• Massimiliano (7/5): Primo maggio a Roma, tre giorni in relax - Affittacamere a 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini, comodo per chi viaggia con le valigie al seguito, situato al 5° piano di un palazzo decente. La camera era grande e i letti comodi, il bagno in camera con anche il bidet. La pulizia è buona e comunque al di sopra di un normale affittacamere. La posizione è super sia per la stazione dei treni che per quella della metro (sempre Termini) e i rumori, anche notturni, sono pochi consentendo un buon riposo. Il doccino non era funzionale, l'acqua usciva dappertutto, mancano sufficienti gancetti per gli asciugamani e in generale il bagno può essere notevolmente migliorato. La colazione è tramite buoni, in un bar nell'isolato vicino, decisamente migliorabile.

• WALLACE (10/5): Quarto novo, confortável e com excelente custo benefício. - A localização da acomodação é excelente, a principal estação de Roma é muito próxima (dá para ir caminhando) e de lá sai trem, metrô, ônibus para todos os lugares. O café da manhã é simples (apenas um café e croissant) servidos num bar próximo. Fomos atendidos na acomodação pela Tatiana, ela é muito simpática e dá recomendações boas próximas. Poucas tomadas no quarto.

• Yuliia (10/5): - Чудова локалізація - 10 хвилин пішки від залізничного вокзалу Termini. Також пішки можна дійти до багатьох визначних пам'яток прекрасного Риму. Поруч є кафе і магазини. Помешкання просте, комфортне, чисте. У ньому є все необхідне. У нас був номер як на фото - односпальне ліжко, двоспальне ліжко і ванна кімната. Подушки, матраци, ковдри, комплект рушників - все ОК. В номері було дуже тепло. Є wi-fi. Кухня спільна з кількома іншими номерами, що знаходяться на поверсі. Вона маленька, але в ній є все необхідне: посуд, електрочайник, мікрохвильова піч, холодильник, електрична плита. Власниця помешкання пані Tatiana дуже привітна. "Сніданок включено" означає, що ви отримуєте ваучери на каву і круасани в кафе (на винос) біля вокзалу Termini.

• Ivča (5/5): Na přespání bez delšího pobytu na pokoji dostačující. - Na snídani byl celkem velký croisant v kavárně u Termini a čaj či káva. O snídani jsme si ale museli říct, nebyla nám nabídnuta automaticky. Umístění apartmánu bylo v klidném starém domě, blízko stanice metra. Večer tam byl klid. Objednané ubytování neodpovídalo realitě. Byli jsme sice ubytováni ve stejné ulici ale v úplně jiném čísle. Pokoj byl vybaven starým ponurým nábytkem, na zemi prach. Jen jsme se tam vyspali, takže jsme to zvládli, ale delší dobu bych tam být ubytována nechtěla. Ač byl prosinec a venku okolo 6 stupňů, netopilo se a v pokoji byla veliká zima. I když jsme se přikryli dekou, kterou jsme našli ve skříni, klepali jsme se zimou, oblečeni do zimních bund. Fotky objednaného ubytování byly hezké, pokoj byl prostorný, vzdušný, koupelna měla být vybavena toaletními potřebami. Pokoj, kde jsme byli ubytovaní nic z toho nesplňoval.

• Joana (10/5): Recomendable a todo el mundo - Lo mejor del alojamiento la anfitriona, Tatiana un encanto de mujer muy atenta y simpática! Habla español perfectamente, te recomienda lugares para visitar y donde comer. Le comentamos que íbamos de viaje a celebrar el cumpleaños de nuestro hijo y apareció al otro día con un regalo para el niño. Un encanto de mujer. El piso está muy cerca de termini por lo que moverse por la ciudad resulta muy fácil y cómodo. A 4 parda de metro tienes la fontana de trevi y a 6 el vaticano. Si vuelvo a Roma no dudaré en volver a este lugar Nos gustó todo

La anfitriona también muy agradable y atenta con el teléfono para cualquier cosa. Teníamos que ir a desayunar al lado de la estación de Termini, a unos minutos del alojamiento. Yo valoro desayunar en el mismo sitio donde duermo, y más con un bebé. Además, teníamos que desayunar de pie, porque solo se podía en barra y solo teníamos incluido un café y un bollo. No había opción a otra cosa. Poco saludable y nada cómodo. Le salvaba la amabilidad de los camareros. Fue un fallo que de 4 noches, solo pasaran un día por la habitación.

