- Anastasios (8/5): Sunny, modern apartment in the heart of Bondi - Lovely, modern, clean apartment in a great location. Small but very well equipped with modern appliances and in a great location in between Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction. Would highly recommend for couples Transient building so it was a bit noisy with people coming in and out into the early hours, and one group having a party late one night

- Lucy (8/5): - Great clean modern apartment..very secure..modern furniture and facilities..washing machine and dryer if needed..great size TV location awesome ..overall the apt was great , clean , enough space, and well set up Car park was so tight and outside of building looked a bit of a concern when we drove in..neighbouring buildings were concerning..
Better pillows and another set of towels wouldve been great for a 3 nite stay..

Prompt communication from building managers. Accessing the front door of the building quite challenging - we observed other guests struggling with the keypad in the same way we did. Possible defective lock, or better instructions needed.
Poor ventilation in the bathroom has resulted in mould throughout the bathroom and on the curtains in the bedroom.
Bed sheets had blood on them on arrival - this issue was resolved, although took some back and forth to organise fresh sheets.

The unit could have been a bit better maintained (broken toilet roll holder and cistern buttons) and a bit cle - Good location, close to public transport, convenient to Bondi Beach, Westfield shopping Centre and easy to get to city. It could have had more towels, a bigger bed, a Nespresso machine, and some food essentials like milk and tea bags that aren’t earl grey

- Stephen (8/5): The two staff members I spoke with, Sophia in particular, and to a lesser extent, Chris were excellent - Car parking on site excellent Needs a couple of coats of paint to freshen it up .I didn’t like having $1000.00 bond actually withdrawn from my credit card. It took a nervous week with my waiting for it to be refunded. This is the first time in my 70 years this has happened to me. If I had read the small print, I would not have proceeded with the booking.
- Samantha (9/5): Perfectly situated, tastefully furnished, easy access. We'll definitely stay again. - The property was perfectly located up a quiet street but a close enough walk to all the shops, restaurant, cafes etc in Bondi Road. Access, via code, was super easy. The property was tastefully decorated with quality bedlinen and it was extremely well equipped. It was great having a washing machine and dryer. We appreciated the complementary biscuits and bottles of water. The added bonus was the little outside terrace with tables and chairs. The sofa was pretty uncomfortable. The toilet roll holder was hanging on by a thread. The insect screen was hard to move. The garden by the outside terrace needed a tidy up. The lounge rug was stained. The bathroom was rather small. I was quite surprised to find no tea, coffee, sugar sachets or milk in the fridge. I feel that a cafetière or Nespresso machine would be a valuable addition.

- Mark (9/5): I would definitely stay here again - Very clean, quiet and comfortable. In a great location. I had believed from the photos that there would be a balcony or terrace. No3 has neither. Not a major issue.
The Wi-Fi worked continuously but the internet connection via the router would drop from time to time. I had to reboot the router a few times to get the internet to work again.
- Caroline (8/5): We were very happy with our apartment apart from the comments above. - Not applicable We arrived at 3pm and the code did not work. We couldn’t contact the office on a Sunday. The cleaners arrived just after 3pm. It was fortunate that they were able to contact the office and have them activate the code. We did have to wait an extra half hour while they cleaned the apartment.
Also the general cleanliness of the property leaves a lot to be desired. The common areas were not cleaned while we were there and the rubbish bins overflowed and rubbish just left nearby. Very much a health hazard

- Clea (8/5): Overall, a nice spot in a great location. - This place was in a great location. It was styled well and had all the amenities you need. There was a good sized patio, in-suite laundry, a smart TV and plenty of hanging space. Checking in and out was very easy. There was also a free treat provided. We did encounter an issue in the suite when we arrived, however the hosts were attentive and sorted it out as soon as they could. When we walked in, there were also a couple of small things requiring maintenance, so we emailed the hosts. We weren't too bothered about these small things ourselves. The bathroom is very small, but we made it work. I have to agree with others that the mattress is very hard. However, overall, it's a nice place!

Take a CC imprint - DONT ACTUALLY TAKE THE FUNDS OUT AND THEN PROCESS THE RETURN 5 DAYS AFTER THE GUEST LEASES and advise it may take another week for the funds to come through. It’s the height of disdain, disrespect and pompous
- Kara (6/5): VERY hard bed - Location was in the middle of bondi junction and the beach which was nice. Kitchen is good and appreciated that laundry detergent was supplied. The bed is like concrete. Possibly one of the worst beds I've ever slept on, our whole stay we dreaded having to go to sleep.
It's pretty noisy in terms of hearing other guests in the complex.
I personally felt like the comms from this property was over the top. I'm on holiday want want to enjoy it stop sending unnecessary (and LONG) messages. Also HUGE security deposit which I felt was very unnecessary.
