It was okay, but it will be helpful for us from outside klang valley and not familiar with this area if the hotel disclose the exact location. We thought it is very near to midvallley, within walking distance while actually it is 15 minutes away by car.

- Nur Dania Anati (3/5): Not so nice 🙂 - The receptionist was very nice and helpful. She even guide us on the direction to the nearest LRT station. The bathroom don’t provide enough privacy, the shower’s sliding door is not suitable because someone can peek through the door gap. Also, we can see the reflection from the toilet mirror from the outside even we already closed the sliding door. The air conditioner was very hot even though we have adjust the temperature to 16 degrees. The water flow from the toilet pipe was very very slow. We don’t dare to poop because the water was too slow. The shower water flow is okay, but the toilet one is very bad.

The room's window faces the main road, and all night it's just the noise of motorcycles, the sound of lorry engines—no chance of good sleep. At this hotel price, comfort should be guaranteed, but being kept awake all night by outside vehicles makes it impossible to rest. Upon entering the room, I requested a room change, but the staff said the hotel was fully booked. Speechless. I will definitely not stay at this hotel again.

- Gunaraj (4/5): Disappointed - Nothing great on the stay No parking available as stated in the room reservation page and all parking are required to deal with Majlis Perbandaran which is limited during peak hours.Cockroaches were seen when open the room door and reason given by the housekeeping is there was pest control conducted one day earlier. There is no plates and cutlery available and reason given was due to all rooms are packed and there is no additional cutlery available.

- Tim (2/5): - - Severely over priced for the quality, or lack thereof. Older room, old stained carpet in the hallway. Views in the back are of the highway, a garbage dump and a warehouse. Front rooms have bars on the windows - so no really comfortable option. The location is also misleading. Hotel mentions Mid-Valley but it's actually near Old Klang Road - a very different and less dynamic location in KL. Some staff are polite, but the Indian reception clerk needs to learn customer service skills. Better value for the money elsewhere.
