• seung bae (7/5): 지낼만 함. - 조식은 없음. 위치는 중앙역에서 걸어서 20분정도. 두오모까지 걸어서 20분정도. 캐리어 없이 걷기에는 괜찮은 위치. 캐리어 끌고 가기에는 약간 먼 위치. 방은 그런대로 지낼만 함. 원룸에 세탁기, 전자렌지, 냉장고, 인덕션과 싱크대가 있어서 요리까지는 냄새때문에 어렵더라도 과일이나 간단한 식사는 충분히 가능함. 장기 투숙하는데 유리함. 그런데 그렇게 저렴하지는 않음. 출입시 열쇠가 3개가 필요하고 건물의 5층 꼭대기에 방이 있음. 캐리어를 들고 오르내리기가 매우 어려웠음. 체크아웃하는 날 밤 비행기여서 약간 늦게 체크아웃을 할 수 있는지 문의했으나 안된다고 답변 받음. 필요하면 캐리어를 외부 보관함에 돈을 내고 보관해야 함. 집주인과 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 비대면. 방의 침대는 흔들리고 소리가 남. 폭포수 샤워기는 수리가 필요함. 입구의 전등도 수리 필요. 깜박거림.

• LOULOUDENIA (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν αρκετά μακριά από το κέντρο. Τελευταία στιγμή μας έγινε μια αλλαγή στο δωμάτιο. Τα κρεβάτια δεν ήταν πάρα πολύ άνετα. Θα περίμενα περισσότερες παροχές (π.χ. σαμπουάν, σαπούνια, είδη προσωπικής υγιεινής). Αυτό που δεν μου άρεσε καθόλου είναι ότι ενώ το check out ήταν στις 10:00, μαζεύαμε τα πράγματα μας και είχαμε αργήσει 10 λεπτά και μας περίμενε μια υπεύθυνη έξω από το σπίτι, για να μας ενημερώσει ότι πρέπει να βιαστούμε. Το θεώρησα αγένεια για 10 λεπτά αργοπορίας…

• Mayar (4/5): Poor facilities - The location was nice Poor facilities overall. neither the kettle nor the heater and air conditioner were functioning. There was no follow-up from the staff or operator, and when we reported the faulty kettle, we were asked to record a video and send an email, which is an inconvenient and slow response for a short stay. Additionally, the mentioned “daily housekeeping” was not provided at all.

• Ivelina (7/5): - The apartment is in a great location and was very clean. The room was quite cold, around 18–19°C, and there were no remotes for the air conditioner or heater, so we couldn’t adjust the temperature. In addition, the bed was almost broken.
• Raquel (9/5): - Buenísima ubicación, todo a mano tanto para ir andando como metros y tranvías en la misma puerta. Zona con mucha restauración pero el piso con nada de ruido. Cama cómoda, cocina bien equipada. La ducha tarda en calentar, y entonces te quemas o sale fría y vuelta a empezar.

• Renke (6/5): Relativ teuer und etwas laut. - Gute Lage wenn man seine voraussichtliche check in und check out zeit angibt, wird einem mitgeteilt dass bis kurz vor potenziellem check in oder potenziellem check out die reinigungsfrau etc vorbeikommen kann. Das heißt, wenn man evtl 2 Stunden früher kommt oder doch später auscheckt ( natürlich im Rahmen der offiziellen zeiten) kann das dann zu einem Problem führen. Zudem ist die Straße sehr laut und man hört früh morgens die Müllabfuhr. Nichts für geräuschenpfindliche Gäste. Sehr bequemes Schlafsofa und generell sauber. Relativ teuer für den comfort.

En la descripción se detalla dormitorio y salon, pero es un solo espacio con un sofá cama. La llave del portal en ocasiones falla.

El acceso es complicado con un sistema de llamada telefónica combinada con un código de entrada que resulta erróneo en las instrucciones...OJO: es 6* no 6+ como indican.

