Georgette (1/5): We came to London to bury our family member, and now our grieve is exacerbated having to deal with an unfair host and pr - The property was fine, except there is someone living in the basement of the property, I encountered the resident on one occasion, there was also the constant smell of gas in the entrance way, and there was a water leak in the entrance way, which completely soaked the carpet, I contacted the property during my stay and nothing was done about it. After my stay, I was only refunded half of my $649.00 deposit, the property claimed a cabinet was chipped, and the repair was $325.00, when we arrived the blinds were not working properly, and now the property management group is claiming we damaged a blind in the bathroom, the blind was was never touched to maintain privacy, since the bathroom faces the street.
