• Barbara (9/5): Lovely place for a relaxing holiday. - Explanation of key procedure was easy to follow. Rooftop was great in the evenings to sit and relax. Great location. Easy walk to beach, restaurants and supermarket etc Swimming pool was nice. Although the unit is not managed by the onsite reception staff, they were kind enough to allow us to store our bags as we arrived prior to the 2pm check in. Great beach to walk and swim. The rooftop would have been more useable if there was a cabana or umbrella etc. There was no shade and it was too hot to sit during the day. Unfortunately, we locked ourselves out of the unit as the front glass door locks (internally) and you are not provided with a key to open that particular door. We were able to phone the host who had to drive out and unlock the door. This could be a safety issue if you had young children. For us, it was just an inconvenience.
• Rhiannon (9/5): Fantastic! Comfortable and will come back! - The host had fantastic Communication. The unit was well equipped with extras such as pantry items, Washing powder, Hair straighter and more. Very helpful. So close to beach and restaurants. Unit was comfortable and had everything we needed for a week. The gym didn’t really have much and spa wasn’t warm enough but really not huge problems.
• Angela (8/5): - It television took a while to figure out, the foxtel box wasn't working but it came good on the second night. A television in the main bedroom would have been good for an extended stay.
• John (4/5): Great location, pity about the details - Location. Close to beach. View from top level Unclean floor, coachroaches, dryer main filter not cleaned for ages, lift out of order on departure day but time of decomissioning not given, lights to exhaust fan not working
• Colleen (9/5): Attending a family function, our unit was roomy enough for before and after get-togethers. - Position. Unit was very spacious. Lots of room for the extended family. Kitchen had everything we needed for short stay. the outdoor areas - small patio and entry were not very clean, had not been swept. Railings and floor very dusty.
• Lani (9/5): wonderful multi generational holiday. - The property was right in the middle of town. close to beach, creek, restaurants and groceries. We could walk to everything Our particular Apartment property managers were wonderful but the resort managers were unhelpful.

• julie (8/5): If the spa had been working then I’d have gave the property 10/10 as everything else was great and we would def go - Location was great. Rooftop access was great and apartment was clean and well equiped . The spa wasn’t working or steam room which we all wanted as we stayed in winter.

• Nicole (7/5): Comfortable, convenient but a bit tired - Location is good. The size of the apartment and the fact that it has 3 bedrooms is great. A bit dirty. It didn’t feel like it was cleaned thoroughly after the last tenant. The bread board had crumbs all over it. The soaps in the ensuite bathroom weren’t sealed and the bottles of body wash and shampoo were open and used. The spare pillows in the main bedroom didn’t have covers on them. The rooftop isn’t useable if it rains so you have to stay in the kitchen area to hang out, which is comfortable enough, but just a bit dark. Would be better if there was a small marque covering some of the rooftop area so you could still use the space in bad weather.

• Kimberly (10/5): A home away from home - We wanted a break from our current living arrangements and the moment we arrived my 4 children were happy and relaxed. On the first night we trialed the pool and spa and on the second day we explored the beach across the road, ate at tango gelato and walked 6 mins to Woolworths. Every room was clean and tidy and the view from the rooftop was amazing (great to watch the sunrise). I appreciate Kellie communicating tips and reminders during our stay. She is very thorough and provides easy to follow steps. The kids and I rate Paradiso Kingscliff a 10/10. It was definitely a home away from home. We will be back to explore Kingscliff more. The 10am check out lol I would've liked to clean up a little better before we left but ran out of time . There's nothing I didnt like. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

This was so upsetting as we were there to get ready early for a wedding and were unable to get in the room. Keys!!!

• Barr (9/5): Superb - It was excellent for the whole family to be together and this apartment was set up well for that. A BBQ facility would have been a great addition.
• Jessica (9/5): Relaxing and comfortable stay - Location was excellent, beautiful cafes right downstairs and across the road. Directly opposite the beach. Great spot! The apartment was extremely comfortable and very clean. Our hosts had provided everything we would need right down to salt and pepper in the pantry. Beds were incredibly comfortable, would actually like that same bed in my own home! Just a very comfortable, stylish and well equipped unit. The only criticism is that the TV wouldn’t connect to the internet for some reason, so we couldn’t access any streaming services. We could access the internet on our other devices however.

• Denise (8/5): Great unit, location excellent and roof top access a bonus. Spacious enough to accommodate 5 people. - Location was central and close to everything. Rooftop access was great for happy hour drinks. Responses to any queries was quick & efficient. An air fryer was available for use and great that some pantry items were provided. Lack of draws in bedrooms

• Nicky (7/5): Great location - Location was perfect. Central to everything. Pool looked nice but didn't have time to actually have a swim. The property felt a little tired to be honest. It was a weird set up with the second bedroom seemingly squashed into another loungeroom of sorts. The single beds were small so my teenagers shared the master bedroom and hubby and I squashed into the queen/double bed in the second bedroom. The furniture was tired, scatter cushions had seams that were bursting and some of the appliances needed upgrading eg iron and ironing board. For the money I was expecting more.

• Melissa (2/5): Overpriced for the above issues. - Thanks for arranging the early check in. Unfortunately, that was the best part of our stay. And, linen being clean! TV - not working and couldn’t be fixed the entire time. Property description says there are streaming services but there are none. Air con - leaking onto the carpet Cockroaches throughout the unit. Dusty! Carpet needs a decent clean. Single beds- mattresses awful and squeaky. Children sat on the bed and it squeaked. Laying down the same squeaky noise. The unit has potential to be lovely but needs a DEEP clean and pest control.

• Katrine (7/5): Good - The unit itself was great. It would easily accommodate 6 people, but I think 8 would be a tight squeeze. Kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were comfy. The unit is in the quiet corner of the resort which is nice as the pool area did get noisy at times. Location is perfect! Right in the middle of the main street with loads or restaurants and cafes around and Woolworths around the corner.

The apartment is in the middle of everything and is walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. We loved sitting on the private rooftop watching the ocean, enjoying the breeze and relaxing. Can’t fault this place
