Guest Reviews
- Leteisha (1/5): I did not stay here. It was too filthy. I had to book another accommodation - The place had not been cleaned since the previous people had stayed. Dirty stove stop, dirty toilet. Floors hadn’t been vacuumed.. bench tops hadn’t been wiped. Rubbish hadn’t been removed from inside fridge. NO SPA BATH as as states.
- Jill (1/5): Deeply depressing - This place was awful. No sign of the hot tub highlight advertised!! Dirty, stained sheets with hairs in both beds, fridge in the lounge, dirty bench tops, no tea towels, used and old kitchen sponge, watered down washing up liquid. The place was like a furnace when we arrived so no nice welcome cooled down place. Stained and dirty rug. It was absolutely disgraceful. The owner should be absolutely ashamed.
- Sharon (3/5): Poor - The property is a Housing Commission Flat. It is old and dirty and smelly. It was very hot. The wifi password did not work. Extremely overpriced for a very poor experience.
- Jeremy (5/5): Passable - Not very clean.
- Kylie (7/5): No Spa bath, comfortable bed and great water pressure - Great water pressure and comfortable bed There was no Hot tub/Spa bath or coffee maker, only kettle. No sugar or milk to make a cup of tea that I liked and only 3 coffee sachets for overnight stay for 2 Adults
- Laura (7/5): Good -
- Theresa (7/5): Clean, quiet, comfortable and well maintained. - The location was central. The bed was comfortable. It was clean and tidy and quiet. It was quite warm so a can in the bedroom would have been great. Other than that there was nothing negative to say. I would definitely recommend this place. Also the 11am checkout was magnificent!!!
- Hayley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (1/5): Bad - We walked into the unit and were disappointed with the unit. It was very basic and old. In the end we decided to forfeight our money ans stayed elsewhere. Everything. Old and tired. Funny smell
- Bronwyn (8/5): Pleasant - First time staying in a pet friendly unit and it was clean and smelt fresh.
It was a nice quiet place to stay.
Walking around town was easy from this place. From the front you can't don't judge a book by it's cover. Not a negative comment, just not appealing.
- Michelle (7/5): Good -
- Clive (6/5): Pleasant - Good location. Walking distance to town. Could have been cleaner, crockery was dirty. Advertised as toiletries supplied but everything was empty.
- Summers (1/5): Bad - Dog friendly The poor conditions
No dinner plates
The kitchen cupboards were dirty. Glasses were dirtythe PowerPoint for the fridge was to be shared with the air cond
The bed duvet cover was dirty with loose dirt on the bed cover
The step going directly to the house was too high and not fixed correctly, causing me to lose my footing and fall over
- Preston (3/5): It was a bad stay very disappointing - The place was shabby with dirt stains on rug
No hot water!!! Difficult to contact manager/ owner
They did not answer phone cal(messages full) but messaged back without giving a name(except in Chinese.). so did not know who we were messaging. Pleasant enough but unable to help us with hot water… so we were unable to shower etc. so left without breakfasting as could not wash dishes…..
- Moser (7/5): Good - Easy access to property and very clean.
- Julie (7/5): Needed last minute accommodation. Booked & arrived within 15mins - had everything we needed - Set up with nicely with lots of thought put into providing any little extras people need. Products supplied were good quality. Would have been great to have an enclosed yard outside as we had our dogs with us.
- Samantha (6/5): Pleasant - On a main road but was okay How cold it was, but there were heaters to help
