Guest Reviews
- Annalisa (10/5): Ottima esperienza - Abbiamo scelto l'alloggio all'ultimo minuto e ci ha stupiti in positivo.

- Mike (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, close to the central district, close to metro station. After a number of flight delays, Antonio happily met us outside of the property at around 00:30. He showed us around the property, how everything worked and places of interest in the city.
Antonio also stocked the fridge full of beer, wine, soft drinks and a cake! This was a lovely touch to make you feel at home and shows how much Antonio wants you to enjoy your stay.
- Lukáš (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation exceeded my expectations. It is close to the center, the equipment is older but completely sufficient. Additionally, refreshments were prepared in the fridge. Antonio is an excellent host, very friendly, and always willing to help. I recommend staying here.
- Sophie (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located in a very central place, close to all points of interest and 5 minutes from the metro. The house is warm and cozy and has a family atmosphere and is equipped with everything you need . Antonio provided also a variety of drinks and everything for a sweet Napolitan breakfast without extra charge. He is generous and a fantastic host and was available all the time of our stay.Totally recommended! Nothing
- Spencer (6/5): Imagine if your landlord went into the hospitality business. It's central though. - The apartment is located centrally. Getting from there to other areas of interest is usually a short walk or subway ride. I am someone who travels a lot and pretty tolerant about most accommodations, however I can honestly say that I don't recommend staying here. If I had to sum it up in one sentence it would be, "Imagine if your landlord had a place listed on booking"
For example, I was traveling with a small group, and we were excited to have the WHOLE APARTMENT to yourselves. But you may learn, as we did, that the booking is not actually for the apartment. Despite how it's listed in the app's filters, the owner will close all the rooms except the exact number of beds you pay for, and you have to pay them (cash) to have access to the extra rooms. At that point, you've already set your bags down and it's too late to ask for a refund and get a new place.
There are also no couches in the house and the 'room' we got was the actually the living room.
Sharing a room isn't a big deal in Italy, but if you thought that you paid to rent the whole place then it does matter. Some people snore. Some people go to bed at different times. And there are other listings on Booking that actually are the entire place.
Additionally, in the week that I stayed, he showed up randomly and unannounced to check in. This could absolutely be perceived as a nice thing, and I think that is how it was intended, but as a matter of hospitality it's not really what people want.
Again, it's as if your landlord opened a hotel. Obviously, to a landlord, it's fair to list the apartment as the whole place, and to write that it's actually an entirely different situation somewhere in the app description. And of course your landlord thinks it's nice to knock on the door randomly, once a day, to see how things are going. And without a doubt your landlord is doing you a courtesy by reminding you every time he comes by that the place can be rented for longer under the table.
- Livia (10/5): We had a wonderful time and Antonio was super helpful with tips about things to see and do. - Not applicable in this case I can't think of anything that I didn't like.
