• Angela (8/5): Box do banheiro - Excelente instalações, apto bem equipado, funcionários do edifício super queridos e muito prestativos. Muito bem localizado! Esse apto precisa urgentemente de manutenção no box do banheiro. Instalação do chuveiro precária, fios aparentes, porta solta e piso muito escorregadio podendo causar algum acidente. Sugestao: tirar aquele improviso onde o chuveiro está instalado e a porta do box abrir pra fora ou cortina de plástico. Todos os dias fui obrigada a lavar os cabelos, pois molhava por falta de espaço no box.
• Fernanda (10/5): Melhor opção. - Localização da para fazer tudo a pé, aconchegante, silencioso, internet de boa qualidade. Precisa de mais utensílios, não cozinhei e já senti falta de mais pratos, talheres e um jogo de mesa posta vai agregar muito à habitação.
