Guest Reviews
- Brenda (6/5): Great apartment. Really close to the shops. Friendly staff. - Great location! Unpleasant smell in the apartment at times.
- Mang (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kerryn (3/5): Unfortunately never again. - Location, access to pool. Smelt of mould.

- Narelle (6/5): Would stay in this building again but not this apartment/host. - The location is excellent and the bed was very comfortable The air con was not working and the host was unresponsive to get it fixed - was only fixed towards the end of my 2 week stay. I had to buy myself a fan as there were no ceiling fans in the property either and during a heatwave.
- Alison (7/5): Good -
- Stephen (1/5): Poor - looking to get a refund ASAP - Unable to access the apartment. Gave up and went to a hotel.
- Spiller (5/5): I would stay here again if i knew it had been prepared properly. - Location was the best for shops and transport. 1.Was handed the wrong keys so could not even access the building. It took approximately 3 hours to get the right keys delivered. Not a great start to a holiday!
2. On entering the unit i found an open jar of spaghetti sauce and dirty shelves in the fridge.
3. Opened and unopened packets of food and other rubbish in cupboards.
4. The vacuum cleaner in a cupboard with fluffy dust around it.
5. The smoke alarm in the ceiling was in an open position and the back-up batteries had been taken out.
6. There was no hand dish wash detergent, (There was a small bottle on the sink but this was hand cream ), dishwasher detergent, or laundry detergent, things i would consider to be complimentary. A plug for the laundry tub would be helpful.
- Julie (7/5): Good -
- Siobhan (7/5): Nice buts needs a few more touches - Mattress was comfortable, room was sufficiently spacious for 2 people. I asked for an extra blanket and it was refused. I was told I could buy one across the street. One light weight doona wasn't good enough. Pillows were really ordinary/cheap/flat as well. There were no face washers provided, and I had to ask for extra towels. Whilst there it was wet and rainy and although I tried to dry clothes on the small balcony, I couldn't open one side of the balcony doors. The clotelhes drier didn't work and I was told I could take my clothes to a laundry mat at my expense. I checked facilities prior to booking as we were down for a state netball 4 day carnival, it rained for 2 days and I had to wash her netball dress and other clothing and get it dry by the next morning in order for her to wear again.
Quite disappointing that the appliances aren't checked ensuring they work. Also a coffee machine would be a good addition with complementary milk. The bin bag was too small and the bin was broken.
- Yvette (7/5): Fine but not amazing. - Location near the station was good, but a bit noisy as it backs onto the railway line. Good size. The key process was a bit laborious, I was contacted by multiple people but had to nominate what time I would arrive and then on check out I Was told someone would meet me but then they didn't.
Pillows felt a bit cheap and thin.