• Тетяна (6/5): Як на мене, то на пару ночей таке житло підходить, але більше я б мабуть не хотіла там жити. - У помешканні було чисто, ніяких неприємних запахів не відчувалося, дуже багато різного посуду, достатньо рушників, туалетного паперу, мила. Дуже легко пройшло заселення та виселення. Із персоналом спілкуватися не довелося. У приміщенні є кондиціонер, який у прямому сенсі рятував нас під час незвичної для нас спеки. Розташування дуже гарне. Поруч є безліч кав'ярень та закладів, де можна перекусити або капітально поїсти. До вокзалу близько, до центральних пам'яток близько. Великий плюс - вікна помешкання виходять у внутрішній двір, тому з вулиці звуки не заважали. Мабуть найбільше вплинуло на мою оцінку дуже незручне ліжко: матрац дуже-дуже м'який, подушки погані. Спати було дуже незручно. Другим суттєвим мінусом було те, що практично неможливо було налаштувати температуру води у душі. Вода була або занадто холодна, або занадто гаряча. Зробити комфортну температуру не вийшло. У нас так і не вийшло під'єднатися до WIFI, хоча нам прислали детальну інструкцію. Для нас наявність WIFI була некритична, тому до персоналу за допомогою не зверталися. Вже при виселенні у понеділок зрозуміли, що нам повезло, бо наші дати перебування у даному приміщенні попали на вихідні. У сусідніх квартирах ведеться ремонт. У суботу та неділю нам це не заважало, було тихо, бо були вихідні, а вже у понеділок зранку було дуже гучно. Чомусь не вийшло скористатися електричним чайником, він так і не ввімкнувся. Нам було не критично, тому до персоналу за допомогою не зверталися. Ще один з мінусів цього приміщення - погана звукоізоляція. Коли люди проходили повз наші двері у під'їзді, було враження, що вони проходять прям через наше помешкання. Нам це було терпимо, але може хтось більш чутливий до таких речей.

• Victor (6/5): Fine for a night, very warm in summer, great location. - Great location, very central and easy to get to. The place is big enough for a person or a couple. Bathroom was very clean. Not so simple to understand the directions to get into, but ok. The main issue for me was that it was a very hot day and there was no air conditioning. There is a ceiling fan but away from the bed, so doesn't help when sleeping. The property does need some updates.

• Mihai (1/5): avoid this room if you don't want to ruin your vacation - nothing A miserable room, avoid staying here. the pictures are edited and the production is terrible. You have to check in yourself on their website at least 24 hours in advance and you have to pay 25 euros for it, otherwise you wait hours until someone answers you. The bathroom as well as the room looks terrible, the shower is very small, the water is either very hot or cold, you can't combine it. the noise from outside is loud. and the most disturbing thing is the dampness and mold on the wall. The bed is broken and unstable, it has two separate mattresses, with different levels and uncomfortable, you wake up tired.

The room is on the G+4th floor and there was no elevator in the building. At the time of booking it wasn't mentioned that there is no elevator. After I booked the property messaged me to cancel my booking if elevator would be an issue. Obviously it was an issue I was travelling with an infant and luggages. But when I tried to cancel my booking through BOOLING.com it was denied by the property. Even without the luggages it is not easy to climb the stairs up to the last floor of the building.

Nice location in terms of transportation. Room matches the description. Poor sound insulation. There are several bars on the nearest street which can be noisy during night time.
• Maria (8/5): Very good - The apartment was big an quite clean with a well equipped kitchen. Wireless signal is really poor! There is some signal only in the hallway. Even if the bed was comfy, the pillows were too big and hard. I had to discard them. A bit noisy from the street but bearable.

• Guluyeva (3/5): - - Well, I don’t even know where to begin. First of all, when we arrived, we couldn’t open the gate. We contacted them, but didn’t receive any response. After about 40 minutes, a man with access to the gate arrived and helped us.( most probably he also was a tourist) Then, the heating system didn’t work, so we decided to turn on the air conditioner, but we couldn’t find the remote control. My husband downloaded an app to control the air conditioner, but when it turned on, it was very dusty, and the dust spread everywhere. The room was extremely dirty, so I decided to clean it myself. Overall, it was the worst apartment I’ve ever stayed in.

