• Marek (1/5): - nothing, i could not get in SCAMMERS - I tried to make a refund via Booking.com, but this accommodation neither exists nor do not respond for official emails from Booking.com. Like a piece of sh!t I stood outside of the "address" they provided with my partner just to have tried to get in and contact them via Whatsapp and messages they did not responded, I had to find another place to sleep in the far neighborhood for me and my partner so frustrated to wait there and try to enter with no password sent to me by accomodation staff. Absolutely the worst ever experience of my life and 12 years of travelling with using Boooking.com, YOU own me the accomodation costs, the time I had to spend waiting for your password or answer and the most humiliating feeling that I have to ever experienced in my life for accommodation/housing experience. As I mentioned before Bookong.com tried to resolve my refund request but this non--existing "accommodation" did not respond them neither!!!! SCAMERS!!! enjoy my money and city taxes you didnt need to pay to Vienna city because you did not check me in and I had to pay in another accommodation

• Luis Henrique (9/5): Ótimo custo benefício. - Fiquei no quarto triplo com a minha esposa. Para um casal está excelente. O banheiro e cozinha são compartilhados apenas com outro quarto. Pegamos um vizinho bem tranquilo e simpático. A cozinha bem completa de utensílios. A ducha do banheiro é forte. A cama é confortável. Há bastante iluminação natural. O Wi-Fi é estável. Prédio com elevador e próxima ao metro de superfície . Mercados grandes próximos. É um bom custo benefício e recomendo o local. Poderia ter uma tv maior e virada para a cama. Do jeito que está não tem muita utilidade. A cozinha poderia oferecer uma cafeteira e um abridor de vinhos. Não há a possibilidade de deixar as malas nem antes do check in nem depois do check out. Logo você terá que contratar um Locker pela cidade. O horário de check in é checkout 10:00 e 15:00, um pouco fora dos padrões. Se quiser entrar antes ou sair mais tarde é cobrado mais 25 euros. Havia um cheiro levemente desagradável no banheiro mas era bem pouco mesmo.

• Carla (9/5): Todo genial - La habitación estaba bien, cama nos resultó muy cómoda y teníamos un mueble con cajones en el que pudimos ordenar nuestras cosas sin problema. También nos gustó tener la ducha y el retrete en habitaciones diferentes.

• Eglė (4/5): Negerai - Pakankamai patogi vieta. Ypač aitrus cigarečių kvapas, kuris apartamentuose tiesiog įsigėręs į baldus, patalynę, sienas. Kvapas toks aitrus, kad jo nepavyko išvėdinti visos viešnagės metu. Tai ypač erzino, nes atvykome su vaikais.

• Stella (7/5): - We stayed just overnight and for overnight it was enough even for that price. Location were a little bit far away from historical part of city but there was trams and ubahn also at the evening so no problem.

• Andrii Fomin (1/5): - Один негатив. Будь ласка не беріть ці приміщення в аренду. У самому будинку, у квартирі дуже воняє каналізацією. Коли я відчинив двері, з'ясувалось що там хтось був до мене, і кімнату зовсім не підготували до приїзду. Дивитися фото, якщо їх можно у коментарях залишити. Мені запропонували якесь інше приміщення, але я відмовився від нього. Думаю вони такі самі як і це. До речі, ніде не вказано що у самій кімнаті не має душу і туалета, як і кухні. Вона загальна з іншою кімнатою, де також можуть бути гості. Це дуже не комфортно.

• Byrne (3/5): Poor - Awful. First of all, it’s not clear on the listing, but it is a shared apartment. You will have your own lockable room but you will be sharing your kitchen and bathroom with other people staying. It does not look like the photos, the whole place is definitely rough around the edges. But the main thing was we did not have wifi the first two days we stayed, we contacted them immediately and they were awful. Terrible communication, they were not helpful at all and did not care, it took them 2 days to fix the problem and they only did so when i threatened them with a bad review - oops. Hair pulling stuff, they came within 15 minutes, so they clearly could have fixed it much sooner they just didn’t care enough to do so.

• Nikita (7/5): Fine location for it's price but... - + good location (close to the shopping mall) + elevator in the building + price/quality is fine + warm floor and bathroom - it's a shared appartement - we were asked to fill a lot of personal information for every guest and it took us really long time (they asked not only our passport pictures, but also all the details about us) - the company managing this appartment on outsource didn't answer to any phone calls from us (both phone numbers), so we needed to solve problems by ourselves - the coach is really uncomfortable to sleep on

• Sandra (7/5): Good - The location is centric, is right next to a tram line which is really convenient if your going out at night, It also has 2 supermarkets in a 5 min walking distance. The building has a big elevator and it feels secure. The beds are super comfortable. the spaces fits 5 people nicely with no problem I think even a maximum of 7. The kitchen was barely equipped, just had 2 pans and no tools or kitchenware, all the pantry's where empty and in the bathroom they just had 1 roll of toilet paper

Everywhere in the apartment was warm and clean The 2 person bed consists of two separate mattresses. I had to ask for the pan my neighbor. Kitchen was too small for more than 2 people

• Pajor (7/5): not bad, but you can tell that it's the cheapest accomodation - The bed was comfortable and we had more space because there was nobody in the room we shared a bathroom and a kitchen with. there were some pots and basic cutlery in the kitchen. the way there was terrible, because of the construction work and it was difficult to get the keys from the key boxes. wardrobe had only one door and cupboards in the kitchen were broken.

When I asked for proper service, I was kicked out at 9 PM in a foreign country, leaving me and my colleague stranded. We had to urgently find another hotel through Booking, incurring higher costs and a 40-minute commute. This behavior is unacceptable, and I demand justice, including a refund and coverage for our emergency hotel stay. I also request an inspection of the hotel's compliance with check-in rules and norms to prevent future incidents. It's not just about the money; it's about treating people with respect.
