- Ramon (7/5): - - Personal war sehr freundlich - die Zimmer waren mega schön & der Ausblick vom Zimmer ein Traum! Grosses Lob! Das Hotel an sich war wirklich sehr gut – sauber, freundliches Personal und allgemein ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Leider haben wir dieses Hotel hauptsächlich wegen des Strandbereichs gebucht, und genau dieser war aufgrund von Bauarbeiten nicht nutzbar. Darüber wurden wir vor der Buchung nicht informiert. Ich finde, solche wichtigen Einschränkungen sollten transparent kommuniziert werden, damit Gäste vorher wissen, worauf sie sich einlassen. Das war für uns leider eine grosse Enttäuschung.

- Christian (10/5): Recommend - Great place, super friendly staff, I was there start of the season thus was lucky that it was quite empty. Modern new rooms, clean,great pool, great restaurant. It’s a 15 min ride by taxi into Vlorë. Will definitely come back. Nothing the hotel can do about but big reconstruction of the seafront. I guess once that is ready this will make the location overall even better.

- Victoria Fitore (1/5): - We were robbed in this hotel and no one took responsibility! An expensive perfume (€270) was stolen from my hotel room, most likely during cleaning. Security footage showed four staff entering, two without reason. One even knew which perfume was missing before I said anything. Another claimed I wore it that day, which was false. Very suspicious and unprofessional. I even reported the incident to the police, and the case is still under investigation. We felt so unsafe that we checked out two days early and booked another hotel. There was no apology, no refund for the remaining nights, not even a proper goodbye or an attempt to keep us there, although we had already paid. It felt like they were just waiting for us to leave. Extremely disappointing. Do not stay here if you value your safety and belongings.

- Melissa (4/5): Tip aan het hotel: investeer in jullie personeel en eten. - Mooi nieuw hotel, schoon, fijne locatie. Het personeel verpest alles. Service erg slecht. Personeel was niet vriendelijk of behulpzaam. Slechte communicatie. Eten was ook niet goed. Er zat een haar in ons eten en ze deden alsof we het zelf hebben gedaan. Ontbijt was beperkt.

- Michelle (7/5): - The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a good view from the balcony. Breakfast was very good. There were not enough sunbeds for the number of guests which created a competition in the morning to get a sunbed. The staff advised you were not allowed to leave things on a bed and not be present for more than 30 minutes but no one ensured this happened. Food to the pool area took a long time to come. Pool staff were less professional than others in the hotel and spent a lot of time on their phones.

Super Service an der BeachBar wird von einer sehr süssen Familie betrieben Das Morgenbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Der Spa-Bereich ist noch nicht fertig gestellt und nicht in Betrieb. Der Service im Hotel-Restaurant für das Abendessen war leider nicht befriedigend. Es wurde nicht nachgeschenkt beim Wein und auch nicht nachgefragt, ob man noch Dessert möchte. Zu dem hörte man, dass Personal in der Küche streiten. Lichtkonzept im Zimmer nicht wirklich durchdacht, das Licht für die Toilette ist mit der Dusche verbunden und durch das ist ein nächtlicher Toilettengang fast nicht möglich ohne die zweite Person zu wecken.

La piscine est vraiment belle: je ne suis generallement pas fan des piscines et pourtant j’ai passé pas mal de temps dans celle de cet hotel. Le restaurant de l’hôtel sert des plats savoureux. - Arber (10/5): - The stay was truly memorable in a luxurious hotel where everything functioned flawlessly, and the staff’s behavior was praiseworthy in every way. In particular, a gentleman from Kosovo who served us went above and beyond – when I asked where I could buy cigarettes, he wouldn’t let me go to the shop and instead kindly offered me his own. My deepest respect to the staff and the hotel – absolutely and wholeheartedly recommended.

Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cet hôtel. La piscine est incroyable, Les Transat également et le spot de l’hôtel. - Isalyne (9/5): Un séjour apaisant avec une vue à couper le souffle - Un hôtel à la hauteur de nos attentes avec des chambres très modernes et confortables. La piscine, la vue, la plage privée, tout était vraiment bien. Personnel très accueillant, réactif et à l’écoute. Gros plus pour le restaurant qui propose une cuisine de qualité et Pas toujours de la place à la piscine.

