The staff were amazing, we had a seamless transfer from Cairo Sphinx airport back to the hotel, where they offered us complementary arrival drinks and we stayed for dinner at the rooftop bar. The staff also ensured we had enough water bottles for when we went out for the day, and were happy to store our luggage in the lobby until we got back. Additionally, the same gentleman who drove us from the airport to the hotel also took us from the hotel to our next accommodation in the centre of Cairo - both just $20 per journey! The location of the hotel is easy to find and there are markets 1-2 minutes away from the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. There was coffee and tea, and a fridge. The breakfast was taste and it was the best arabic food. The view of the pyramid from the terrace was lovely. I enjoyed my stay here and I’m definitely coming back here next time I’m in Egypt !! - Rubén (1/5): Terrible experience, wouldn’t stay here again even for free - We contacted the hotel from Spain via WhatsApp to book not only the stay, but also airport transfers (both ways) and two days of guided tours. We agreed on a fixed price and reconfirmed it before our trip. Everything seemed clear. When we arrived at Cairo airport, no driver was there, and we had to wait over 30 minutes. We got to the hotel at 1 AM, exhausted. Instead of letting us rest, the older man in charge took us to the rooftop to “discuss” the tour. He took advantage of the time and our tiredness to raise the agreed price by more than €60, pressuring us because the tour started at 8 AM. Also, meals were included, but they kept trying to charge us again every time we ate. It was a constant argument. To make it worse, on the last day they tried to charge us again for the airport transfer, which we had already paid for. Another fight. The only positive thing: the guide Abdu was amazing, very professional and kind. And nice views. Everything else was a disaster. Untrustworthy staff, constant pressure, and clear scamming tactics. Do not stay here. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

- Hailin (8/5): Nice place with Pyramids view - The position is great! It's very close to the Pyramids, 20 min walking to the entrance of the Sphinx. The road is full of services. The staff is really nice, the guys of the breakfast are super and always smiling, Yara and Wafaa are great! Super kind and supportive! The view from the terrace is beautiful, directly on Cheope pyramid. The breakfast is not buffet but good, you get egg, falafels, bread, jam, beans, vegetables, cheese and a hot/cold drink. We did the tour (private driver) to Saqqara, Memphis, Dahsur, Alexandria and the night cruise on the Nile river with them and we had a great time! Cleaning standards could be improved a bit :) We spent here 5 days so a buffet breakfast maybe would give more choice to change what you eat everyday (but of course in this way there's less waste and that's also good), but if you stay here 2/3 days it's perfect!

The highlight of our stay was our tour guide, Abdul, who truly made our trip unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Abdul went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. He explained everything in great detail, helped us navigate local markets, arranged our Nile cruise, museum visits, pyramid tours, and also made sure we had the chance to visit the Church of Abu Serga, the Jewish Synagogue, and the English Church. Abdul's knowledge was exceptional, and his friendliness made us feel right at home. He is an invaluable asset to your hotel, and I will definitely recommend him to my friends. As for the hotel itself, we booked pyramid-view rooms, and the view was absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. The hospitality was exceptional, with the hotel manager coordinating our entire stay, making everything seamless. The staff was outstanding, and Rahim, along with his restaurant team, provided excellent service, making every meal delightful. The rooftop was a perfect spot to relax and take in the amazing views. Overall, our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. - Bereket (1/5): It was a bad experience, and I strongly advise against booking a room there - The older cleaner was kind and asked ofta if the room needed cleaning. On Booking.com the room was described as Double/Twin, but we were only offered a double room, even though we wanted a twin room. The host said that if we wanted a twin room we would have to pay extra. We were going to Sharm El Sheikh for two days and come back. The guy at the reception told us that we had to leave the room key because we were going to travel outside of Cairo. We gave him the key. When we got back to the hotel after the trip, we discovered that my friend had 700 dollars in the room, but the money was gone. My friend was very angry and sad. He spoke to the host about this, but he was rude. We filed a police report and spent the whole day at the police station. We then realized that it would take a long time and that we didn't have many days left until our return trip. We decided to drop the report, because we didn't want it to affect our return date. The room is cold and had no refrigerator, then I asked him that there is no refrigerator, then the staff fix it.

Besides the location and the spacious rooms the staff was the icing on the cake for this hotel. The staff is friendly, and responsive and very helpful. I cannot wait to get back. Abdul, Mustaffa and Omo Sherif were outstanding in their service. Thank you Breakfast was the same every day. I had to change rooms last minute and I did not like that but the owner Mr. Ahmed made up for my frustration by upgrading my room at no extra charge. A free dinner too for the inconvenience. This tells you how much King Cheops cares about its clients.

