• Frank (8/5): Trotz dieser nicht so optimalen Punkte sonst hat es uns gefallen mit guter Verkehrsanbindung - - Gute Schalldichtung der Fenster zur stark befahrenen Strasse, ruhiger Innenhof - Saubere Wohnung mit separatem WC, Wohnzimmer mit Küche und 2 Schlafzimmer - Keine Garderobe - keine oder unzureichende Ablagen im Bad - Bad kann leicht überflutet werden wenn man normal duscht - Im einen Schlafzimmer defekter Kleiderschrank, im anderen Zimmer nur Kleiderbügel an einer Stange, sonst keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für seine Kleidung - keine Nachtische und keine Nachtisch Beleuchtung

• Anna (7/5): Good - Firstly we have arrived and saw hundreds of ants meeting us in the apartment, broken wardrobes and later we have realised that shower is totally leaking and hairdryer is super weak. On next day host had finally replied and we have moved to another flat in same building, it was smaller but still okay, for first day we haven’t had a hot water, but this time no one has responded to us. Next day hot water just appeared by itself. Also tv remote controller worked only 20% of the time. It was problematic, especially for our old members of family. Location is nice, 1-2 min to metro, which is a straight line to center, area is beautiful and quiet. Entrance door and building door has codes to access which is convenient for a family of 5 Everything was provided, there is big dining table which is amazing for a big family. There was no microwave and lack of frying pans. There is an elevator in the building. After all we were satisfied with our stay.

• Ciavarella (7/5): Ottima posizione e casa confortevole, ma pulizia migliorabile - La posizione dell’alloggio è ottima: la metro si trova a circa 100 metri e in 4/5 fermate si raggiunge comodamente il centro di Vienna. Molto comodo anche il sistema di accesso con tastierino numerico sia per il portone del palazzo che per l’appartamento: elimina completamente il fastidio e la preoccupazione di dover gestire le chiavi. L’appartamento è spazioso, ben insonorizzato sia dal punto di vista acustico che termico, quindi molto tranquillo e confortevole anche la sera. La casa è ben attrezzata, con macchina del caffè e tutto il necessario nel caso si voglia cucinare durante il soggiorno. Anche il letto è risultato molto comodo e spazioso. L’aspetto principale da migliorare è sicuramente la pulizia generale della casa. Ho trovato un po’ di polvere, soprattutto negli angoli e dietro le porte. Inoltre, uno dei copriletti presentava una macchia/sporco in un angolo e ho trovato anche un capello lungo. Nulla di gravissimo, ma considerando il livello generale dell’appartamento, una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia renderebbe l’esperienza decisamente migliore.

• Alina (9/5): Convenient location. Clean spacious apartment. Good price. - Great location, a couple of minutes from the metro station (U1 line). Very easy to get to the Austria Center Vienna, where our conference was taking place, and to the city centre. The apartment was clean, had a lot of space, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The nice and quiet green inner yard was easily accessible. On-site staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the cleaning lady, who was very nice and always asked if we needed anything whenever she saw us. Would definitely come back. Perhaps a couple of towel hooks could be installed in the bathroom.

The building was under renovation, so a few things were missing. There was no trash bin in the bathroom, the tissue holder wasn’t installed, and there was only one mirror in the bathroom.

Limpio, con todo lo necesario. Están de obras en la entrada del edificio, pero no molestaban. El cuanto termine quedará perfecto.

• Elisa_b_r (9/5): location perfetta per visitare Vienna - La posizione è perfetta, con la fermata della metro proprio sotto casa, a una fermata dal Prater e a 3 dal centro storico. l'appartamento nuovissimo e spazioso, letti comodi e tutto il necessario. Le modalità di accesso con i codici per aprire le porte e il check in fatto da remoto che non ci ha imposto di avere degli orari di arrivo prestabiliti. l'ascensore. consiglio qualche mensola in bagno per appoggiare le cose,. l'apertura della doccia è un po' stretta. mancanza di un comodino di fianco al letto. lo stabile è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione nelle parti comuni ma la cosa non ci ha creato nessun problema.

Il y a un four mais aucun plat allant au four! La douche inonde la salle de bain très rapidement, il faut mettre des serviettes tout autour de la vitre. Rien pour poser ses affaires autour du lit.

• Agata (5/5): Passabile - La posizione essendo molto vicina alla fermata metro Abbiamo trovato lenzuola sporche, un divano che viene spacciato per divano letto ma in realtà è solo divano. Inoltre in casa sono assenti completamente scopa , paletta e attrezzatura per pulire, e questo diventa un problema per chi sta diversi giorni. L’assistenza è carente.

