Tostadora. La conversación con la anfitriona fue fluida hasta que llegamos. Pedí un secador de pelo Tardo más de un día en contestar y otro día más para traerlo. Lo reclamé tres veces. Ya me había comprado uno.

- Marion (4/5): À éviter - La proximité de l’aéroport Compliqué à trouver. Manque d’information avant l’arrivée. Il faut de soi même contacter la personne pour avoir les détails. La personne est néanmoins très réactive par WhatsApp. L’établissement est un ancien hôtel défraîchi et pas entretenu et reconverti en petits appartements gérés par différents propriétaires. Le sol était sale et sûrement pas fait car il y avait des gouttes de chocolat au lait parterre. Pas de torchon et de liquide vaisselle à disposition. La clim est en face d’un des 2 lits, ce qui n’est pas terrible non plus.

- Mariano javier (8/5): - La habitacion en bastante comoda, si bien se nota que el edificio tiene sus años. No le falta nada para pasar una linda estadia. Por la cantidad de habitaciones que tiene el hotel, Pocos palapa ( sombrillas ) y camastros en la playa.

Attention ce n'est pas un hotel, mais un ensemble de copropriétés plus ou fidèles aux photos sur l'annonce. A mon arrivée, il fallait que je prévienne quelqu'un, et que je devine que c'était au 6e étage dans un labyrinthe. Appartement pas propre, très très vieillot, et très mal entretenu (rideau cassé, fauteuil dehors cassé, odeurs d'égout dans la cuisine et salle de bain, etc), très peu de mobilier. Le pire que j'ai vu en un mois au mexique.

Pas de réel lobby, nous avons été amené à nos chambres par le gardien du parking. On dirait un ancien hôtel qui a été séparé en plusieurs petits appartements gérés par différentes agences. Pas réellement une ambiance hôtel mais plus airbnb un peu ancien.
- 3xM (5/5): - Wir sind seit 12 Jahren im Cancun Plaza / BSEA und buchen über booking bei verschiedenen Anbietern / Eigentümern dieses Komplexes und waren in den letzten Jahren sehr zufrieden mit den Zimmern. Es gibt einen großen Pool und von überall Meerblick. Preis/Leistung ist normalerweise gut. Dieses mal buchten wir beim Anbieter "Magic Sunrise at Cancun". Leider entsprach das Zimmer nicht dem was wir gewohnt sind. Preislich war es im oberen Bereich. Die Ausstattung scheint seit dem Bau des Hotels nicht erneuert worden zu sein. Es bröckelt der Putz an verschiedenen Stellen, Farbe fehlt zum Teil. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr schwach. Eine Renovierung wäre schon vor mind 10 Jahren fällig gewesen. Beim nächsten Mal schauen wir uns nach einem anderen Anbieter um oder wechseln das Hotel.

Ac was good. Odor on the second bedroom was bad, structure need repair, where spot can be more clean, restaurant wasn’t my favorite , last night they were a loud group talking from 12 am to 6 am and wasn’t able to sleep, light hanging, need updates.

Minisplit En malas condiciones, ya que no es de la capacidad que requieren las dimensiones de habitación, y además nos inundó de agua el piso, dicha agua salia de las rendijas por donde envía aire frio. Malas instalaciones en regadera, perdimos 3 horas para que saliera agua. Boton de descarga de inodoro en malas condiciones, tapa de asiento de inodoro rota, puerta de baño caida (arrastraba en el piso), y la famosa cocina, no cuenta ni con estufa ni de gas o electrica y tampoco con jabón para trastes. Y la de limpieza queriendonos sacar de la habitación 15min antes del check out.

Incredibly easy access to the beach. The property was not well maintained. Cleanliness was a bit lacking in the common areas such as the stairs, floors. Maintenance seemed to be an issue in the bathroom really slow water pressure in the upstairs bathroom. Hanging ceramic tile that was a hazard. Toilet seat was flopping around.

Alguns pequenos detalhes, como ajustes da pintura na varanda, a porta também estava desgastada e sem pintura e não havia ralo próprio para usar a banheira.

