• Vito (10/5): Excelente relación calidad-precio y ubicación - Para la cantidad de tiempo que estuvimos fue perfecta, todo muy cómodo y limpio. El detalle de la cafetera y la pava eléctrica para calentar agua muy bien Es una zona que llama la atención al principio y puede parecer intimidante, pero captura la verdadera esencia de Nápoles. Muy seguro en verdad

• P (1/5): NO RECOMENDABLE - NADA Nada. Llegamos al lugar y no nos atendió nadie . Los vecinos del bar se reían y decían si si este es un hotel. Una muy fea experiencia para un turista de otro país. Caminamos 7 cuadras desde la avenida por un callejón oscuro llegamos a un portón todo viejo entramos porque una señora nos abrió y era como un conventillo escalera sucia y vieja . Todo abandonado y sin mantenimiento. el ascensor eran 4 vigas de hierro..y el señor dijo que están en construcción lo cual se nota que no es así. Totalmente abandonado y en el aviso no ponen estos detalles. Y mi marido con discapacidad no podía acceder al cuarto por lo cual nos tuvimos que ir y buscar otro lugar para una mayor seguridad y tranquilidad.. le pedimos el reintegro y no nos quiso devolver el dinero !!!! Volvimos al día siguiente y desde su balcón nos dijo que no era problema de él, que mi marido no podía subir escaleras...Tengo fotos para demostrarlo. NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE .

• Mauro (4/5): Più trasparenza please! - La posizione - 3' piano senza ascensore ma nessuna segnalazione nell'annuncio; - aria condizionata a pagamento (??? e 10 eu al giorno ..... ma non volevo trascorrere in stanza le giornate a temperature da frigo di macelleria....) mal segnalata (contrariamente ad altri pagamenti extra) in un solo dei 5 punti in cui la si cita ed il più lontano da intercettare nelle pagine dell'offerta - no ingresso autonomo come invece segnalato - bagno privato ni (visto che l'ingresso era condiviso) - no balcone come invece segnalato - terrazzo non a disposizione xchè condominiale .....
• Franziska (6/5): - Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Es war sehr sauber! Leider gab es kein warmes Wasser beim Duschen. Das Zimmer hat sein Fenster zum Innenhof, was grundsätzlich gut ist, weil man keinen Straßenlärm hört, jedoch waren die Geräusche innerhalb des Hauses sehr laut (Zuschlagen der Türen, Schreie) und es brannte nachts im Hausflur das Licht, weswegen es im Zimmer nicht wirklich dunkel war.

Bathroom was very well equipped (towels, hair dryer, soap). The wifi was very slow or didn't work - it depended on the time The location was not so welcoming - we did not feel very safe so keep close to main streets.

• Maria (1/5): MAI PIÙ! - La vicinanza alla metro Sporcizia, polvere, umidità, moltissimo rumore e caldo infernale. Quel condominio è un cantiere: operai che dalle 05.45 urlano, cantano e bestemmiano, secchi sparsi ovunque, spazzatura, piante incurante e muri sgretolati. La camera sporca umida e ARIA CONDIZIONATA a pagamento ad agosto con 35°C e una camera con una sola finestrella sbarrata (come in carcere). Bagno con tetto ammuffito e trovato con peli sulle piastrelle della doccia.

NO AIRCON - the fact that airconditiong is a paid extra was NOT clear when booking - could not find this information when booking, or after we had booked. Was only notified the day before via message, and the option to 'add on' air conditioning was to pay by cash, not done through this platform which I didn't like. Booking.com was unresponsive when contacted about this issue. We ended up not using the air-conditioning and it was actually okay, even in the high 30s heat.

• Lynn (4/5): Please Read before you Book!!!! - The apartment was clean and in a location near the city centre. The beds were fairly comfortable. The apartment was difficult to find. It was so difficult that the taxi driver even dropped us off at the wrong location. We spent a long time lugging our bags through the dark cobbled streets until, eventually, we had to call the owner, who directed us to the location between a shop and cafe. After this, if you still wish to book, there is a wall mural of Maradona across from the property. Once in the property, we then had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Once in, we met with the owner's wife, who asked for our passports and informed us we had to pay a 36 euro tourist tax. (I agree that many countries have this policy). We gave 40, and the owner returned the 4 change. We then put the telly on but could only get one British channel. (Granted when on vacation, you're not there to watch T.V. and you are in Italy after all). There was a fire stick but unable to use because of the poor WiFi, which I will get onto now. There is a QR code you scan to get connected to WiFi, which was a hit and miss. When you did get connected, you would be lucky to get one bar. And it often disconnected. My daughter wanted to have a shower, so she went to the bathroom located in the communal entrance. She came back into me to say the shower wasn't working. I went in to help her, but the shower would only run in cold water. After a long wait, warm water came through. Whilst in the shower, the water turned to scalding hot. She turned it down a little, and it went freezing again. She settled for what she had managed. I tried the shower in the morning, and i managed, after a long time waiting to get warm water, so I jumped in, and no sooner had I done so the water went to cold again. My hair was full of shampoo, so I had to rinse out the shampoo at the sink. After that it was washes at the sink. It was great to get home and soak in a nice warm bath. I am not a seasoned complainer. My main warning to people is the stairs.

• Joanne (9/5): Lovely stay with lovely hosts. - Vincenzo and Anna were lovely hosts and welcomed us warmly. We enjoyed meeting them and their family for a drink on the night we arrived. The room and bathroom were very clean. The room had everything we could need. It was a little hard to find but we called Vincenzo and he directed us.

• Oliver (10/5): Unforgettable short notice stay in Naples - Vincenzo and Anna were truly super nice and welcoming and made our stay unforgettable. Despite our late arrival due to some delays, they waited for us and waved a welcome from the balcony when we were arriving. We were greeted with self made Limoncello and cookies, Vincenzo shared a lot of useful information with us on where to go in Naples and Anne even shared her names day treats with us to try ! The location is incredible, right in the heart of the city. The apartment is newly renovated and modern, a true surprise when looking at the buildings from outside. Everything you may need is there including fridge, A/C, washer/dryer etc. Vincenzo also indicated us a safe garage to park our rental car just opposite the house which was very appreciated. Small difficulty when arriving with a car. Make sure to use the street address, not the apartment name for the navigation app. Luckily Vincenzo was very helpful and easy to reach.