• Juan Andres (4/5): Debut y despedida - Ubicación cerca de la estación del tren Voy a ser lo más objetivo posible...primero es un apartamento dividido en habitaciones...nunca nos recibió nadie ni vimos a Tatiana ( que reservamos por los comentarios Buenos que no entendemos ahora) ...solicitamos hacer check-in antes Vía WS y nunca nos respondieron. Casi nos quedamos en la calle el primer día cuando regresamos en la noche porque nadie nos dio las claves para poder entrar al edificio. El desayuno incluido es un chiste: un croissant y un café que te lo tienes que comer PARADO porque te cobran si te sientas en el bar que queda a 700 MTS...( Un amigo en esta fecha estuvo en el hotel RELAIS CONTE DI CAVOUR...con un excelente desayuno en frente a su habitación y le limpiaban el cuarto TODOS los días, cosa que NUNCA ocurrió con nosotros y mi amigo pago mucho menos el costo diario que nosotros, lamentablemente no había habitaciones para ir)...en conclusión debut y despedida...

La chambre est calme et l'emplacement est très bien (5 minutes à pied de la gare avec accès au métro). Une cuisine est à disposition en commun. Le petit-déjeuner est servi dans un café à 5 minutes de la chambre. Tatiana nous a remis des tickets. Nous avons eu une boisson chaude (thé/café) avec un croissant au chocolat. Malheureusement, nous devons payer 3 euros en supplément si nous voulions nous asseoir. Le petit-déjeuner était léger.

• Hanna (10/5): - W Rzymie byliśmy w sierpniu, jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Super lokalizacja, blisko do metra i autobusów, a jak mieliśmy więcej czasu to chodziliśmy pieszo. Do Watykanu pojechaliśmy metrem, a wróciliśmy na piechotkę, po drodze zwiedzając. Polecamy pizzę na kawałki, po którą wystarczy zejść na dół do sympatycznych Włochów. Kilka minut spacerkiem, na przepyszne lody. Mieszkaliśmy kilka dni w pokoju trzy osobowym. Ogromny plus, to bardzo dobra klimatyzacja w pokoju, czystość, dostęp do kuchni, w której dostępne były potrzebne naczynia, czajniki, lodówka. Tatiana, Właścicielka niezwykle sympatyczna i pomocna. Pomimo, iż dojechaliśmy około 12 w nocy, ze sporym opóźnieniem, przywitała na z uśmiechem i sympatią. Bardzo dziękujemy to był udany wyjazd. Serdecznie polecamy noclegi u Tatiany.

• David (7/5): Zona bien comunicada por metro y tren para poder moverse. - No me gusto tener que desplazarme para desayunar. Y luego en el lugar de desayuno lo tenias que hacer de pie o pagar un suplemento. El baño era demasiado pequeño y no tenia sitio para colgar las toallas.
• Bianconi (8/5): Affittacamere comodo vicino Termini - Posizione comodissima alla stazione, stanza pulita e dotata dell'occorrente per il pernottamento, biancheria e bagno. Tatiana ci ha dato consigli molto utili per visitare la città e gustare i piatti tipici. Stanza ben isolata e climatizzata per un buon riposo. Colazione ottima al bar convenzionato. Il materasso singolo era molto avvallato e causava mal di schiena, sarebbe da sostituire per godere a pieno del riposo che la stanza offre. Il bar per la colazione è ottimo ma a 5 minuti a piedi, sarebbe ottimale sfruttare un bar più vicino per poter ripassare dalla camera dopo colazione.

