• Keegan (3/5): - Location. How there were people living out the back of the property which was not advertised anywhere on the add. You felt like people were always watching and the outdoor area out the back was not inviting as people were living behind and there was always towels and sheets on the line. The general wear and tear of the house is run down and needs to be rectified for the price you pay to stay.

• Amberli (8/5): Very good - Location. Easy access to everything The dryer did not work properly. Had clothing in for over and hour and they were still just as wet as they were when put in. Ended up having to go to a laundry mat to finish washing clothes. The room with the 2 twin beds had one mattress that was not terrible to sleep on and the other was rock hard. There are heating units only in the bedrooms, the living room and kitchen were freezing.
• Mokofisi (10/5): The house was big enough for our family of 8. Our stay was amazing! Thank you! - I like how accessible everything was, it was close to where we needed to be. Very quiet area, house accommodated our 8 people family easily. Big enough for our group.

• Lucy (6/5): Enjoyable but felt uncomfortable in our accommodation in terms of safety. - The location was good, we wanted to be near Sydney but not right in the centre with the husdsle & bustle. Had Belmore station not been closed it would have been a fantastic, easy location for getting in & out. As it was there were free bus replacement services which worked well but took longer. The fact that no where does it say that right behind the property- even in garage (you can see in pic ) there are people living in 2 other buildings. It is very very intrusive & made us feel quite uncomfortable. You are sharing the back yard with many other people & the washing machine etc. we would hang washing out & come back & it had been moved. It is also very unpleasant opening your back door to have someone literally sat right outside looking in drinking coffee. The entire house is in need of A LOT of work. One bathroom is very mouldy with mould all across the ceiling. The window was cracked & held together with tape. There is NO garden apart from the front, we wanted to be able to have bbq’s and sit outside of an evening, but the option to do that is just sit in back yard with about 10 other people looking at you. I arrived home about 8pm one evening to walk in back door, there was a truck on drive with about 6 people with cases getting out and going in garage. All very odd. There was out of date food products in kitchen on arrival & used very old bars of soap in bathrooms. Someone elses shoes in the cupboards , a mirror that was completely broken in half. There is no dishwasher, vaccum, even a brush to be able to sweep the floor. There wasn’t a single tea towel we had to buy our own & only 2 mis matched wine glasses. Bedding & pillows all need replacing. In general the whole place needs very thorough update.
• Ngoc (9/5): Superb - The house is very spacy with 3 bedrooms and one room with 2 sofa beds which are perfect for big group of family or friends. We really enjoyed our stay.
• Tanya (7/5): Value for money accommodation. - Easy to find. Off street parking. Tidy. Close enough to Uber everywhere. Other people staying on property and we were not advised about it. Had an issue with them knocking on the door and abusing members of our group due to parking car in. Single beds very uncomfortable.
• Nadeesha (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay at this property during our Sydney tour was simply fantastic. The house was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the essentials to make us feel at home. The location was perfect — close to key attractions, public transport, and great dining options. Honestly, there was nothing to dislike about our experience — everything was just perfect.

• Yesid (1/5): Bad - N/a We went to a holiday and facilities weren't the way we expected, first a 1 doble bed was broken so no way to sleep properly, tv wasn't working, Electric cable was broken, it can cause and electric fire, and also we didn't found a good pests control, becuase there were cokroaches on the kitchen and bedroom. Laundry is shared with another 3 houses. Chemicals on the floor, and we were with kids. Rubbish bins around the house. Toilets in front of the living room. We respect religions, but we species also that from another's, too much religion decoration on the house.

This house has almost everything we use in a house. Me and my family we love the property. I can't think anything which we didn't like. We like everything.

• Glyzza (7/5): Overall good and good value for money. - location and nearby shops and groceries the beds are very firm/hard. please change the beds to a middle range not too soft, not too hard so that it is comfortable for the guests to sleep in after a whole day of walking/roaming around tourist spots.