You'll have that view definately on the rooftop restaurant for breakfast and dinner. It was absolutely stunning. Aladin was the first person I met, and he is a very kind, humble man. The owner were very helpful as the wifi didn't work so well and gave me access to their own private one as I needed it to work. - The wifi isn't the best. If you have to work and have calls with clients it is not recommended. Maybe whole Egypt? This I don't know. - it's at a very busy street, so depending on the room, you might have a lot of noise. My room was very quiet with view to the pyramid - some stuff was a bit flirty which was awkward

The dining area has breathtaking views, but breakfast times are unreliable and dinner was limited in menu (all meat) and average. The best thing is the staff. Yara and Alaadin are all smiles and try their best to help in any way. I really appreciated their friendliness. Overall, for the price you pay it's a good value place to stay.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to key attractions, and the property is very well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast on the terrace with a breathtaking view of the pyramids—an unforgettable way to start the day! The only downside was the manager’s persistent push for their tour packages. While I understand the intent, it became a bit intrusive at times and detracted slightly from an otherwise relaxing experience.

The windows weren't closing. There was a gap between windows. We made a appointment for early hours and we came at the right time but they didn't let us to enter the room for hours and they gave us a temporary room for two hour and they changed it. The new room's view was not with pyramid view like it seems on the pictures. The airconditioner also wasn't working too.

The room was clean, the cleaning service is free and nice. Aladdin is a helpful guy. Friendly stuff but a bit too much of the questions. I mean the same person can ask you 5 times per day how are you, what’s your plan for today/tomorrow etc, so they can sell you some tour or whatever for an overpriced fee. Good value for money, that’s for sure. There are no protection against mosquitoes and bugs. The window in our room could not be properly closed. After talking with the stuff, they proposed us a new room, I decided to have a look at it first, and it also had even bigger hole above the window. Why they do not install any anti mosquito nets - I do not know. Also the bugs that were “eating” us looks more like the sand flies rather than mosquitoes. I mean honestly, everything would be fine if not the bugs, but that 1 thing just destroy all the experience completely. My wife got 36 bites in total of 5 nights !!!! (I got maybe like about 15-20, I just feel them less.) That’s insane! And we even sprayed ourselves every night with the OFF spay, and slept in clothes under the duvet. Trust me - that was just so God damn nuts! So anyway if you are the person who doesn’t like the bugs and mosquitoes, not recommend this place at all. Also when we ordered chicken strips in the caffe they brought us literally uncooked frozen chicken inside. Twice. (They tried to fix the first time) Outer batter was cooked but the inside not at all… :(

The best part of our stay was the rooftop where you can eat the breakfast and enjoy the view. Abdul, the hotel manager did everything in his power to make our stay as pleasent as possible and he's very professional. Also, little Mohammad and Aladin were so nice to us, Mohammad helped us find the exchange office and took us to the place with the best rate and Aladin was always checking up on us. They value hospitality and go out of their way to ensure that everything is going well for us and that all of our needs were met. We had an early morning excursion so they arranged a box breakfast was waiting for us. They did they same the day of my early morning flight. When we want to go shopping they arranged that as well. We spent the day with Abdelsalam going to the Citadel and the Coptic Church, he was very knowledgeable about the history of the the area. Aliden greeted us with a “welcome home” when returned from a day out. Hapepy was very pleasant and funny. Mona and Alaa were the young ladies that always did a great job with our breakfast. Overall it was a great place to stay, with great location to the pyramids. Not to far from the airport. And for can’t beat the view. 10/10 The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but the staff took measures to make us more comfortable. This was great appreciated.

Easy to book a car or take a taxi to Cairo for ca. 3 euro (2024). A special word of thanks to Abdel! He made us feel welcome the moment we arrived and went the extra mile to make our stay perfect. - Ahmed (8/5): Cairo 24' - The hotel is accessible and offers a good roof top view of the Giza Pyramids. It is a good option for a budget short and long stay. The staff especially Alladin and Sully were amazing. Gave good guidance for the tours and accommodated requests as well. Lift should be upgraded.

- Richárd (10/5): A must have experience in your life. Really. - Amazing wiew, good hotel with great hospitality. If u visit Cairo, u must come here! We arrived 6 hours before check-in time but there was no problem at all. They offered us a room, and breakfast for this time. I never seen such a kind crew like here. Especially Aladin, and our tour guide Abdul. They were amazing! Their kindness is on an another level. Receptcion can offer you great programs on a cheap price, they are doing everything for you. Food is good quality, and the terrace was perdect. You can sit there, relax, drinking coctails and watch the great wiew from there. I really recommend them, we will come back 100%!
