- Murphy (8/5): Very Good - The flat has two double rooms, a good sized kitchen and is really light and airy. It is directly beside Bermondsey tube station on the Jubilee line so really handy for getting into London. We used the buses quite a lot because it was cheaper and you get to see more, bus stop just beyond the entrance to the tube station. Antonio was excellent at communicating and was on hand if we needed him. Entry to the flat was easy and once inside we felt very safe. Bermondsey isn't the nicest part of London and it certainly didn't feel comfortable late at night around the tube station. The flat was warm as it was a sunny week, but having the windows open wasn't practical due to the noise. Groups of young people hung around the station and it was noisy until the early hours. I certainly wouldn't recommend a single female staying there alone. Regarding the flat, the only issue was a lack of information about the equipment (coffee machine, wifi code) and no local information about transport etc. This would have been useful but certainly didn't spoil our stay.

- Kim (8/5): Polite and friendly host. Great little flat which we will remember for future stays. - The location was fantastic for our plans, visiting the 02 and super close to tube. It was airy, clean and comfortable.
- Michael (8/5): Hugely professional host who dealt with a problem admirably. - We booked into this property, but there was a problem on the morning of our arrival meaning the property wasn’t available. What could have been a crisis was handled amazingly by Antonio, with him offering another property that, whilst it wasn’t fully completed following renovation, was well located and he refunded the full cost without charging for the alternative accommodation. Problems happen, but the host bent over backwards to make sure it didn’t ruin our holiday and I couldn’t commend his behaviour enough. Whilst the alternative accommodation was basic and not stocked, it was much more professional than simply cancelling the booking and leaving us stranded.
