• Ruth (10/5): A perfect start to our holiday in Australia! - The location was perfect - a short taxi (or train) ride from the airport and easy walking distance (ca. 10 min.) to a station with direct train connection into Sydney. A pleasant suburban area with a small supermarket nearby. The host was extremely kind and friendly. She'd left everything that we might possibly need (coffee, tea, milk, water etc.). She greeted us on arrival and kindly let us leave our luggage before check-in time. This is not a "regular" kind of apartment . It is full of interest and surprises! n.a.

• Isabel (10/5): - The flat was very spacious and immaculate. You can see that Simone & Randall had put a lot of thought into the decor with nods to its history. All the thoughtful additions were much appreciated. It is very convenient for public transport (we didn't have a car) with Sydenham station a 5 minute walk away for both trains & metro into the city or on to Bondi & Cronulla. If you want a good meal, we can highly recommend the Southern Cross Hotel on Princes Highway in St Peters - great food and good value. As has been mentioned before - the flat is directly under the flight path. You hardly notice it inside and the flights stop at 11pm

• Gary (9/5): Quirky, comfortable and very well equipped. - In an easily accessed location with easy street parking with nearby shopping at Marrickville Metro and an abundance of cafes with excellent coffee and food and a very good local shop just a 2 minute walk away. Nightlife and a cornucopia of every type of restaurant from all world cuisines is available in Newtown, just short drive or bus trip away. A very clean and well managed property. Nothing!
• Lisa (10/5): - We felt right at home in this cozy apartment! Simone's love for detail was truly amazing. Milk, hot chocolate, tea, coffee, still and sparkling water were provided. The airport and a train station with connection to the city centre were very close. Perfect start to our holiday! In the early mornings you can hear the noise from the planes flying over the apartment but even earplugs are provided to help remedy that.

Definitely come back to stay he - The apartment was beautifully furnished with the vintage furniture. All the utilities were provided and the neighborhood was quiet. The contact with owners was excellent. The additional touches from the owners made us feel like home.

It was incredibly comfortable – the beds were perfect, and the linen and towels were excellent quality. Communication with the owners was fantastic, making everything smooth and easy. The location couldn’t be better – close to public transport, breweries, and everything the inner west has to offer. Spacious, elongated apartment: bathroom and kitchen are separated from bedroom and living room by a long hallway. Skylights in bathroom and kitchen let in natural light. Detailed instructions meant easy entry with a fob. Super easy WiFi connection for phones. Netflix and Prime guest accounts! Eco-conscious products. Comfortable bed/linens. Robes and slippers; washer and dryer; ceiling fans in bedroom and living room; plenty of electrical outlets. Well-equipped kitchen. Private, enclosed patio. Front door bolts. 11:00 checkout time (better than the common 10:00!). Note that being on the flight path for the airport means this is not a place conducive to daytime laptop work or writing.

It has everything you need for the stay, even found the warm slippers to wear! It feels like being home as soon as entering this property. The communication with the host is also very friendly and warm. Highly recommended! If we could have a dining table without empty space in between would be better. We had to use a tea towel to cover so the small things won't fall through the gaps :)
