- Fiona (5/5): somewhere to rest your head. - location only one key- having to go to an alternative location to collect it- no real parking where the key is located. finding the back entrance and the light parking is challenging, if your cars bigger. blankets smelt musky- stored and not washed often. doonas are only single bed side ways. said there was a tv in a bedroom and there wasn’t!

- Debbie (7/5): - The location of this apartment is wonderful. With a tram stop out the front door it made seeing the city easy. There was no wifi. Even though it was on booking.com it was not something I thought to look for so was a little disappointed. There was no tv in the bedroom as per the photo and when we arrived the remote to the lounge tv did not work. But this was rectified the next day
- Nhu (10/5): Wonderful - We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay very convenient. The location was great and easy to access. The host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. It would be helpful to have more keys available for large groups.
- Shivpriya (1/5): Waste of money. - If I could give this property zero rating I would have gladly done that. Other than the location the property is absolutely waste of money. Paid $1623 for this property for 3 nights. The place is absolutely run downed. It was dusty , no dishwasher, No internet provided. Only has one bath even though they have a ensuite which they had locked. We had to share 1 bathroom amongst 7 people and the lock was broken too. The bathroom was mouldy. One of the blinds was broken so we had to climb up to the top to roll it up and down. Car garage remote did not work so we were at the mercy of others to let us in. Basic facility like a small pack of milk or wifi was not provided. If you want to ruin your holiday stay in this property.

- Aveva (9/5): Large apartment in perfect location - Close to marvel and tram stops. Plenty of space for all of us to have our privacy Bedding was weird .. single doona in a double doona cover. Only sheets on other beds so definitely had to look for other blankets
- Diahnn (6/5): Great location. Needs a bit of attention to details - Location One is not enough for 3 bedrooms Light in available bathroom was almost non existent. No available power point in bathroom for hairdryer, etc No ironing board No milk for coffee/tea Insufficient glassware for up to six people capacity Communication was slow and instructions were excessive Check out instructions were confusing as there was two different directions about what to do with the keys.

- Cherry (8/5): Very good - -very close to Southern Cross and tram -free parking -clean -secure -difficult communication. Text said check-in link will be available at 12 for check-in at 2pm. Available only at almost 3pm. Advante homes phone kept ringing without nobody answering. Responded to text and email only hours after trying to call -early check-out (before 9am) -we had to take garbage out -linens provided just enough, no option to get more -would be nice if dryer/washing machine was emptied
- Catherine (3/5): Short Stay to see Family - Excellent location, 100 metres from Southern Cross Station and a tram stop right outside the door. Access to the apartment is secure and safe. Great coffee machine and appliances in the kitchen (see below for but....). There was quite a bit that we found. Single doonas on each double bed, that is just being cheap. The apartment is listed for 6 people but can go up to 8, however the ensuite was locked off. Possibly 8 people for 1 bathroom is not good enough. The apartment is listed as having a dishwasher, it did not. There was a lack of crockery and utensils, again as listed for 8 people. It was listed as wheelchair accessible. Yes a person in a wheelchair could enter the apartment but they could not get into a bath/shower combination in the one bathroom available, so yes accessible but no, not possible. There were towels in the dryer from the cleanup after the previous guests. The check out is 9am and check in is 2pm, why weren't they taken out? There was certainly plenty of time. It does not take 5 hours to clean a 3 bedroom apartment. It is also quite unhygienic for them to be left in the dryer.Makes me wonder if the same happened to our linens? No instructions for appliances in the kitchen. The great coffee machine especially. There was too much furniture in two of the bedrooms, they felt really crowded. There is no need for an additional couch in the rooms when there is one in the lounge room. Quite a bit to say but I feel like this apartment was listed as something it wasn't.