- Amine (10/5): Parfait - Hôtel très propre, chambres confortables et parfaitement entretenues chaque jour. Rien à signaler, c'était parfait ! Séjour exceptionnel dans cet établissement qui mérite toutes ses étoiles. Excellent accueil, chambres confortables, restauration savoureuse et installations impeccables avec une très belle piscine. Magnifique vue sur la montagne.

- Djellza (10/5): Modern und entspannend - Es ist ein wunderschönes, modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und kompetenten Personal. Ich bin jedes Jahr in Albanien und ich hatte noch nie eine bessere Erfahrung mit dem Hotel gemacht. Der Pool ist ein Traum, der Strand auch gut organisiert mit dem Hotel. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Restaurant, schon eher teurer aber auch gute Auswahl und lecker. Der Pool hat limitierte Liegen, das Personal war aber strikt mit dem Liegenbesetzen: Wer mehr als 30 Minuten nicht da ist und jemand will liegen, wurden die besetzten Liegen wieder freigegeben, fand ich super :)

- eric (7/5): Un très bel hôtel mais un niveau de service insuffisant. - L’hôtel est très beau, aussi bien les espaces communs que les chambres. La piscine vue mer est magnifique, les chambres spacieuses avec balcon vue mer. Le restaurant propose de la bonne cuisine et le petit déjeuner est varié et frais. Sur le plan visuel et qualitatif, c’est un sans faute. Il y a trop peu de bain de soleil au niveau de la piscine. En 4 jours nous avons réussi à avoir qu’une seule fois un bain de soleil dispo. Le reste du temps nous séchions debout, en plein soleil au bord de la piscine. Nous l’avons signalé au personnel qui devait nous proposer une solution. Nous l’attendons encore… Hors à 9h00 du matin, il y avait 16 places réservées par des serviettes sur ces transats pour 7 personnes dans la piscine. La plage privée ayant brûlée, l’hôtel a proposé une plage alternative voisine. Cette alternative n’était pas du tout à la hauteur de nos espérances. Quant au restaurant, nous n’avons pas toujours compris ce qui justifiait parfois 1h d’attente pour avoir un plat alors que le restaurant servait une vingtaine de couverts. Heureusement, c’était toujours très bon. De manière globale, il serait agréable qu’un si bel établissement élève son niveau d’accueil, de sympathie et de service envers ses clients. Quel dommage quand on dispose d’un si bel établissement!

- habibe (4/5): - Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel Radream et nous avons été déçus compte tenu du prix assez élevé. Le service n’était clairement pas au niveau attendu. Avant même 9h du matin, la dizaine de transats disponibles autour de la piscine étaient déjà « réservés » par des serviettes, sans qu’aucune régulation ne soit faite par l’hôtel. Impossible donc de profiter correctement de l’espace piscine. Arrivés à la plage (qui se trouve de l’autre côté de la route), aucune disponibilité non plus : seulement 2 transats proposés alors que nous étions 4. De plus, aucun service bagagerie, j’ai dû attendre et porter moi-même la couette que j’avais demandée. Autre point décevant : aucun fer à repasser n’est mis à disposition des clients, il faut obligatoirement payer pour faire repasser ses vêtements, ce qui n’est pas acceptable pour un établissement de ce standing. Seuls points positifs : le petit déjeuner était bon et les chambres propres. Mais dans l’ensemble, l’expérience n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur du tarif pratiqué.

