- Melissa (10/5): Agradável e conveniente - Localização em frente a Termini, quarto espaçoso com banheiro privativo. Ducha quentinha… Janela com anti-ruído deixando o quarto super silencioso. Check in e check out fácil através de senha de acesso. Senhor Domenico nos deixou guardar as malas até as 20:00.

Servizio lavanderia su richiesta e a pagamento e possibilità di lasciare gratuitamente i bagagli fino alla mezzanotte del giorno del check out. Bagno piccolino, senza bidet. Le camere non sono particolarmente insonorizzate: se siete sfortunati come noi e trovate altri ospiti che prestano poca attenzione agli orari di silenzio, dalla camera si sente..

- Denise (6/5): Rom Aufenthalt - Der Standort am Bahnhof war ideal. .man konnte alles zu Fuss erreichen. . Das Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen,und die Dusche war eng und es dauerte lange bis warm Wasser kam. . Der Preis ist hoch denke das es mit Bahnhofsnähe zutun hat. .

If you prefer daily cleaning service is available on request-no additional cost.Coffee machine is available also in the shared area. Check in is easy with code. A lot of small restaurants around. You can explore Rome on foot- 15-30 minutes to all main places of interest. Recommend.

Персонал очень внимательный, всегда отвечал на наши вопросы и помогал. Удобное расположение — легко добраться до всех нужных мест. Большое спасибо за гостеприимство! - Elke (3/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Die Unterkunft lag sehr zentral und direkt am Bahnhof Roma Termini so dass man mit den U-Bahnen alles erreichen konnte. Es war dreckig ( die Klobürste müsste unbedingt gewechselt werden. Es war eigentlich alles ekelhaft. Der Kühlschrank unsauber. Geschirr total abgenutzt.

- WILLINTON ANDRES (8/5): Estancia en Roma - Lo cercano (frente) al Roma Termini, su ubicación apenas para pasar la noche. La cocina que hay libre consumo de agua con gas y de tinto (esto fue lo que más nos gustó) gratis para los huéspedes. Las sabanas de color oscura, recomendamos que sean blancas, un poco a olor a humedad. Es lo único, sino, hubiera sido perfecta.

Suivant mon expérience dans d'autres villes européennes (j'ai trouvé Rome un peu chère) 2- L'ascenseur est tombé en panne 2 fois en 6 jours :( avec une poussette, le 4e étage... ça agasse

- David (8/5): ליד תחנת הרכבת טרמיני שווה כשצריך למחרת לקחת רכבת - המיקןם פצצה.קרוב לתחנת הרכבת טרמיני. היגענו בטיסה ערב קודם ולמחרת ממשיכים ברכבת לנאפולי על כן לקחנו את המקום הזה. הכל הולך כאן בקודי כניסה. הכניסה הראשית והכניסה למתחם ולחדר ופתיחת הכספת. הם שולחים מראש פרטי כניסה למתחם וסרטון שמסביר הכל. הלך ממש קל. יש מטבח משותף בלובי הכניסה ויש בו הכל ממכונת קפה קומקום שקיות תה קפסולות קפה,סירים,כלי אוכל הכל בחינם ומכונת כביסה וייבוש בתשלום. הצבע הירוק של החדר וחדר האמבטיה. אבל לילה אחד זה לא נורא

- Daria (7/5): Green Room stay - Aug 2025 - We had a pleasant experience staying here. The location is great, just a short walk from Termini Station, making it easy to access trains and public transport. The property isn't brand new, but it is very well maintained and clean.

The location was absolutely fantastic, and the place was clean, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I can't give it less than a perfect 10!

- fancode (10/5): Red room, not red rum! - Not much more needs to be said, only that my two-night stay was all that was promised and predicted. Aside from the location so near to Roma Termini, the staff were accommodating beyond perfect, and even let me check in early after a sleepless flight. Lots of dining options within a 5-minute walk, and to put it over for me was a incredible bookstore just a quick walk down the street.

- Daisy (6/5): 2nd stay for convenience, train arriving late night and leaving early morning to the airport. - Location is convenient to train traveler and bus going to the airports. Its more like an apartment type not like a hotel, and there's no reception desk.

