• Tomáš (9/5): - Pěkný a čistý hotel s dobrou snídaní. Pokoje byly také velmi čisté. Při příjezdu jsme byli informováni, že během našeho pobytu nebude k dispozici bazén ani hernička, což nás poměrně zklamalo.

• Pei San (9/5): The hotel is fairly new,but there are a few areas of improvement. Nevertheless, we had an enjoyable stay overall! - The hotel is fairly new and had everything needed. The carpet wasn’t very clean. The walkways are a bit dimly lit.

• SITI SABARIAH (8/5): 4 Days of Calm Work - The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. The vibe in the room was very cozy and calm. I also love the lobby and the restaurant. There was a big stray dog sitting outside exactly right in front of the lobby entrance on one of the days of my stay here. I felt uncomfortable with it due to the fact that dogs are 'najis mughalazah' for muslim. I'm afraid that if the dog had any contact with me, it would be difficult for me to clean up the najis since cleaning the dogs' najis is not easy as just washing with water and soap. It needs a little process.

• Erika (6/5): The hotel was a venue for a wedding reception of a colleague and so we booked 2 rooms for ease. - The hotel itself is the reception for a wedding of our colleagues, and so we have booked a room to stay overnight. Moreover, it is very close to a pasar malam or food stalls, and we have no reason to worry about food. I did not like that our stay was too short, not enough to explore the area and amenities around the hotel.

After complaining, the staff just apologized and ended the story. Faint!!!

• SHENGJIE (10/5): An Enjoyable Stay that Exceeds Expectation - Service is prompt, and the slight early check-in is very much appreciated. The pool area is clean and nice, & kids love it. Plenty of food options within walking distance. Breakfast is delicious and the coffee is good. Nothing I can think of, everything is great

• Fathin (7/5): Great - Overall services, facilities and rooms are great. I love when they keep refill the breakfast buffet, the staff doesn’t let the food containers empty. I only have 1 concern. It was a iron and ironing board. I would like to suggest providing an iron in each room. I had to call the receptionist for this, and although I requested it the night before, I only received the iron the next morning at around 10am.
