Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de pouvoir fermer les volets complètement et ainsi avoir le noir complet dans la chambre, sans être réveillés par la lumière du jour dès 6h (ce que nous n'avions pas dans les précédents hôtels d'Albanie où nous avons séjourné). Notre chambre donnait sur la rue, très passante mais l'isolation avec l'extérieur est excellente et a coupé pratiquement tous les bruits (voitures, klaxon...). En revanche, l'isolation à l'intérieur de l'hotel l'est un peu moins (conversations, passages dans le couloir..)

Last but not least, we appreciated the fact that there was no deposit required upon booking, which was also an excellent value. No negative comments regarding the services provided by the hotel.

• NATAN (3/5): In summary, while the room itself was decent and the staff were kind, there were too many issues related to cleanliness, - The room itself was nice, and the staff were generally friendly and polite. However, unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. One major downside is the location. The hotel is situated on a main road, which means there is constant and very loud noise from cars and motorcycles throughout the day and night. In addition, there is no parking available at the hotel, which is a significant disadvantage. Another inconvenience is that guests need to climb several stairs just to reach the elevator, which may be difficult, especially when carrying luggage. The room included a coffee machine, which was a nice touch, but capsules were only provided for the first day. Any additional capsules cost €2 each, which felt unnecessary. The bathroom had a jacuzzi, but unfortunately it was unusable because the hot water supply was insufficient, apparently due to the water being heated by a boiler. The cleanliness level was below expectations. On the first day, we were told that we needed to place a sign outside the room for housekeeping. On the third day, our room was again not cleaned, even though we had placed the sign. This created an unpleasant experience, as we had to repeatedly ask for toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and fresh towels. At one point, we also found a cockroach in the room, which was very disappointing. Another issue was the shower design — since there are no shower doors, water constantly spills outside the shower area, making the bathroom uncomfortable to use. The breakfast was very poor and lacked variety.

Meine Freundin ist runter gegangen, um nochmal deutlich darauf aufmerksam zu machen, dass dies inakzeptabel ist. Da kein alternatives Bettbezug lt. Rezeption zur Verfügung stand wurde uns eine Bettdecke (ohne Bettbezug ) ausgehändigt- das ist nicht zumutbar! Im Badezimmer lagen Haare, für eine Suite für 93€ in diesem Land echt peinlich!!!

• Anna (5/5): - Καλησπέρα φάγαμε τεράστια ταλαιπωρία την πρώτη ημέρα στο ξενοδοχείο καθώς φτάσαμε 4 το πρωί δεν δουλεύαν τα ασανσέρ και ανεβήκαμε με τις σκάλες και τις βαριές μας βαλίτσες . Μετά από την ταλαιπωρία μας μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο και αντίκρισαμε ένα δωμάτιο χρησιμοποιημένο είχε πετσέτες πεταμένες στο κρεβάτι ανοιχτές παντόφλες κ ανοιχτό νερό κ ξέστρωτω κρεβάτι . Δεν ακουμπήσαμε τίποτα καλέσαμε αμέσως την ρεσεψιόν μια πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική κοπέλα , ζήτησε συγνώμη και μας μετέφερε σε άλλο δωμάτιο οπότε πάλι με τις βαλίτσες στο χέρι χωρίς το ασανσέρ να λειτουργεί έπρεπε να μεταφερθούμε . Μας ενημέρωσε πως την επόμενη θα έπρεπε πάλι να αλλάξουμε δωμάτιο. Παρ’ολη την ταλαιπωρία μας το αποδεχτήκαμε . Για 4 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο δεν είχαμε στο δωμάτιο μας παντόφλες , δεν μας έφερναν νερά μας άλλαζαν μόνο τις πετσέτες χωρίς να μας φέρνουν πατάκι μπάνιου ! Το μπάνιο ήταν μικρό και γινόταν όλο μούσκεμα και βάζαμε τις πετσέτες μας . Επίσης δεν μας έφερναν σαπουνάκια και αφρόλουτρα μπάνιου παρά μόνο αυτά που είχαμε την πρώτη μέρα. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ έλειπες και στις 10 που πηγαίναμε να φάμε δεν είχε σχεδόν τίποτα . Επίσης τα βράδια κάνανε τρομερή φασαρία το προσωπικό καθώς μάλλον το δωμάτιο δίπλα μας ήταν για αυτούς . Σίγουρα δεν αρμόζει ούτε στην περιγραφή του δωματίου που κλείσαμε και σίγουρα τα χρήματα δεν δικαιολογούν ένα 4στερο ξενοδοχείο . Το προσωπικό όμως ήταν ευγενέστατο!

Buona la colazione dove puoi scegliere tra continentale e classica dolce. Noi eravamo al primo piano e una volta chiusa la finestra non si sente nessun rumore. Apprezzate le ciabattine. Abbiamo trovato una saponetta già aperta e usata. Una bottiglia d'acqua aperta, quasi finita e con un bicchiere pieno sul comodino. In bagno due spazzolini che, non essendo in confezione chiusa, abbiamo pensato fossero stati usati dagli ospiti precedenti. Forse un pochino da migliorare la cura di questi particolari (se offerti)

• Mario (8/5): Un albergo davvero molto bello e comodo. Lo sceglierei nuovamente a Tirana - Albergo in pieno centro. E' tutto raggiungibile a piedi. E' vicino ai locali in cui mangiare anche in quelli famosi. Lo staff è molto cordiale. La colazione era buona. Sarebbe stato carino trovare anche i corn flackes e insieme alle uova fritte anche una piccola porzione di uova strapazzate. Ma si tratta di plus che si possono migliorare. Ad esempio era spettacolare l'elettrodomestico per tostare il pane. Non è presente sul tavolo il latte caldo, ma solo freddo. La macchinetta per il il caffè lavazza è spettacolare fa il caffè come quello del Bar.

The youtube in TV didn’t work. The lighting in the room was not the best, especially if you do makeup.

• Šigut (8/5): Doporučuji. Poměr cena výkon velmi dobrý. - Milý personál a příjemný pokoj. Tenké “papírové” stěny a mírný hluk z ulice.

• Mascha Katharina (8/5): - Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Skanderberg Platz und rund um das Hotel gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés etc. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und bot für jeden etwas. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und geräumig. Allerdings gab es keinerlei Möglichkeit die Handtücher nach dem Duschen aufzuhängen. Ebenso wäre wenigstens ein Stuhl auf dem Balkon nett gewesen… Kleinigkeiten, die das Zimmer noch aufwerten würden.