Bring toiletries. - The location is just across the Roma Termini and the airport buses are parked close by. There is no breakfast, but kitchen facility is provided. Washer and dryer are available but they have to do your laundry for a fee. You are not allowed to operate the machines yourself.

- Jay (8/5): Wonderful Stay Near the Main Train Station - We stayed here for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures—very nice and comfortable. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, even providing space for our luggage after checkout. The kitchen was well-equipped and very nice for preparing meals. Self check-in details were shared in advance, which made the process smooth, and we also received an informative Rome map pamphlet from the host. Overall, it's definitely worth the money for this house. Highly recommend!

- Ana-marija (7/5): Good - It’s across the street from the train station and there are a few bars and restaurants on the street. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There is a small kitchen with fridge, water dispenser, toaster, coffee machine and everything for cooking. The hotel is accessible through a pin which didn’t feel safe as anybody with the pin can walk in.
- Tracy (8/5): Very good - Nice location just beside the train station. A/C with heating mode so it’s warm and comfy during winter. Hot water is sufficient and hot enough. There are several gates to enter the premise so I felt safe throughout the checkin/out process and the stay. It has pretty much everything we need during the stay so all good 🙂
- Jia (9/5): Excellent value and location - Excellent location! Directly across Termi station which is a great transportation hub for metro, bus, and train (from airport or to other cities). The area is not the cleanest around the location, probably due to the traffic, but it is safe and still busy at night with arrivals at the train station. Manuela was a wonderful host. We arrived a bit early before check in and Manuela allowed us to store our luggage until our rooms were ready. She recommended nearby locations for lunch and provided us a map of the city with directions to nearby tourist attracts and food. We stayed in the purple room with double bed and a single bed. Room was are very clean and spacious, wifi is fast, no complaints. The kitchenette had almost everything we needed and was well stocked. The water machine had some build up, but its not an issue since we bought our own water. Late night you can hear the trains returning to the station, it did not bother us, but do note if someone is a light sleeper.

- Helen (9/5): I would recommend this hotel, which resembles a youth hostel with a communal kitchen. - The managers have thought of everything. The communal kitchen with a coffee pod machine, cold water dispenser and laundry facilities was excellent. NIce to have an ensuite bathroom too and daily cleaning. Having to enter so many codes to access the room from the street (four times). Not being given rooms next to each other (we were across the hallway with different room codes)

Very secure building , multiple locks to go through. Small elevator only two people with luggage. No problem. AC/Heat worked great. Beds were comfy. Hot showers. Shared kitchen, four apartments, everyone had a shelf in the fridge, free water fill. Hop on Hop off bus across the street. Waking distance to some places not on the route. Bus to airport also just across the street ( 9 euros per person) taxi was 55. Had two dinners at Tattaroia da Valentino a block away. Family owned, Owner serenaded everyone at dinner on his guitar., Ilvano the waiter was awesome. Very friendly place. Great food prepared by the owner. Get there early! Nothing really. Best location of any place we have stayed at. Get your money exchange at a bank. Street shops charge high service charge.
- Linda (8/5): Perfect location for train station. - Excellent location for train station. We came from airport on Leonardo express & it was very convenient for overnight stay. Had no problems accessing the property, due to easy instructions. We stayed in red room. It was clean. Very small bathroom.
- Bella (6/5): It served the purpose, but I was hoping for more ambiance. - Close to train station. Clean Very basic, pictures show better than in real life. The room was bare, some areas showed signs of wear and tear and no effort evident to make it more appealing. Although it was clean and convenient to catch a train next morning, more effort could be made to beautify the room and make it appear less than a college dorm room. The photos were much more appealing. Did not see any staff. There was a coffee maker but no option to make anything but espresso. And for some reason the city tax needed to be paid by cash only. I did not have any euros on me as I was leaving next morning, so that was an inconvenience.
- Jean (6/5): Will not stay again - The location is great, the lady in the reception is very friendly. The bedding was not so comfortable. The room is unexpectedly tiny. The bathroom was slippery.