• Mildred (7/5): Schöne Wohnung mit ein paar Mängeln, perfekte Lage und gute Anbindung! - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist toll und gut zu finden und zu erreichen! Das von der Vermietung empfohlene Parkhaus ist um die Ecke und vom Preis ok, ÖPNV direkt vor der Tür, die Aufteilung der Zimmer und vor allem das große Wohnzimmer hat uns gut gefallen! Die Betten und auch die Couch waren sehr bequem! Insgesamt war die Wohnung sauber. Direkt von der Wohnung lässt es sich schön an der Donau spazieren und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sogar frische Brötchen am Sonntag sind direkt vor der Tür. Die mehrspurige Straße ist schon laut, aber die Fenster sind sehr dicht und am WE ist es viel ruhiger! Dafür lässt es sich auf dem Balkon schön den Vögeln zuhören und in den schönen Hinterhof schauen! Gut ist auch, dass es einen Türcode gibt und man keine Schlüssel teilen muss! Die Ausstattung der Küche war eher spärlich und es gab keine Lampen an den Betten und insgesamt wenig Gemütlichkeit. Schade weil an sich eine tolle Wohnung. Auch sind verschiedene Schränke defekt. Die wir allerdings für einen Kurzurlaub auch nicht gebraucht haben. Die Fußbodenheizung ließ sich nicht regeln bzw. hat auf Korrektur am Bedienelement nicht entsprechend reagiert und dadurch war es uns vor allem nachts zu warm (24 Grad). Außerdem hat es wirklich sehr aus dem Abfluss der Dusche gestunken und muss unbedingt repariert werden. Haben es der Vermietung übermittelt und ein Dankeschön für die Rückmeldung erhalten. Sowas kann passieren und sollte für die nachfolgenden Mieterinnen nicht mehr belastend sein!

• Katharina (7/5): - Die Lage ist wirklich super. Alles direkt angebunden und man ist schnell überall. Größe ist auch super für 3 Personen Die Fenster im Wohnzimmer sind nicht ganz dicht, weshalb man die Straße schon hört. Schlafsofa ist für eine Person okay, aber sonst sehr hart und die Betten sind okay. Ansonsten gibt es schon paar Kleinigkeiten an den Wänden wo der Putz ab ist und 1-2 Flecken im Badezimmer. Also es ist solide, aber hat ihre Gebrauchsspuren

• Vincent (8/5): Appartement fantastique à proximité du Danube et accès direct au centre ville en métro - Appartement spacieux, bien situé, directement au pied d'une station de métro qui vous emmène en quelques stations en centre ville. Très propre et très moderne, comme le montrent les photos. Peut-être un peu le bruit dû au traffic de l'avenue passant à proximité...
• Fidanza (8/5): La posizione copre alcune mancanze dell’appartamento - Buona posizione di fronte alla metro rossa, appartamento accogliente e pulito Per la prima mezza giornata non c’è stata acqua calda; l’host ci ha detto che probabilmente sarebbe tornata entro la serata ma non ci ha mai più scritto per verificare la situazione…inoltre devo segnalare pochi rotoli di carta igienica per 5 persone, la mancanza di una coperta per il quinto letto, una padella piccolissima per cucinare per una famiglia di 5 persone e sole 5 cialde di caffè per 5 persone in 5 giorni!

• Plamen (8/5): Great location, good apartment - I'm staying in HSH apartments quite often and was pleasantly surprised from new access system with intelligent locks. Location is great and host is improving the facility and services constantly. Missing hangers in the entrance corridor so you have to put all outside clothes either in the bedroom, either in the living room. Ash tray at the terrace was full with a lot of old cigarette butt. I'm a nonsmoker and went out for some fresh air and didn't like the picture at all. Otherwise inside apartment was spotlessly clean.
• Grbavac (8/5): - The stay was clean and the price was fair. Everything was fine and the accommodation met our expectations. The only downside was the noise from the apartment above us, which was quite noticeable, especially in the evenings, and sometimes lasted until the early morning hours. Additionally, the shower was leaking from the side, but nothing that couldn’t be easily fixed 😁
• Okan (7/5): Recommend this place - The location is great—very close to the metro station. The apartment is clean and spacious, and the heating was excellent. There are supermarkets and bakeries within walking distance. The broken window at the entrance mentioned in previous reviews has been fixed, so there are no issues with the building. The staff was very helpful and responded to our questions very quickly. Unfortunately, there was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom. This is the reason why I didn't rate the apartment a 9 or 10. This issue should be fixed.

