• Sebastian (8/5): Ogólnie w tej cenie pokój przystępny i wystarczający, ciężko nazwać go w pełni pokojem dwuosobowym. - Lokalizacja hotelu była naprawdę świetna, rozmiar pokoju wystarczający, aby odłożyć bagaż, iść zwiedzać miasto i mieć gdzie się umyć oraz przespać. Cena wystarczająca. W hotelu tak jak inni piszą są wysokie schody, natomiast jest również sprawna winda. Łazienka mimo, że wspólna to zadbana i schludna. Napisane, że pokój jest dwuosobowy, natomiast w pokoju znajdował się tylko jeden ręcznik oraz jedna poduszka. Łóżko oraz kołdra były dość wąskie, przypuszczam, że dwie większe osoby miałyby problem zasnąć.

• Shiva (5/5): I don’t recommend it unless you have less stuff to carry, 1 person only and have your own soap - Location It was on level 4 or 5 without lift. We had to lock/unlock the toilet in every usage with the key which was not convenient at all. Toilet had no soap we had to spend half a day to buy a hand wash cream. There was no staff around to communicate the issues. Only via booking.com which was not ideal for urgent matters. Double bed was super small for 2 of us.

• Francesca (6/5): - Struttura con posizione centrale. A pochi passi dalle attrazioni principali del centro e zona molto tranquilla. Alloggio conveniente solo per 1/2 notti. Il bagno fuori dalla camera (comunque non troppo lontano) ma con un lavandino molto piccolo, abbastanza sporco senza neanche sapone o carta per asciugarsi le mani. Doccia discreta. Camera pulita, ma letto con coperte molto piccole con un solo cuscino. Noi eravamo in due e il letto era una piazza e mezza
• RAQUEL (6/5): Suficiente para poucos dias. - A localização é excelente, perto das melhores atrações da cidade. A limpeza também, o banheiro compartilhado era muito limpo. A forma de entrar no quarto foi um pouco difícil, não recebemos a melhor orientação. Chegamos a noite, e foi bem confuso. Quando chegamos no quarto, que foi vendido para duas pessoas, era uma cama de viúva, apenas uma toalha, e um travesseiro forrado. O barulho do sino da igreja próxima atrapalhou muito, 7h da manhã soava.

• FABRICE (9/5): idéal pour se promener en journée ou le soir dans l'hyper centre de Vienne - vraiment très central , à 2 pas des rues piétonnes , de Stéphansplatz et du Hofburg pas mal de bruit au rez-de-chaussée, la grande porte claque toute la nuit. Personnel de l'hôtel Élégance très désagréable , dans le même bâtiment. Montez au 3e étage avec l'ascenseur pour les éviter , puis redescendre par les escaliers

• Martin (9/5): Централна локация с нисък бюджет - Централно местоположение Нямаше топла вода на мивката. В банята имаше топла вода, там всичко беше наред. Стаята е с напълно големи размери, но леглото е твърде малко за двама човека. В това помещение може да се сложи по-голямо легло. Поне да има две отделни завивки.
• Masami (6/5): - 立地が良い、主要観光地までは徒歩で移動可能でした。 トイレと浴室が汚すぎる。汚臭が漂っており、人が使うものとは到底思えないレベルだった。また、エレベーターが使用できない、かつ部屋が上階にあったので重い荷物を携帯している観光客にとっては少し不便だった。

A fürdőszoba közel volt. Kétszemélyes szobát foglaltam, egyszemélyest kaptam. 1 takaró, 1 törülköző, egy adag ágyneműhuzat. Elfogadhatatlan. Jeleztem telefonon, mondták, hogy pótolják, de semmi nem történt. A fürdőszoba lehetett volna tisztább.

• Masae (6/5): 観光地に近い - 観光地に近い エアコンが無く暑過ぎた。 扇風機回しっぱなし。 シャワーの排水が良くなく、水の溜まったままから出なくてはいけない。 エレベーターの使用が上がるしか使えなかった。スーツケースを降ろすのに大変だから扉を開けてくれと交渉しなくてはいけなかった。 毎回階段で降りて大変だった。 キーボックスの開け方がどう開くのか？説明が無く大変困った。 ダイヤルを合わせ、ダイヤル左横のツマミを上か下に動かし、上から下に蓋を開けるのが分からなかった。

• Ian (7/5): Good - Unimaginably great location and ease of check-in. The shower didn’t drain too well my entire stay. Not really that big of a deal for me, but I imagine some may care.
• Majid (1/5): Worst stay - Nothing It's a terrible place to stay. The shower and toilet were dirty. There is no AC, table or chair in the room. It was hard to open the key box. The instructions weren't sufficient. There was a party every night in the building. There's a club there. Moreover, there wasn't toilet paper in the toilet for one day. Even two people wanted to enter my room at about 10 pm. I was terrible terrified. It is not worth it for the money you pay.

