- Alessia (10/5): - Posizione ottima, appartamento bellissimo, spazioso e comodo.
- Lorena (4/5): False aspettative - L’appartamento è carino, si sviluppa in lunghezza e ha due camere da letto. Una con bagno en suite e l’altra con bagno in cucina. L’appartamento, molto rumoroso, è al primo piano di un palazzo che ospita anche un locale molto frequentato, con schiamazzi in strada fino a mattina. Pulizia poco attenta, sprovvisto di ricariche per la macchina del caffè e di una fornitura minima in cucina di sale, pepe, zucchero e spugnetta per i piatti. Abbiamo contattato l’host Lorenzo per fargli presente le diverse mancanze (lampada che non funziona, ecc…) che si è sempre giustificato, senza intervenire per risolvere i disagi. L’impressione è che non ci sia in questa gestione alcuna cultura dell’accoglienza e che la gentilezza sia solo superficiale.
- Nora (8/5): Bellissimo appartamento storico vicino al Ponte Vecchio - L’appartamento è storico ed è molto bello. Si trova in una bellissima zona , cinque minuti dal Ponte Vecchio. Lorenzo è molto gentile e disponibile.
