- Aldo (1/5): Terrible accommodation. - Nothing Staff let us wait 1hour outside in the middle of the night eventhough we arrived at the indicated time and they said it’s no problem that morning. At 11pm they finally sent a room number. We then noticed that the front door was always unlocked, with no security. Then they allocated us a room on our second stay and at 10pm sent us a rude message wanting us to change rooms again. They took over 2h to reply to WhatsApp messages, eg asking about WiFi. No check-in procedure and staff doesn’t speak English, eg to explain parking. We had no privacy in our room, as the glass door was covered with a transparent curtain.

- Jack (6/5): Booked this property as all other options at that price point were dorms, so for that I’m vaguely happy. - Location, price, facilities are OK Lack of privacy - there is someone sleeping on the couch as you enter. There are issues in relation to contact with the lister as well in relation to instructions and their clarity.
- Rebecca (3/5): Do not recommend - House was clean and presentable This is not a guest house, you are renting a room in someone’s house!! First we got sent to the wrong address because the landlord sent us instructions that were meant to go to someone else, we ended up letting ourselves into the house of a young family because of this and got NO APOLOGY for the screw up! It wasn’t mentioned in the listing that we would be renting a room in someone’s house, the listing is misleading in saying “other guests” when they are in fact owners/tenants of the property. The walls were very thin, we could hear everything, including face time videos at gone midnight. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were thin and lumpy. It was a very awkward experience for us and we will not be doing it again, sticking to a travel lodge next time!