• Dávid (10/5): - A szállás csodálatos volt. Mindennel rendelkezett, amivel csak kell. Tiszta volt, légkondicionált, jól tudtunk pihenni, nem volt zajos. Jó elhelyezkedésének köszönhetően könnyen megközelíthető a város bármely pontja, akár busszal vagy metróval. Közel van a Termini vonatállomás, ahonnan a tengerhez is könnyen ki lehet jutni. A szállásadó is nagyon kedves volt és segítőkész, könnyen tudtunk kommunikálni, mindenben segített. Édesanyámat születésnapján felköszöntötte és meglepett minket tipikus olasz édeségekkel, szóval nagyon figyelmes és kedves volt. Tényleg csak ajánlani tudom ezt a szállást. Ha Rómában járok újra, akkor szívesen foglalnék ugyanide szállást. Köszönöm, Tatiana! ♥️

Eksik olduğunda otel sahibi kısa sürede sorunumuzu çözdü. Ücretsiz wifi hizmeti bulunuyor. Biz 4 kişilik bir odada kaldık. yataklar rahat değildi. özellikle tek kişilik yataklardan biri kötü durumda.

• Andrés (10/5): Exceptional - Great location about 5-10 min away from main train station. There is a subway station close by that is one stop before the main train station, so it is not as crowded. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating since she coordinated with us to leave our bags as early as possible, and she met w us later to discuss the pre-arranged breakfast. The room is large compared to some of our other accommodations in other cities and everything worked as expected. The AC worked really well which was nice for the time of year. There is no option for laundry but there is an external laundromat downstairs just make sure to bring coins.

• Saucy (2/5): Has potential - As far as service, it was fantastic! Tatiana is very, very nice and was very helpful and accommodating. She is also very smart! I wish there were more people like her out there! The surrounding area is nice. There are several good restaurants and bars around the facility. Most of the main sites to see in Rome are pretty far from the room, so you will need to find some transportation. It is walking distance to Roma Termini (train station) and the metro station. We needed to take an uber to get to some of the main areas, such as Piazza Navona and the Vatican area. The room needs renovation pretty badly. I have attached some photos as well. There are unfinished patches on the walls. The air conditioning unit did not work and leaked water in one area of the room. The room stayed very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep at night due to the high temperature in the room. There is a small ceiling fan, and this helped some. The bed is pretty firm, so if you like that sort of mattress, then you are in luck! There were several stains also on the mattress and pillows. The toilet seat was broken, as well as the handle on the bidet. The room was pretty quiet, and we didn't hear our neighbors much, which is good!

The host was kind enough to provide a room with a private bathroom, so I really appreciated this part. Location in great, couple of minutes walking from the main train station. Overall the place was clean. Had drinking water & a small kitchen to use. Too much noise. You can hear everything from the room. When the water is being used, when someone is in the kitchen, when someone is walking outside the room, when someone is leaving the shared space. Furniture and everything else in the bathroom are old, the bed was not comfortable at all and it's in desperate need of updating to some decent blankets. The heating was working and couldn't be stopped so it was too hot in the room.

• Luke (9/5): Best value, location and host!!! - Tatiana was so helpful, allowed us early check in, and just went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We went in low season but everywhere was still quite busy but tatiana managed to accommodate us for a super reasonable price and provide us a lovely stay. We got room upgrade to private bathroom, she gave us loads of tips and recommendations, breakfast was off site but good location and tasty and the best part of all was the shower!!!! So powerful and warm. Overall the room was comfortable, had lift access and exceeded expectations for the price. One night our neighbours were being very loud and kept us up with their party and dri King in the room next door

• Irina (10/5): Exceptional - This place boasts a fantastic location, just a few minutes from Termini station. It offers all the amenities you could ask for, including chargers. Traveling with my mother, who has special needs, was made exceptionally comfortable by the owner's kindness. She generously upgraded our room for free, which we greatly appreciated. It's definitely good value for money, and we highly recommend it!