- Maria (10/5): Perfect Location to be in front of the ocean - This room had everything we needed, great comfortable beds, clean bathroom and a spectacular ocean view. minor things were missing (a lamp, a desk, sitting nice chairs in the room) but we were there for the ocean and other activities. And the price was great. When we needed extra toilet paper or other things I just asked by text and it was fulfilled. This building is attached to the Cancun Plaza hotel, it seems it was built later. It doesnt have a restaurant, but if you take the elevator, there is a large open windows small restaurant next to the swimming pool and in front of the ocean. Very friendly staff. The maze of hallways to go from one end of the building to the restaurant and back to our room.
- Mar (7/5): Buenas vista al mar - La vista al mar desde la habitación. A pesar que no tiene balcón. Las camas cómodas con las sábanas y toallas limpias. Tiene heladera tamaño grande. Shampoo , jabón líquido en empaques cerrados de tamaño familiar. Toallones disponibles para la playa. La persona que nos atendió por WhatsApp estuvo atenta y disponible en todo momento. Las escaleras del interior del departamento para llegar al piso de la habitación. Es tipo caracol y no apto para personas con movilidad reducida. Puede mejorar la televisión 📺, es un equipo obsoleto, y no toma canales y demás. Sólo YouTube . Por ende la TV si se apaga se desconfigura. Mobiliarios ya desgastados. El wifi tiene múltiples opciones de diferentes cuentas , aun así la señal es inestable. Limpieza del baño se puede mejorar. En comparación al bloque de alado precio un poco elevado, por las prestaciones. Son tipos condominios pero diferentes bloques y dueños.

The beds were old, lumpy & terribly uncomfortable. You couldn’t sit on the balcony because of water drips from upper floors in multiple locations. The WiFi was terrible to non-existent.
- Marcos Alberto (10/5): My experience at the location was amazing enjoyed it ever moment it was short stay but was worth it. - The Location had all accessablity stores around the area like (OXXO) a convances store and pizzaria. Beautyful view of the ocean and well mantain the area. The room we stayed in had all the items needed including glass cup and few small plates for any takeout food. What I personaly did NOT like if your ordering UBER eat to the location the gards will not let them come in to drop of the items to you. You are require to come down and meet them at the gate to pick it up.

La vue sur la mer au réveil est très agréable, la piscine et l’accès à la plage aussi. Le ménage n’était pas fait… Nos pieds recouverts de poussière et saleté après avoir marché à pied nu dans la chambre. Sale de bain pas propre non plus. Porte d’entrée et serrure très vétustes. Lumière qui clignote dans l’entrée… pas très accueillant !

No hay para calentar agua para tomar un té. No se puede bajar al mar de noche. Mar de mucha ola y viento. La playa a esa altura tiene piedras para ingresar al mar y me quebré un dedo del pie. Nos dejaron dejar las cosas antes pero nos hicieron esperar mucho. Para llegar deben decirle Plaza Hotel al Uber, no existe el cartel de magic sunrise. El baño es muy viejo hay que abrir una canilla abajo para que salga el agua arriba y sale tibia. Nos dejaron shampoo y jabón de manos

- Leandra (7/5): - Da vista para o mar, estava de frente ao mar e o andar que estávamos (4°), foi muito bom. Apesar da limpeza ser de 02 em 02 dias estava limpo. Na varanda pingava água do andar de cima, a estrutura do prédio estava ruim e vazava água, as cadeiras estavam quebradas com perigo de cair, na cozinha faltou um detergente e uma esponja, a água do chuveiro demorava esquentar.

