The place was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Everything felt fresh and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the time there. The location is great—quiet and perfect for a peaceful getaway, yet still close enough to the beach and other amenities. The host was also very kind and helpful, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. Everything was ok

• Mechthild (10/5): - Perfekt ausgestattetes Apartment, top neu, alles vorhanden, selbst Frischhaltefolie! Alles wie auf den Bildern. Sehr nette und hilfreiche Kommunikation mit den Vermietern vor der Anreise (Tipps für Restaurants und Lebensmittel) Einchecken geht über Schlüsselkasten mit Code, dadurch ist man voll flexibel, wir konnten schon um 10 Uhr am Morgen einchecken. Apartmentanlage sehr gepflegt ohne albanisches Chaos. Sehr großer Balkon mit Nachmittags- und Abendsonne, sehr bequeme Balkonmöbel. Es gab nichts zu kritisieren.

Extremely responsive, helpful, and always available whenever we had a question or request. Every request was handled instantly, and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The place was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We really felt relaxed and at home throughout our stay. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Lalezi, Albania. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was fully equipped with basically everything we needed for a comfortable stay — it truly felt like a home away from home.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war überdurchschnittlich gut, die Wohnung sauber und komfortabel. Dahingehend kann man sich über nichts beschweren. Jederzeit wieder! Dafür kann der Gastgeber leider nichts, aber: die Umgebung außerhalb der Anlage hat uns nicht gefallen. Es war schwierig abends ein mittelklassiges Restaurant zu finden. Wir waren kurz vor Saisonende da und dennoch hatte am Strand fast alles bereits zu und er war insgesamt unglaublich dreckig.

• Kamil (10/5): Perfekt! Außergewöhnlich! - Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war von Beginn an hervorragend – schnell, einfach und durchweg sehr herzlich. Dank seiner präzisen Hinweise konnten wir die Unterkunft ohne Schwierigkeiten finden. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die vielen nützlichen Empfehlungen, die wir bekommen haben. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt deutlich erleichtert. Die Wohnung selbst ist äußerst angenehm, gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich und bietet genügend Raum, um sich auch einmal zurückzuziehen. Die Schlafzimmer sind bequem und mit ausreichend Stauraum versehen. Ein großes Plus sind die hochwertigen Matratzen – wir haben jede Nacht wunderbar geschlafen. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: Mehrere schöne, gepflegte und weitläufige Strände sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Unsere Spaziergänge dorthin und die Stunden am Meer waren ein echtes Vergnügen. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt absolut gelungen, und wir können die Unterkunft voll und ganz weiterempfehlen. -

He was incredibly generous with his time, sharing great local tips on where to eat and visit, helping us find the apartment when our taxi driver got a bit confused, and answering all our questions with patience and kindness. The apartment itself was lovely, perfectly suited to our family, and just a short walk from the beach. We were genuinely sad to leave and can’t recommend both the host and Albania highly enough!

• Olga (10/5): Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub - Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war von Anfang an absolut klasse, unkompliziert und immer sehr freundlich. Dank seiner genauen Anweisungen haben wir die Unterkunft problemlos gefunden. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die zahlreichen hilfreichen Tipps, die wir erhalten haben – zu Stränden, Restaurants, Ausflügen und sogar praktischen Dingen wie Geldwechsel. Das war für uns wirklich sehr wertvoll. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und bestens ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Auch wenn wir nicht jeden Tag dort gekocht haben, war es eine Freude, kleine Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Das Wohnzimmer ist einladend und bietet genügend Platz, sodass man sich auch einmal zurückziehen kann. Die Schlafzimmer sind komfortabel, mit viel Stauraum in den Schränken. Besonders positiv: die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Matratzen von guter Qualität – wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Ein Highlight ist der Balkon, auf dem man wunderbar sitzen und den Duft der Pinien genießen kann, da die Wohnung mitten in einem Pinienwäldchen liegt. Das WLAN funktioniert zuverlässig, sodass auch dies kein Wunsch offenlässt. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet: Mit einem gemütlichen Spaziergang erreicht man verschiedene Strandabschnitte, die alle sehr schön, sauber und angenehm weitläufig sind. Wir haben diese Spaziergänge und die Zeit am Strand sehr genossen. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt rundum gelungen, und wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. You got there everything you need: good accommodation, kitchen with everything, nearby beach, very comfortable beds, very safe and quiet area. However more than this you have to metion the Host. He can advise you as no one else. Very helpfull for the first visit in Albania. Saved us much time, stress and money to follow his advice. don't go anywhere else ;) after traveling to other place, we decided to get back to this place again, due to very good conditions in comparision to other places. • Carla (10/5): Exceptional - We very much enjoyed our stay at M&E Premium Appartments. It was super comfortable and clean with two grandsize luxureus sofa's, a good shower, and new kitchen. The owner is very helpfull and immediately makes you feel welcome. We found the contact with the owner outstanding. We stayed with six people and have experienced plenty of room. The appartment is situated on a fenced resort which adds up to the feeling of security. Also the beach and market is on walking distance.

The apartment was spacious, with a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a stunning view from the balcony. I especially appreciated the luxurious bathroom amenities and the attention to detail throughout.

And communication with owner was 10/10, we got good reccomendations where to eat etc I liked everything! As a woman i would add one big mirror to the apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a balcony perfect for mornings and evenings among the pine trees. It had a coffee machine, toaster, and a fully equipped kitchen. The QR code for WiFi, hygiene items, and info page showed that the hosts care about their guests. The host was friendly and gave us great tips on food, restaurants, and beaches. The nearest beach is just a 5-7 minute walk away. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to you. P.S.: Smoke detectors and mosquito nets were installed.

The apartment was clean, modern, and the setup was perfect for a family, with all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. Ariana, the host, was friendly and accommodating. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. The walk to the beach from the apartment (with small kids) was about 10 to 15 minutes. The walk itself was pleasant, and the beach was perfect for families, offering a safe and enjoyable environment for the kids to play. Overall, it was a comfortable and child-friendly place to stay, and we appreciated the location. We would consider staying here again on a future visit.

The couch in the living room and the beds were very comfortable. The host was polite, always available, and happy to answer our questions. They also offered us a baby bed and baby seat for our child, many thanks for that. We will definitely come back and recommend this apartment if you are visiting Lalez.

Everything was perfect—the apartment was exceptionally clean and equipped with all the essentials, from kitchen facilities to hygiene products. Each room has an air conditioner, and the mattresses are amazing to sleep on. Fisnik and Ariana were amazing hosts, regularly checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is also great, within walking distance to the best beaches in Lalez, supermarkets and restaurants. My family and I will definitely be returning soon.
