte man arbeiten. Ich habe Papierschnitzel vom Vormieter gefunden. In der Waschmaschine war nasse Wäsche. Was da von mir erwartet wurde weiß ich nicht. Der Wasserkocher war verkalkt und roch nach Putzmittel. Aber am schlimmsten war der Tiefkühler der braun und vereist war. Ich hatte ein WLAN Passwort aber das Wlan war nicht klar beschriftet. In der Fernbedienung war die Batterie leer. Auch ein echter Kasten oder Garderobe würde die Wohnung aufwerten.

• Guest (1/5): Egy szóval borzasztó élmény - A szállás lokáció szempontjából egész jó! A szálláshelyre megérkezve az első ami szembetűnő volt,hogy nem lett kipakolva a szárítógép. Hajszálak voltam benne,a konyhai eszközök koszosak,vízforraló,mikróhullámú sütő gusztustalan. A teljes sokk akkor ért amikor megláttam,hogy nincs ajtó a szobàk között. A függöny leszakadva,a fasz piszkos. A fürdőszoba ajtaja előtt a padló felválik. A zuhanyfülkében a sarokban pókháló. A mosógépben is ottfelejtették a ruhát. A wifi nem működik. Rossz érzésekkel távoztam. Nem ajánlom senkinek.
• Klara (7/5): The pictures are partially true! There are no doors between the room areas - The guidance was clear about how to get there, where we can find the keys. The kitchen was nice, the furniture was new. The bathroom was beautiful (but not very clean) It wasn't made clear that one room is opening from other, and there was no door between the two of them and the bathroom was available from the second bedroom. For colleagues it was a little bit uncomfortable.

• Zoltan (2/5): Sajnos nem az a szállás ahová szívesen mennék! - Sajnos nagyon nem tudom azt mondani tetszett! Belépve a lakásba sajnos dohos szag fogadott és egy szárítógép amit nekem hagytam ott, hogy szedjem ki! Konyha tisztaság na az nem volt egy jó mosogatás fogadott mivel semmi evésre alkalmas eszköz nem volt tiszta ! Ajtó nincsen a két szoba között ablakok utcára néztek de levannak fehér fóliával ragasztva ezt még el is tudnám fogadni ha írták volna! Parkolás nem megoldott előtte !

• Sofia (8/5): Boa, mas com bastantes coisas a melhorar - Perto do metro e dos autocarros internacionais. Localizaçãp sossegada Mobiliário muito básico. Cortinas a cair das janelas, apenas tinha uma cama sem mesas de cabeceira. Usamos cadeiras para pousar os artigos pessoais. Para época de verão não foi mal mas para o inverno parece pouco acolhedor.

• jana (1/5): Hrůza, nechápu proč booking takovéhle ubytování nabízí, kazí to úroveň stránek. - Pokoj byl smradlavý a nenachystaný, nepřevlečeno, koše plný a špinavý ručníky se válely po zemi. Majitel nereagoval. Měla jsem pocit že s tím, že si pokoj uklidíme počítá, bo tam byly čistící prostředky, pračka a sušička. Byli jsme jen na jednu noc a tak se nezbývalo nic jiného než si pokoj aspoň trochu uklidit. Nahlásili jsme na bookingu jen nechápu proč booking takovéhle ubytování drží na svých stránkách, bo po přečtení recenzí, bohužel pro nás pozdě, jsme nebyli první. Všechno, katastrofa, televize na stěně jen pro okrasu bo tam není žádná zasuvka a to stejný s WiFi, krabička na zemi ale bez zapojení

• Lisa (3/5): Zu viel Geld für eine miserable Unterkunft! - Lage war super wegen Nähe zur UBahn Bei Ankunft waren die Handtücher alle feucht und modriger Geruch, Trockner mit Bettwäsche war noch eingeschalten, Generelle Sauberkeit besonders im Bad erschreckend Keine Tür zum anderen Schlafzimmer, Badetür war komplett schief, beim Bett im Eingangsbereich keine Vorhänge montiert, in beiden Lampenschirmen waren sehr viele tote Motten sichtbar
• Gudrun (1/5): Für österreichische Verhältnisse finden wir keine Worte - kommen nie wieder - - Appartement benutzt, ungereinigt vorgefunden - beide Waschmaschinen mit Wäsche belegt - Betten benutzt, keine frische Bettwäsche, Betten nicht gemacht - Badezimmer nicht gereinigt, benützte Handtücher am Boden - Küche: benutztes Geschirr sowie Müll vom Vormieter - Vermieter war telefonisch nicht erreichbar und hat auch auf eine Nachricht über die Booking.com Plattform nicht reagiert - Ersatzquartier musste von uns kurzfristig organisiert werden
• Artjom (7/5): Good for a day stay - The flat had everything for a short stay. It was pretty much clean and worth its price. It was easy to find the door and keys. The washing machine was full of laundry. We had no water in the evening but maybe it was due to road repairs.
• Meng (4/5): Disappointing - big space for 2 persons The host gave no response except the key info. We didn't get WIFI password for all days we stayed. VERY noisy on the street outside the window for ALL nights. NO hand soap, not much cooking tools. the water in the shower can stuck for long time

• Jovan (10/5): Exceptional - Location is exceptional! 3 stop with U3 U-Bahn from Wien-Mitte train station. Host was very pleasant. Apartment was very warm, and quiet even though outside was very cold and busy.
• Richard (1/5): Bad - The property was not cleaned at all, dirty towels were laying on the floor , also the kitchen was covered with bits of food. after discussieon with owner we cleaned it ourselves and the owner offered us discount; finally he never paid any discount and stopped communicating on booking messager;
• Gabriela (7/5): Good - Very close to the metro and trams with good connection to the city centre. Bakery, grocery shop and paid underground garage are all nearby, which was great. The apartment is simple and spacious, the floor heating was very comfortable. Overall we were satisfied. There was nowhere to hang towels and in the bathroom, we would also appreciate a door between the two rooms. Those were more of an inconvenience, not really a problem, but what I find disgusting is that we did not get a fresh sponge for dishes, it was apparently used.
• Fay (3/5): Ok - We went for a specific reason for 4 days and the location was perfect for what we needed it for. Easy access to the apartment, good communication with the owner. Clean. Comfortable beds. Metro station very close. 2 bedrooms but no door to close in between for privacy. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have booked it. The toilet was ensuite in one of the bedrooms so not very convenient. No dustbin in the toilet to throw waste. No cupboard to put any clothes Only one small rack in one of the bedrooms. Very small towels There was only one toilet paper No bed side table or any furniture. Just a chair. A small table and 2 chairs in one of the bedrooms.
• Allyson (10/5): Exceptional - Great space, comfortable beds, close to Erdberg bus station, clear directions from host Couldn't find wifi, floor was a bit dirty in the bedroom

• Mihaela (10/5): Exceptional - We liked the apartment. We came for a concert so it was close to the stadium. Very clean, and new. Near metro and bus station. For the price we paid, very good quality. It was a little confusing regarding the check in.
• Igor (9/5): this apartment could easily be rated 10, but it slips on platitudes and trifles - Location, comfort and size of rhe apartmemt Noisy, doesn't have all the necessities to earn 10
• Avik (5/5): Nice place with owner who probably bit reluctant to the customers problems - Comfortable beds. Clean appartment. Facilities in the kitchen is good. Location is also fine. Communication is not at all clear. I asked for direction. The owner just ignored the question. Finding the keys was not easy due to bad communication and this caused a stressful beginning in a new country. There is no equipment to clean the floor and the bathroom. There is a lack of space to keep cloths. Staying a for a week is hard due to the last two reasons.