- Ganesh (7/5): An amazing and safe stay for solo travellers! - Magic Sunrise Cancun or Cancun plaza was a pleasant safe stay. My room was amazing with a sea view and views of the sunrise with easy access to the beautiful beach. Their pool is also great. They have a restaurant by the side of the pool with sea view! There is also a small shop by the corner which offers basic amenities. There is free WiFi in the room which is great. Uber services are easily available. One of the major drawbacks is that there is no separate reception. First day when I reached my room, toiletries were not kept so I had to go to security and ask for who can help me. They gave me a number and that person communicated via text. It was a little difficult at first but eventually the toiletries came! Getting hot water was a struggle next but eventually it was all good! The person over the text was a little slow but eventually work got done. One day they changed some toilet faucet when I was not there so that’s a negative point but they lady ensured my luggage would be safe. Also they have a tour booking service at their place which is good. Prices are okay I guess. The Chichen itza your they offer is amazing but the tulum tour was very average to be honest. Over all it was an amazing and safe stay. I would recommend to solo travellers. Thank you for the experience! Lack of a reception. Not easy contacting the staff for help. The restaurant is a little over priced with the staff expecting a 10-15% tip always.

- Svenja (1/5): Eine große Enttäuschung - Einzig allein die Aussicht. Eine der schlechtesten Unterkunftserfahrungen überhaupt – absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Schon bei der Ankunft traten massive Mängel auf: Es gab kein Wasser bzw. nur sehr wenig und ausschließlich eiskaltes Wasser. Die Wohnung war insgesamt stark heruntergekommen, der Boden war dreckig, im Kühlschrank lagen Haare und die Balkontür ließ sich nicht einmal schließen. Der Zustand war insgesamt völlig inakzeptabel. Hinzu kam, dass sich der Gastgeber anfangs überhaupt nicht gemeldet hat und wir keinerlei Informationen erhalten haben. Als schließlich doch eine Antwort kam, wurde uns sogar ein falscher Türcode geschickt, sodass wir nicht einmal in die Unterkunft gelangen konnten. Trotz all dieser Probleme reagiert der Gastgeber bis heute nicht auf unsere Bitte um eine (Teil-)Erstattung und ignoriert sämtliche Nachrichten. Dieses Verhalten ist absolut unprofessionell und nicht hinnehmbar. Wir wenden uns nun direkt an Booking, da der Gastgeber keinerlei Verantwortung übernimmt. Wir können diese Unterkunft in keiner Weise empfehlen.

Piscina ideal y el restaurante dentro el resort muy rico! Se nota que es todo ya un poco viejuno, el baño muy pequeño. la ventana tiene muy poca insonorización y si hay olas se oye el mar toda la noche, deberían poner ventanas con cámara para más silencio.

- ORPAZ (6/5): - המארחת משתדלת להיות זמינה, וכן השתדלה לבוא לקראתנו כשביקשנו מגבות או להחליף חדר. החדר ממש מול החוף ויש אחלה בריכה. יש חנות נוחות ממש ליד המלון. רמת הניקיון של החדר לא גבוהה. יש ריח לא נעים במסדרון. באשר לזמינות - לא קיים דלפק קבלה, ולכן אם חסר משהו, הבקשה לא תיענה במיידי. לדוגמא, רצינו עוד שמיכה והיא הביאה רק למחרת.. כך גם עם מגבות לבריכה, רק למחרת זה סופק. המתקנים בחדר ישנים, ומכונת הקפה לא עובדת כ"כ טוב. יש חדרים עם מדרגות - לנו היה חדר עם מדרגות וזה היה פחות נוח.

- Jan (8/5): Very good - The location and view from the apartment is great. The apartment and its equipment are unfortunately old and it shows. The air conditioning does not work optimally. The lower room with the kitchen is quite small.
- Mariana (10/5): Amazing view with responsive host - The view is beautiful, it is straight to the sea amazing! The host is very responsive. We needed additional items to cook in the room and they brought them to us. The building is a little run down, but we didnt care since the view was amazing.
- Shagana (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel was exactly as shown in the photos and located right near the sea, which made the view beautiful and relaxing. Great value for the price and a good place overall. The quality of the facility restaurant was just perfect. AC could have had better cooling, and the curtains weren’t long enough to block the sunlight completely waking up with the sun in your face wasn’t ideal. A proper blackout curtain or blind would really improve the comfort.
