- Lorato (6/5): Good property but property management could do with significant improvements. - Location is in close proximity to Riverwalk mall. Good price for a two bedroom apartment. Host provided firewood for our use. Cleaning stuff and cooking stuff was availed for our use. Quiet neighborhood. Keys were unavailable and difficult to locate upon check-in. Maintenance was scheduled and done while we were on the property without prior notice or consent. The cleaning lady was there until after 5pm and our check-in is 2pm. After 2pm we were still waiting for the sheets and towels to dry as there is no second set held on property. The owner offered an apology during check-in but proceeded to send the cleaner before our check-out time to start cleaning while we are on the property. When she has the tap on in the kitchen, I had no hot water in the shower in the middle of winter.