Aircon worked well which was great because there was a heat wave when we were there! No breakfast included. The check in process was a little slow as we had to call the host and then provide ID documents over the phone (more helpful if this was requested in advance).

The cleanliness is good no problem faced at this place. Owner was kind enough to let us put our bags in the room because our flight was late and check out was morning 10. Nothing to share

• Marek (8/5): Unbeatable location with a solid medium standard - Location, location, location The toilet is cramped into the corner of the already small bathroom, and the toilet seat needs a change (it was halfway broken)
• Alessandro (8/5): Convenient and clean place near the train station, would happily stay here again. - Location was very convenient, within walking distance of the train station and a short bus ride to the city center. The room was simple and clean and just what we needed (we spent most of the time exploring Rome and only needed a comfortable place to sleep at night). Check-in was straightforward (key in a lockbox), but I recommend that you message the host on WhatsApp in advance to coordinate your arrival (since they will need photos of your ID/passport before giving you the code). The tea kettle was not very clean (lots of limescale), but not a big deal since we went out to a cafe for breakfast anyway. There was also a green light on fire alarm which was slightly annoying at night (you might want to bring a sleeping mask if you are a light sleeper). Overall these are both minor concerns and didn't significantly affect us.
• Miroslav (9/5): We recommend - Great location to explore rome by foot but perfectly positioned in public transportation network, very kind staff, basic but very clean accomodation comfortable for shorter stays, private bathroom and shared kitchen, secluded from the street noice, all in all- we had a great time and we totally recommend it. Check in- we entered the room with the help of other guests because none of the staff was there at the time we arrived, and nobody answered our phone call and message. However the room was all ready and the key was left for us, so it was just a minor inconvenience...

• Anastasiia (10/5): Great place to stay in Rome - Great location, walkable distance (3km) to the city center. The apartment has everything you need: an electric cooker, a big shared fridge, plates and glasses in the kitchen, umbrellas and Rome city guides in the corridor. A room with shared bathroom turned out to be a room with own bathroom. There was a small fridge in the room too. We were allowed to leave our luggage for a bit longer after check out. Everything was clean. Comfortable bed. It was a bit noisy because because of the water heater on the balcony, but with the closed window it was still possible to sleep comfortably.

• Bazile (8/5): Good value for moneay and great location - The best things about this place were the location close to Termini station, good price value, comfortable beds, easy entrance (can check-in in a contactless way), and a great host who let us leave the luggage for a few hours more. The filtered water machine was also a great addition. We lived in a room number 2 at the top floor with a nice view. There were good lightproof windowblinds. The room was always warm even though we stayed at the end of February and nights were cold. We had a simple nice private bathroom and some space for out stuff, one table and a mirror in the room. We could use shared kitchen facilities, there was a nice electronic device to quickly boil water for tea and coffee. In the shared space there was a table with 2 chairs, the big fridge and a stovetop, with some dishes and cuttlery. We missed some of the functionality of the present devices and a more comfortable table to eat because we were 3 people and we like to have breakfast or dinner at home. The air conditioning in our room was without the remote so unusable, in a room we had only 1 chair and office table that was not usable for eating. One reading light next to the bed was not working. There was a mini fridge in our room that was not working properlt, too. In a shared kitchen the oven was not working, there was only one socket for electroc devices in the kitchen so one could only use one thing at the time. We would've also enjoyed kitchen towels and scissors and normal knives in the kitchen.
• James1 (7/5): Good - The apartment is worth the value of the amount charged. It is also close to Roma Termini, hence we benefited of the location being central. There was no contact from the host to confirm our reservation until our arrival and even when we did arrive and contacted the host, she was not friendly and kept us outside for a while before granting us entry. She initially sounded rude to us. I am not sure if it was a communication gap.
• Muhammad (7/5): Okay - Good Transport, near to Metro station and Main Railway station. Big Room, Kitchen avaipable to cook and eat. Comfortable Bed. No room service included. We did not get any cRoom service or Towels during our 4 nights stay which is very non hygenic. Heaters in the room were very low or no warm at times. Check out is easy.
