Guest Reviews
- Filip (9/5): Very nice and comfortable accommodation with a well-equipped kitchen - It’s a shared accommodation with several private rooms, each having its own bathroom separate from the room. The metro station is about a 10-minute brisk walk away, and at night, a bus replaces the metro service (see below). The metro takes you close to both the historical center and the Vatican.
The kitchen (contrary to the description) is shared among all rooms within the common area, which also includes something like a dining room. The environment is clean, modern, and pleasant. The kitchen is well equipped for light cooking (dishes, cutlery, mugs, glasses...) and includes basic ingredients (which seem to be occasionally restocked). Each room has a clearly designated space in the fridge and freezer. A coffee machine with capsules is also available.
The rooms are small but completely sufficient — equipped with bedside tables, a wardrobe for storing clothes, and a balcony. External shutters ensure darkness, and the mattresses are comfortable.
(Note: Public transport in Rome is very unreliable. Due to frequent strikes, it may not operate at all or only partially. The official schedules in apps are often inaccurate, arrival times are not respected and often delayed, and some listed connections simply don’t show up — you just wait and hope the next one comes. However, when the metro is running, it’s fairly frequent. The connections are often overcrowded.) The bathroom often had a smell from the drains. The balcony lacked a table and chairs for sitting (the plants could use some watering). It’s a quiet area, but the sound insulation isn’t very good.

- James (10/5): Great place - Clean and smooth operation Internet could be a bit faster but it’s ok
- Валерія (10/5): - thank you very much, everything was very wonderful
- angela centonze (8/5): -
- Csaba (7/5): Nice apartment to stay - Location close to the city center, nice neighborhood It's a big apartment with 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms
Kitchen and corridor is common area, meaning you'll meet other guests as well
Privacy is not the best
- Martin (9/5): Superb -
- Prakash (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (9/5): Superb -
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional - We would have loved to have an en suite bathroom, but all together it is a good option for Rome.
- Árný (7/5): Good -
- Levente (10/5): Very nice place, not very close to the center, but with good public transport possiblites to it. - The host got in touch with us before arrival, told us everything with details about entering. The apatement was clean, each room had its own bathroom. The pillows and the beed bed were comfy. We didn’t get a towel first, but as soon as we conctacted the host he arranged it for us very fast. -
- Izabella (9/5): Definitely recommend! Great place to stay. - The comfiest bed ever! Rooms very clean and amazing staff. Overall really great experience. The only downside was how far it was from the centre - around 45 min walk, although there is a metro and train station around 15 min walk away which is great.
- Andrstravel (10/5): Brand new apartment with amazing infrastructure - The apartment is completely new. Amazing facilities, comfortable room, comfortable toilet with hot and cold water for the shower.
The check-in process was also super smooth. No complaints.
Is better if you use Uber when in a rush, as there are no subway stations in less than 15 min walking. Nothing. Amazing place.
- Ioana-valentina (10/5): Great place - A great place for a stay in Rome. The room and bath were clean and newly furnished, and the hosts replied quickly to any message.
- Karl (10/5): Amazing apartment and host, I would definitely recommend. - The apartment is modern and very well-maintained. The check-in process was automated and smooth. My 5-night stay was very comfortable. The host is friendly and flexible. I was even allowed to leave my luggage in the shared space during the last day after my checkout (that was at 10am) because my train was later in the evening. The location is okay. Well-connected by buses but buses are not very reliable as they are almost always late. Nearest metro station is a 15-minute walk away. If the door is locked manually from the inside, it won’t open with the key! Make sure no one locks it from the inside or you’ll stay outside!
