• Faith (8/5): Overpriced but good. - Location was great although there were more tourists than expected. It did calm down at night though. Better communication - less is more.

Scuri presenti per dormire totalmente al buio, per gli amanti.Pulitissimo e disponibili, ci hanno forniti una culla omaggio comoda. Vista panoramica invidiabile ed unica L’ascensore si prende al primo piano e nell’ascensore non entra aperto il passeggino ( inglesina Trio), bisogna chiuderlo, se viaggiate senza figli il problema non si pone. L’appartamento al nostro arrivo era pulitissimo, profumatissimo forse troppo per chi è più sensibile. Un po’ troppo rumoroso infissi belli curati con scuri ma originali, passa un po’ troppo rumore tenete in considerazione anche la posizione centralissima. Se avete il sonno leggero prendete in considerazione questo aspetto.consiglio all’host basterebbe mettere doppi infissi all’interno se non è possibile cambiare gli esterni per motivi architettonici( palazzo storico)

• Marie-ange (10/5): Spectacular View - The view and the location was absolutely stunning and convenient. Everything was in walking distance. My family and I really enjoyed this property. The water pressure is very low.
• Carol (8/5): Fantastic location, comfortable modern room with Duomo views. - This was our only option after our first one was canceled a week before our vacation. The location is fantastic. Comfortable bed, newer upgrades every where, fantastic kitchen and bathroom. The windows opened and you could see the Duomo and Bell tower and the busy streets booming. Fantastic. Very nice presentation of the bathroom supplies is a green silk bag. The elevator is a plus. Our host greeted us very kindly and came upstairs to explain everything. Wonderful stay. Still wish we had the first choice since we had a rooftop, but the view was awesome. Wii fii worked great. The shower pressure

• Iva (9/5): Great apartment - Right in the center of Florence, beds were comfortable, it was clean and cozy. The aircondition didn't work very good.

• James (8/5): Excellent location (honestly cannot get better) as it is just a street away from the duomo. Small but comfortable apartm - Excellent location, beautiful view. Good facilities. Everything worked well in the bathroom and the kitchen. Staff weren’t very responsive when we asked them to get a baby cot…it was booked and they confirmed in advance that it was there but when we arrived it was not there. It took them more than 3 hours to get the cot by which time it was late. The floor was not cleaned. You need to climb 31 steps before you can get to the elevator. I understand this is an old building and having an elevator is a plus but they need to be clear as it is difficult to carry two strollers up those stairs. There will be noise from outside as the windows do not seal completely. We didn’t mind but it may annoy light sleepers.
• Barba (8/5): Great place, the view is incredible, and the bells do ring! - The location is amazing, but be prepared to hear the Duomo bells starting at 7 am. Didn't bother us we used a travel sound machine and helped with the noise. Beds were comfy, apartment is on the top floor, but there is a lift. Dylan helped us with our luggage upon arrival. He was super helpful. They left hygiene products in cute bags for each of us. Be aware that this booking is run by a business/agency. They did leave hygiene products per person as well as one roll of toilet paper per person and one towel each. If you need anything extra They charge. With that said, what they provided was more than enough for our 3 night stay. I just missed the personal touch of having an owner as the host.

• Jeannie (8/5): Excellent location. Thin walls so beware of noise and there are stairs to get to the elevator. - The location was amazing. Right around the corner from the Duomo and a short distance from all the key sites. The apt itself was clean and comfortable and although we did have to pay for someone to meet us after hours, the information we received about how to contact the after hours support and the actual person who helped us get situated into the apt was great. When we arrived, the beds were all ready for sleeping, including the fold out sofa bed, and towels and toiletries were provided in a pretty package for each person so that was a nice touch. There was a lot of noise. We expected the noise from the street and the bells ringing in the Duomo, but there were also neighbors who came in drunk and noisy late in the night and then fought at 5:00am for hours and we could hear everything. It was very disturbing and we are not light sleepers. There was an elevator but you have to walk up a couple of flights of stairs to get to the elevator so if you have issues with stairs, this is not the place for you. Water pressure was also not great but that's to be expected in an old building so we were not too bothered about it. Finally, we were only given one set of keys but there were 3 of us so we had to coordinate entrance and exits as keys are needed to get into the building and then into the apt. We worked it out but it would have been nice to be offered one more set of keys.

• Martina (10/5): Absolutely adorable - Absolutely adorable flat - very, very near the Duomo with breathtaking view on the cupola. Super friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and well equipped with taste. You may hear a bit of noise from the main street during night and early morning but the windows and the shutters prevent most of it. Everything was great

• Yousef (4/5): Disappointment - Only the location is good Noise of construction even early morning and night, water pressure very low (dripping) , We struggled to get the wifi working. The elevator is 100 years old and one time got stuck. Elevator starts on second floor, so you have to drag your bags all the way up the stairs. Limited kitchen utensils.
• Anurakti (8/5): Location wise it was a good stay. - The location and the view from the window is amazing. No tea/coffee present in the kitchen. No laundry detergent present for using the washing machine. Water pressure in the shower was less (might be an issue for the whole building maybe)
• Joel (9/5): Superb - Great location, size of the apartment (lots of space), view of the Duomo from the window The floor was a little bit dirty. The sound isolation is not that great either. You can hear the noises from the street at evening.