Завтрак скудный и посредственный, яйца уже готовы, а персонал отказывается готовить новый горячий омлет. המלון נחזה להיות מלון יוקרתי ואולם אם נכנסים לפרטים מגלים שאין תמורה מתאימה לכסף שמשלמים עבור השהייה במלון ומומלץ לא להגיע למלון אפרט את הנושאים הליקויים במלון : ראשית ולפני הכל המלון שורץ דבורים שמרחפות מעליך בכל עבר, בחדר האוכל , בבריכה ובכל סביבת המלון ומדובר במאות דבורים . מי שמתסכל טוב על מבנה המלון יגלה קינים של חיות כמעט בכל מרפסת והנהלת המלון אינה טורחת לטפל בעניין. המזגן בחדר חלש מה שהופך את הלילות החמים לסיוט ארוחת הבוקר היא בסיסית ובינונית, הביצים מוכנות והצוות מסרב להכין חביתה חדשה וחמה. אין מקומות בבריכה לכל האורחים ועל כן יש לקום בבוקר מוקדם לתפוס את המקום בבריכה – וזה פרוייקט מעייף ומעצבן. נוהל המלון כי לא ניתן להכניס למלון אוכל ושתיה מבחוץ והאורחים נדרשים לחתום על טופס הסכמה בזמן הצ'ק אין ועל כן על אורחי המלון להזמין אוכל בסביבת המלון רק מהבר בבריכה – שם התפריט מצומצמם ויש רק המבורגר וצ'יפס וגם את האלכוהול יש להזמין רק מהבר של הבריכה במחירים מופקעים. במסעדת המלון – המחירים גבוהים והתפריט מצומצם. בקיצור השהייה במלון היא חוויה גרועה ויקרה שאינה מעניקה לאורח את התמורה המלאה לכספו והיא אינה כדאית - המלון אינו מומלץ. The hotel was supposed to be a luxury hotel, however, if you go into the details, you will find that there is no appropriate value for the money you pay for your stay at the hotel and it is recommended not to come to the hotel. I will list the shortcomings of the hotel: First and foremost, the hotel is infested with bees that hover above you everywhere, in the dining room, in the pool and all around the hotel, and there are hundreds of bees. Anyone who looks closely at the hotel's structure will discover animal nests on almost every balcony, and the hotel management does not bother to take care of the matter. The air conditioning in the room is weak, which makes hot nights a nightmare The breakfast is basic and mediocre, the eggs are ready and the staff refuses to make a fresh, hot omelet.

- Meir (10/5): מלון חדיש , יפה שאין ספק שאם נחזור לוולורה נחזור למלון זה שוב - המלון חדש ויפה . בקירבה לחוף הים , מרוחק קצת מהעיר שזה ומכל המולת הרעש של המועדונים החופים והמסיבות . החדרים מצויידים במיטב הטכנולוגיה וילונות חשמליים , בקרת תאורה בחדר משוכללת , מרפסת עם נוף לים ושקיעות מהממות . הבריכה מדהימה ומתוחזקת להפליא . המסעדה במלון ברמה גבוהה ביותר הן בארוחת הבוקר העשירה והן כמסעדה בשעות הערב שמדורגת מבחינתנו כמסעדה הטובה ביותר שאכלנו באלבניה . הצטיינה במנות הבשר , פירות הים , הדגים והקוקטלים המצויינים . יתרון גדול הוא החניה הפרטית הניתנת ללקוחות ללא חיוב . מלון מומלץ ביותר המלון מוגדר כמלון ספא . ומשום מה הספא לא היה פעיל בטענה שהוא בהקמה .
- lillia (4/5): Plutôt agréable malgré l’accueil - Hôtel très propre, confortable avec une belle piscine mais pas adaptée à la capacité de l’hôtel , il y a juste 11 beds ! Sinon il fait de mettre par terre, honteux pour le prix. Le petit déjeuner était top mais on est reparties avec une indigestion. Je pense qu’ils devraient mettre des désinfectants pour les mains à l’entrée. L’accueil à la réception était froid , sans explications, on avait l’impression de l’embêter c’est dommage car l’hôtel est plutôt bien , confortable et propre. La piscine est très belle mais pas de capacité pour tout monde.

- Sabela (10/5): Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! - Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt und eine 10 von 10! Meine Familie und ich haben eine fantastische Zeit in diesem Hotel verbracht. Von Anfang bis Ende hat einfach alles gestimmt: Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, der Pool war top gepflegt und auch der Strand war traumhaft schön mit kristallklarem Wasser. Das gesamte Personal war extrem freundlich und bemüht, man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Auch das Reinigungspersonal war so lieb. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Kellner Xhevdet, Salmon, Eri und Thomas, sie waren unglaublich aufmerksam, herzlich und haben uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Ein ganz grosses Lob und Dankeschön an sie! Auch das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war hervorragend jedes Gericht war ein Genuss. Insgesamt war es ein sehr familiäres und angenehmes Erlebnis, das wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden. Wir können dieses Hotel wirklich jedem wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Alles war top, nichts negatives.

- Koshare (10/5): Herzlich Willkommen in Albanien☀️ - Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war mega! Ein ganz besonderen Dank, dan die Dame mit den schwarzen Haaren, die uns am Anfang empfangen hat. Zimmer war super, die Betten leider viel zu hart. Des Essen war auch super, sauber ordentlich und köstlich! Mein Bruder hatte sich was eingeholt und das Hotel hat sofort geholfen, auch nicht selbstverständlich! Poolanlage ein Traum! Genau wie auf den Bilder. Das Hotel kann man weiterempfehlen! Die Betten...