• Stephan (10/5): Top for vienna - Top location in the very heart of Vienna. Communication with staff was not at the point. I struggled to find the room within the building. Didn't use the lift instead the staircase, there the signage was perfect.
• Ellena (8/5): Very good - The Location was excellent. Was surprised how central it was. Extremely walkable to the places I needed to go. The place was clean and comfy, perfect for what I needed. Felt slightly exposing with the shared bathroom however wasn't put off. Take a bath robe and flip flops for showering and you'll be fine.

• Tatti (6/5): Pleasant - Contrary to what is written in the description of the room (Offering free toiletries and bathrobes, this double room includes a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Rooms on the upper floors are reachable by lift.) and in the room services, where it is specified twice that the bathroom is private, this is actually to be shared with another room (the bathroom is located outside the room as described). According to the owner, the problem is with booking, which writes what it wants in the descriptions, so you have to stick to the photos, where it is specified that the bathroom will be shared. In short, there are different indications between the photos and the announcement. The room is also located in a historic building, and on the same floor there are offices and rooms of another residence (Elegant Wien). The elevator is always accessible from the bottom up, while to go down you have to hope that the door of the residence, with password, is open, especially at night when there is no reception (always of the residence). In the building there is also an events room on the first floor, and even if the room is soundproofed, the door is not. Both Friday and Saturday I was woken up several times between 2 and 4 in the morning, and the sensation is that of hearing someone talking almost shouting outside the door. Since the stairwell is very open, sounds spread easily. The only positive thing was the location and the bed, quite comfortable, but overall they are not enough.
• Walti (8/5): Really cheap central location - Amazing location and very helpful staff. The lady I spoke to on the phone was off-site, and access to the room was automated. It's within a complex with other businesses and a hotel. There's no breakfast, but there are vending machines downstairs. There is no bathroom or shower or toilet in the room, one has to walk across a short hallway to get to the shower room. I didn't bring a dressing gown so I had to sneak across the hall.

• Georgia (4/5): Private bathroom turned up not private at all. - Bed was comfortable and the location amazing. I booked a room with private bathroom only to find out suddenly and unpleasantly that I shared the bathroom with another girl that was already there since days, and we got both shocked and scared when we found out that this was not obviously a private bathroom. Luckily the person was okay and didn't steal any of my stuff I left in "my bathroom". Of course we both shared apparently a key to that door.

The waste from the basin leaked so I used a nearby public one. 4. The door to the lift has a hidden code. I was not informed of this nor the code number. I had to use the stairs. 5. There is a leak from the shower. Probably the waste pipe but I cannot be surel

• Tiago (4/5): Disappointing. - The location is one of the few good things about this place - at the very center of Vienna, close to the historic center and metro. Well, Wi-fi worked fine too. First of all, bathroom is outside the room, you need to wall a hall to get to it. It is close, but still zero privacy, and quite uncomfortable specially if you need to go during the night. Also, the private bathroom is inside the female hall bathroom. The bathroom itself is not bad but too basic - there isnt a single hanger of shelf to put your clothes, towel and stuff. The room is in a multi purpose building, so it is common to have parties and concerts at night. Noise can be a problem. Not sure if all rooms are the same, but to get to mine by elevator, i needed to go across another hotel. The recepcionist of that one told me I should take the stairs (3 sets), not the elevator. Mattress was not totally flat - if you sleep on your side, your feet hang.

• Mario (6/5): Pleasant - Location, room comfort, communication with host Bathroom not actually private as advertised, although host was apologetic and tried to sort it out, did not manage during my stay. Access to lift after 1700 is not possible through the next door hotel
• Barbara (10/5): Positive experience - The room corresponds with the description - rather small, but if you just want a clean place where to sleep (btw amazing location) with private bathroom, this is it. View into the courtyard so no noise from the street. In the building there is also a concert hall. We experienced concert both nights we spent there, but inside the room we didnt hear anything. The bed could be larger, but we still slept well.

• Daniel (7/5): Good - special place. it's located inside some kind of a cultural center which felt weird at first, but then made me feel an authentic expirience of Vienna city center. like, not something you'll get to see otherwise. the bathroom and toilet demand you leave the room. generally, the building is quit empty, so no big deal. but still, it was a bit of a hassle.
