1. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., check-out is at 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Early check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning will be liable for all resulting costs. 2. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted. (Smoking is only allowed on the balcony). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repairs. 3. Guests whose number exceeds that specified in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €30 per night of reservation for each unauthorized guest. 4. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us before their stay. 5. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys. 6. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in homes to signal excessive noise levels. Night quiet from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. 7. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to us. 8. A booking constitutes agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for all associated damages. Violation of the house rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction without refund.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Teufik (8/5): Wir waren überrascht von der Unterkunft - Grosse Wohnung viel Platz Mich hätte es sehr gefreut wenn zur Kaffeemaschine noch 2-4 Kapseln da wären. Was nicht so gut war: uns hat man gebeten ab 22:00 Uhr nicht laut zu sein. Was ich ganz normal finde. Aber am Samstag Abend, kammen wir um 23:00uhr zurück zur Wohnung und einen Stock Ober uns, haben die Kinder rum gesprungen und geschrien bis fast 01:00 Uhr 😂 es war sehr laut. Ansonsten alles top 👍🏼
