Safe, quiet residential area, 15 to 25 minutes from a range of tube stations plus walkable to Thames and all the tourist attractions along it. Prompt response from host to all queries. OK for me, but need to be able to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs

Hem merkeze bu kadar yakın olup hem de şehrin güzel/ güvenli sokaklarında gezme fırsatı yaratan bir yer. Kalacak yere giriş, ev sahibinin ilgisi çok iyiydi. Tekrar gelsem fiyat olarak bütçeme uyarsa kalmak isterim. Halı sahaya yakın olması uykuya dalmakta zorlananlar için sıkıntı olabilir ama benim için problem değildi. Mutfaktaki buzdolabının soğutmasına bakılması gerekmektedir.

• patricia (5/5): Arrivée très pratique et explications très claires pour trouver l’appartement - Très bien situé nous avons pu visiter les lieux et monuments emblématiques à pied! Je n’avais pas compris que l’appartement serait occupé par plusieurs personnes, en effet, quatre chambres pour ce petit appartement, la salle de bain était pour six personnes puisqu’il y avait quatre chambres et elles étaient toutes occupées donc compliqué ! La cuisine également pour tout le monde ainsi que l’endroit pour les repas . En plus des personnes, pas trop respectueuses des autres avec un claquage de porte permanent même la nuit et très tôt le matin bref pas trop reposant, mais ce n’est pas grave, nous avons pu bien visiter ce que nous voulions quand même !
• ROXANNE (10/5): Had a great stay - So close to everything. Great place to base for tripping out and around London. Close to underground, train and buses. grocery shop close by and a 3 block walk to the Thames river. We were very comfortable there and would/will stay again next trip.

• Lisa (7/5): Ok for a short stay. - The location was excellent 👍 very close to major attractions such as Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and the Thames plus easy to get to public transport. The kitchen was well equipped and I enjoyed the balcony. The balcony did overlook local playing fields which were open until 10pm, however I enjoyed seeing the local talents on display and there were definitely some good players 😊 The WiFi was good 👍 There was no TV or even a radio downstairs which would have been good to relax to after spending a very busy and tiring day in London. I found the bed very low to the ground and quite narrow. There was only one plug point in the single room.

• HVV (2/5): Absolute disgrace – filthy, unsafe and a health hazard - Filthy apartment in a council estate What a horrific, filthy, and dilapidated place. Everything is literally falling apart and the level of dirt is beyond belief. There was mold in the bathroom, dust bunnies everywhere, and every surface felt sticky. When I confronted the owner, he refused to believe me unless I sent photos first, downplaying the situation as "minor cleaning issues." Although he arranged an inspection immediately, he still had the audacity to claim the apartment had been properly cleaned. After a terrible night on smelly, sagging mattresses and suffering an asthma attack due to the conditions, we decided to leave. Despite paying over £530 for a two-night stay, the owner refuses to offer any compensation. He keeps hiding behind the "prime location" and his "3000 satisfied customers," completely ignoring the reality of the scandalous state of this place. This apartment is a health hazard and a total rip-off. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from here

• Jenny (9/5): Value for money apartment in fantastic location - This house was great value for money for a central London base. We were able to walk to many iconic London sites such as Big Ben, London Eye, Buckingham Palace etc. It is also about 10 minute walk from the North Lambert underground station.

• Elizabeth (7/5): If I were 25 years younger, I probably would have enjoyed the apartment and my stay more. - The location is a bit of a walk to the tube station and if I were not so old and it were a bit warmer in London, the walk would have been fine. We found the location to be quiet in the evening, so no disturbances during sleep, but during the day, our apartment backs on to a sports field with plenty of football matches directly behind us going all day. The building is a bit older and could use a deep clean, but the property was not dirty, just a bit dingy. The apartment is on the third floor with NO ELEVATOR. The apartment itself is two floors. I chose to sleep in the single bedroom on the first floor of the flat and it was acceptable for me. NO television in my room, but the three upstairs each had its own TV. The mattress is a bit flat and hard, but better (for me) than too soft. The only communal chairs are dining-room chairs--comfortable for eating but definitely not for lounging. Family sessions of talking, etc., were really not done. Everyone ate and went directly to their rooms for comfort. While I had a toilet and sink on the first floor, ALL of us shared a shower/bathtub bathroom on the second floor. There are no rails to hold onto getting into and out of the bathtub and nothing in the floor of the tub to provide traction. I found it very difficult getting into and out of the bathtub. I read and misread the description of the apartment. I DID NOT expect to walk up three flights just to get into the apartment and I DID NOT expect to share one full bathroom with everyone. There were no instructions of how to operate anything in the apartment. There was nothing to welcome us to the area and tell us where we might find restaurants. etc. We were very clear that we were coming from the US with a 13-year-old boy who had never traveled outside the country and coming with his grandmother and great-aunt.
• Plácido (10/5): One of the best for visiting London - The location is great, Christian was very helpful and attentive and the flat was as described. It was well equipped too.
