Juliana (7/5): Hotel razoável, bem localizado, mas com quartos antigos. - O restaurante do hotel é terceirizado, a comida é boa e as pessoas foram gentis. A localização para o que a gente precisava foi boa. Não tivemos problemas com a estadia, checkin e checkout rápidos. Por se tratar de um hotel com pool de apartamentos particulares, todos os outros quartos parecem ter sido reformados, menos o nosso. Todos tinham chave eletrônica, e o nosso era chave física. O ar condicionado era muito barulhento, muito mesmo. Não tinha shampoo ou condicionador disponível. Quarto bem antigo. Ficaria novamente no hotel, desde que não fosse nesse quarto.

Joaquim (4/5): Cama horrível! - A localização e recepção do flat é muito boa! Serviço do restaurante, tem preço do café da manhã caro, mas os pratos pelo room service tem preços justos e qualidade boa. A cama é horrível! São duas de solteiro com pillow top sobre elas, mas ele é muito fino e a cama se abre, você caindo no buraco a noite toda. Para piorar o colchão é antigo e muito mole, ou seja, impressão de ter dormido numa gelatina com buraco no meio a noite toda! Além disso, deixei a toalha no chão para troca no último dia, e não foi feita, deixaram a mesma usada e suja, mas esticada no box.

Liguei na portaria e me disseram que não era horário da camareira (para me levar sabonete). Toalha e piso de banho rasgados. Cobertor muito fino. Quando fiz a reserva apareceu que tinha estacionamento e café da manhã, mas não estava que seriam pagos. O ambiente comum na frente dos elevadores no térreo e na frente da loja de conveniência cheirava "cachorro molhado". Péssimo custo-benefício.

SERGIO (10/5): - Durante minha permanência em São Paulo, a hospedagem no Premium Flats Berrini atendeu muito bem às necessidades da viagem. - Localização: Excelente, a menos de 10 minutos do local do compromisso, o que trouxe praticidade e economia de tempo. - Acomodação: Confortável, com chuveiro de boa qualidade, banheiro espaçoso, frigobar, TV a cabo e internet estável. - Áreas comuns: Disponibilizam academia, lan house, mercadinho self-service e estacionamento (cobrado à parte). - Alimentação: O café da manhã não estava incluso (pago à parte), optei por tomar fora. Há restaurante no local com opções de jantar a preço justo, considerando a região (Zona Sul – Brooklin). - Avaliação geral: Muito bom. A hospedagem foi prática, confortável e com serviços adequados para viagens corporativas.
Chaimaa (6/5): - Localizção boa. Local limpo. Tamanho adequado para até 2 pessoas. Chuveiro à gás, funcionando bem. Atendimento na recepção é péssimo, os funcionários estão sempre ocupados e te respondem entre uma tarefa e outra. Além disso é evidente uma desorganização dos mesmos. No dia do check-out (11h) acordamos de sobressalto por volta das 9h com alguém tentando abrir a porta com força (já que etsava trancada), ao dizer que havia hóspedes no ap, a mesma se desculpou e referiu que foi informada na recepção que o check-out havia sido realizado. O ferro de passar está com sujeira grudada e manchou minha roupa transferindo a sujeira com o calor.

Rios (7/5): - O local é bem localizado, o restaurante tem uma boa comida. O proprietário das unidades foi muito atencioso, respondendo prontamente a todas as nossas dúvidas. Não gostamos do café da manhã, pouca variedade e faltando alguns itens comuns em cafés da manhã de hotéis. No restaurante falta funcionários, então a refeição demorou para ser servida.