Expect for the AC that we couldn't adjust the temperature but everything is good. - My husband and I both love the location, as it is very accessible to restaurants and metro. We are very satisfied also how the host assisted us, especially by providing us the informations how to get there & how to get inside the apartment. She still assisted us though I replied very late to her emails. Thank you so much! Two thumbs up guys, Ms Clara 👍 It would have been better to sleep if room is a bit warmer, its just that we couldn't find the control of the AC so we couldn't adjust the temperature specifically during night time.

Room clean and equipped in everything what is necessary Instructions to entrance were sent very late and we were afraid that we would have to sleep outside. When entering for the first time you have to press code on the telcom and make a phonecall to provided number, but this code is not very obvious so we tried our luck and we managed at the end. Room is not very quite - When someone talk outside the apartment, you can hear everything inside, like they were standing next to you.

• Laura (1/5): Not worth the price - So i got a message from our host when we arrived at Bergamo Airport that in the house where working construction. In the Time from 8:30 am to 5pm we had NO water, so we couldn’t use the toilet and either brush our teeths. On the second day we wanted to shower (it was like 9 or 10pm) and the water was brown and it stinks. We let it rinse a while but we ended up buying a water to brush our teeth and didn’t shower. The host told as that it was an unpredictable construction work that they have been told in the morning but the construction site was since July (There was a Sheet at the front door). To sum it up, it was absolutely not okey to pay the same price as other guests who had water all the time and above all clean water.

• Mary (6/5): Location and price is good for a short stay - The location is really pretty good, 4mins walk and you're in the metro M1, lots of restaurants and establishments around, just 3 metro stops and you're in Duomo. It has complete amenities though. Bed is just combined single bed so you will fall into the space in between. Shower is too small and just has overhead shower, no hand held and also it takes so long to get the warm water. Access to the apartment is automated but it takes time sometimes to open. Apartment is in 3rd floor without elevator. You need to go to the back of the building which there is an on going construction to access it. Walls are thin, you could easily here people in the morning talking, preparing etc. There are some noises from the equipments inside the apartment.

The space is very tight. I found the bed and pillows quite hard. The room is very warm and the internet strength is not great.

• Marcell (5/5): Disappointed. - Excellent location. Clean. There’s a construction in the building, so it was very loud all day. You cannot open the window because of the constructions, so you cannot get any fresh air or any light from outside, which is kind of a huge problem in a 15 m2 space.
• Nina (8/5): acceptable and clean - central location, very close to bars and tram stops and restaurants and the metro so it was easy for us to plan our days and get around the city. the bathroom was quite clean as well. the bed, while a double, was not a whole double bed mattress so it made sleeping with my partner a little bit uncomfortable as one of us would keep falling into the gap between the mattresses. there was also construction going on and it meant the window had plastic over it so the room got quite hot at times.
• Adrian (7/5): Gods location, bad shower, expensive - Very good location, flat is ok, shower is horribel (little water comes out). Ar condition good. There is no place to left your bags after check out Horrible shower, there isn’t space to keep your luggage after check out.
• Holly (6/5): Pleasant - The room was nice and had a oven and washing machine We were on the top floor, which wasn’t the worst but you could hear everything even from the bottom floor, we where never told that that would be construction out the back which wasn’t ideal as the curtain are completely see through at the window which meant the construction workers could see straight into our room we had to put a towel over the curtain at all times, there was a window in the shower it was small but again the workers could see straight through. Our original home check out was 11:00, I had emailed them looking for a later checkout because our flight was late, then responded with changing our checkout time to 10:30

• Kutay4k (10/5): good location with affordable prics - location is amazing, metro and tram stations are very close to go to main areas like train stations or duomo etc. also the street that the apartment is full of bars and cafes. the main street just 1. min walk away is a shopping street which lead you to Duomo for 20 min walk. it was hard to communicate with the host. Check-in procedures are a bit complicated.

• Preeti (6/5): The location was just perfect, really nice places close-by. However, the smell was disturbing. - The location was perfect! Porta Venezia is a very fun place to stay and you can have drinks just around the corner at nights. There was however no noise from people outside. You can hear people come up the stairs, taking a shower and so on., it is all very loud. We had to be careful with raising our voice. There was also a weird sewer smell when we arrived (especially in the bathroom) but I guess we eventually got used to it during our 7 night stay. The apartment is also very small! It would be better for 1 person.
