• Paloma (6/5): tiene mucho potencial, pero le falta mantención para ser realmente cómodo. - • Ubicación excelente, cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, negocios y del centro. • Casa amplia y en un entorno muy bonito. • Estacionamiento cómodo. • Quincho muy buen espacio para compartir y hacer asados. • Wifi funcionando correctamente. La puerta eléctrica del estacionamiento fallaba ocasionalmente. • Camas y almohadas incómodas, en regular estado. • El lugar en general se veía algo descuidado. • Aire acondicionado solo en las habitaciones, espacios comunes muy calurosos. • Televisión del quincho con el sonido dañado.

• Andreia (9/5): Location, location and location. Excellent! - Could not have asked for a better location. Very close to the historic centre but away from the noise. Communication was great and the whole place was very clean. As mentioned in another review, there are 2 full bathrooms, 2 powder rooms and a single toilet ( top floor) so it accomodated 9 of us comfortably. We would definitely recommend the place. Only negative comment is that some Kitchen appliances need replacement or an update ( oven door doesn’t close properly and fridge is very old) We suggest that one fridge ( there were two) is placed inside the Kitchen instead of the freezer, as it would be more practical. But nothing that would stop us going back to the property. It is just a suggestion that would improve other people’s experience.
• Angelika (8/5): Very good - Localization is perfect, just in front of old town, close to Praia do Pontal with restaurant and close to Jabaquara`s Beach. House was clean ang big. Has nice patio to sit outside with barbecue and adittional fridge. Pool is exactly like on pictures. Kitchen was well equiped. Beds comfortable. Contact with owner easy on Whatsapp even just after making reservation. Host sent us list what events to come in the city. Is worth to stay longer there. We recomend to go short trip to Trinidade where beaches are realy beautiful. Rooms are simple and little bit old- furnished but you can see that on pictures. Air- condition is litte noisy. You have to be awere there are two showers. We were 9 of adult and on top bedroom is too hot from the roof. But smaller group like 6-7 people will feel comfortable there. Nevertherless we are pleased with our stay.
• Victor (9/5): Perfect stay for your visit to Paraty. Close to center, pool, plenty of space - Location is perfect, the whole set-up of rooms are very nice, also pool, grill and parking. Def recommend Could have some better kitchenware (a meat knife for the grill), but overall pretty good