• Verena (10/5): - Wir haben einen Pulsgurt in der Wohnung vergessen, nach einem kurzen Telefonat wurde dieser per Post nachgeschickt. Nettes Service! Im Bad hat es etwas modrig gerochen, kommt wahrscheinlich von den Rohren des älteren, renovierten Gebäudes.
• Nina (8/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. U-Bahn Station, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in kurzer fußläufiger Nähe. Die Wohnung ist groß, sodass Komfort gegeben ist. Absolut super dass Dusche und WC getrennt voneinander sind. Es gibt ebenfalls einen Aufzug. Besonders super: wir hatten ein Thema und den Vermieter kontaktiert- es gab zügig eine Rückmeldung und eine sehr positive Einigung. Danke! :)

• Igor (6/5): - מיקום צמוד לתחנת מטרו. הדירה לא הייתה נקיה, היה ריח רע במקלחת, ביקשנו שיחליפו את הדירה והחליפו לדירה צמודה שבה היה פחות ריח אבל עדיין היה ריח של ביוב, נאמר שזה בגלל צנרת ישנה בבניין, תיקחו את זה בחשבון.
• Viktoria (10/5): Wonderful - It's a large and comfortable apartment. Perfect staff! Issues are resolved quickly. The view from the window is stunning. I was very pleased with the sealed windows—there's a lot of traffic noise outside, but it's quiet in the apartment. My friend and I had a wonderful time. The apartment lacks a washing machine and cutting boards.

Accesso con check-in, no staff camera carina ma asettica, minimalista, qualche accessorio non avrebbe guastato (qualche stampa/quadro, un po' di colore, per non dire di 4 capsule di caffè offerto per 5 persone...). Confermato che abbiamo stili di vita diversi.

• Marwan (10/5): Ich würde es nochmal buchen. - Die Lage war echt Super, die U-Bahn war 20 Sekunden entfernt, restaurant Bäckerei alles in der Nähe, 4 Stationen mit dem Metro bis zum Zentrum, also nichtmal 4 min.

• Wojciech (9/5): - Bliskość metra, dobra lokalizacja, standard mieszkania, winda. Prysznic dość mocno przecieka i woda wylewa się do przedpokoju. Okna były dość brudne.
• Jana (9/5): Doporučuju k pobytu - Skvělá dostupnost metrem, nedaleko rekreační oblasti u Dunaje a Prátru, samoobslužný check-in i chech-out, rychlá a vstřícná komunikace s provozovatelem - přidělený apartmán byl obrácený do ulice, která byla hlučná i v noci. Dostali jsme možnost výměny pokoje za tichý, obrácený do zahrady. Hluk první noc, chybějící klimatizace. Zahrada zanedbaná.

• Luana (10/5): O apartamento possui um excelente custo benefício. - O apartamento era muito grande e muito bem localizado, próximo a estação de metrô. A cozinha era completa com todos os utensílios necessários. Haviam dois espaços de banheiro (sanitário e chuveiro separados). De uma maneira geral era tudo muito bom, porém um lado do sofá cama era muito desconfortável. O aquecimento no quarto não era suficiente, porém havia possibilidade de utilizar o ar condicionado no modo quente.

• Maria (9/5): - Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλη τοποθεσία, ωραία γειτονιά και ακριβως απέναντι απο την στάση του μετρο. Τα δωματια αρκετά ευρύχωρα! Στον φουρνο δεν υπηρχε ταψί, αλλά ούτε και δοχεία για φουρνο ετσι ωστε να μπορεις να φτιαξεις φαγητο.
• Emanuela (8/5): Bellissimo appartamento, posizione perfetta, sono mancate un po' di attenzioni su alcuni servizi - La posizione è fantastica, la metro che collega con il centro è proprio sotto casa. L'appartamento è molto confortevole, con soffitti alti e spazi ampi. La doccia del bagno non è isolata quindi se si apre la doccia si allaga tutto. Ho segnalato la cosa via booking e non mi ha risposto nessuno. Ho segnalato anche che mancavano 2 asciugami e ne sono arrivati 4 due giorni ma non so se era previsto comunque. Se fosse stato previsto ci sarebbe stato comunque l'errore perchè noi eravamo in 5. Il bagno piccolo è freddissimo, non è riscaldato. Con le temperature invernali invivibile per cui dovevamo tenere sempre la porta aperta per poter mitigare la temperatura. Il microonde era inaccessibile, abbiamo dovuto spostarlo in modo un po' precario.

Очень близкое расположение больших супермаркетов. - Очень чистая, просторная и светлая квартира Отсутствие микроволновой печи и стиралки, если снимаешь апартаменты на более долгий срок чем 4 дня. УЖАСНЫЙ запах канализации из душевой кабины( не работает клапан сливного трапа)
