- Anonymous (8/5): Generally quite nice. A bit more fine tuning would help - Location is excellent, right in the heart of Randwick, was great for us to walk to shops and restaurants. Lounge and kitchen were comfortable and roomy. Bedrooms were spacious. Bathrooms were clean. No tastic fans int he shower while this is not really a showstopper it would help. It would be good if towels were change while we were there again not a showstopper but would be nice. Also had difficulty closing the curtains in the master bedroom so light came in the room in the morning. Also would be good to have a curtain in the main lounge room that we can close at night. Heating seemed to be slow as well but did work after some time.

- Tracy (9/5): Home away from home - Lovely sun filled apartment, everything you need is supplied. Beds were comfortable, ducted air was a bonus. Unit is across the road from the royal hotel, the location was very handy to the light rail, busses, restaurants, shops and hospitals. The apartment was on the third so lots of stairs, but this was the only unit on this level so was nice and quiet. Having a garage to park in was super handy though the drive way access is very narrow so you need a smaller car to be able to park there. The building was secure and we felt safe. 3 bedrooms, 2bathrooms and washer dryer. Furnished apartments were great to deal with. Cons no blinds in lounge/kitchen area, lots of stairs.
- Matthew (7/5): The stay was enjoyable. - Location was very good. The blinds worked well to keep the light and heat out. The body wash & hand wash containers were nearly empty- could have had more in them. Climbing the stairs was a little challenging.
- Pat (5/5): This could be an amazing place but it’s care is not being done at all - It was a great location close to family and transport ffor us. It was a great size and with a great deal of attention could be fabulous Apart from the beds I’m very sad to say it was dirty broken. Kitchen dishwasher dirty inside out induction stove broken glass oil dripping from expel air rusting rubbish bins. Blinds broken and gone floors not washed.
A rotten cabbage smell from bathroom terrible drains I presume
- Katherine (7/5): Good location, expensive for what you get. - Great location, very responsive staff. Beds were smaller than advertised, some key things were broken on arrival which was disappointing for the price.
Note only one set of towels and a couple of toilet rolls left even for a two week stay.
