• Tomáš (7/5): - House was big. We receive information for check in in application Happyguest.ai. Was only two choices how to get code , pay 67USD/pay insurence for damages. Or option 2 was get 1000USD deposit for 7days after check out . We choose 1000USD and i hope will be returned in all measure.

• Jennifer (10/5): Hidden gem in College Park/Orlando - Location - even though it is right on a busy road- you did not hear the traffic! Yah! Large area to gather in the kitchen/ living area - great for groups. Rooms were plentiful and great decor - even the green velocity couches! Haha The game room looks fun - we did not use it because no kids! The kitchen was adequate- but if you are used to a chef kitchen, then you will not have everything you want. Also, there are LOTS of food options within walking distance, publix right down the street for groceries. Easy access to I-4, downtown venues, and theme parks. The grill was pretty rough - probably needs replaced soon. Also, I did not like the flexibility of being able to get in an hour early - we were not even there for 24 hours!
• Cory (8/5): Very good - The home is spacious and close to downtown. There are also restaurants within walking distance. It was perfect for my group, and some of my guests said they plan to rebook the home next time they are in Orlando. The home was also very well stocked and nicely decorated. By 4 p.m., I still hadn't received check-in instructions. Which was frustrating because I had been in town since 1 p.m., just waiting around. I had to call the host to get the code.
